I had a wonderful experience at the Cricket store in Martinsburg. I have went here off and on for years and a couple years ago, yes I would agree that it was awful management and the store was never open. However in the past year and a half the store is under new ownership and has AMAZING staff working in there. They are so friendly and helpful every time. I would recommend anyone who wants to save money on the same service to come to Cricket in Martinsburg!!

Theyre nice here. They try to upsell you a lot and thats annoying. Other than that though, theyre chatty (in a good way) and they sell phones. Mission accomplished.
I visited this location on a Friday evening. As soon as I walked in, the employee was friendly and willing to assist me without feeling like I was an inconvenience. The store did not have the phone I wanted in stock so the employee offered other phones and the option to order online. I still declined since I was set on a specific phone. Even after telling him I would go elsewhere to purchase the phone, he still offered to assist me with activating my service and setting my phone up. I cant remember the employees name but I am grateful for his excellent customer service. I will certainly visit this location again if I have any issues.
Got messed up by cricket. Phoned technical support they were not willing to do more than pass the buck. The staff at the store mainly Andrew, cause i was there 2 days. Matt also. Went out of their way to make sure that my problems were resolved.

I used to work for this location and loved my job, was great at it. Pretty much ran this location myself, and the owners other location in Winchester. Got fired for “time fraud” for taking the deposits to the bank like my superior told me to. Guess who still works there? My superior. They also refused to give me my commission after I was fired for doing what I was told. Such a terrible business, and HR is awful as well. Also, just recently switched to boost because the store in Martinsburg is literally NEVER OPEN. Did first half of bridgepay and went back to pay second half and store was closed with no sign on the door. Had to pay the whole $80 to turn my phone back on. Service started sucking. Would 100% not give anymore of my money to this store.
I have had cricket for several years and have enjoyed the service, unlimited data etc but I find that the East coast has a few more dead zones through Cricket than other companies such as BOOST.
You people ripped me off repeatedly and kept cutting my services off even though I was paying the bill theres nothing that you can say that would explain how upsetting that is. And no excuse

I am so happy that I switched from the insanity of of the Big Three with their $300 dollar month plans and ridiculous hidden fees to a company that tells me what my bills is and sticks to it. So. Much. Drama. Reduced.
This store is a joke! I drive for the public tansit in Martinsburg and transport a lot of individuals who are elderly, disabled or veterans. One place they go is to this location to pay their cell phone bill and I have seen some unacceptable stuff at this location but today beats all. The sales associate sitting in the van with her boyfriend/husband while her friends watched the door and told people they needed to wait til she came back and wouldn’t allow them to enter the store!!! I am not a customer put after what I have seen over the last few weeks...I never will be!
Terrible coverage, always have to speak to foreigners about something and my number always gets put out there by cricket and have hundreds of spam calls when I had cricket
Sherrel Johnson is by far the worst person to run this store! You’ll wait weeks for a phone to come in that you already paid for. The store is always closed during business hours; it’s apparently ok to be “out to lunch” for hours a day! This store is unorganized and needs new management!

Well Ive been here twice and sales rep is late opening the store yet again. Hours say 12-5 sun its 20 after 12 no sign on window either.
I dont care for the Cricket store at all, I was in this business about 2or3 days ago and I was very dissatisfied with the store and the employee on duty at that time.. Their very lucky that they got a rating of 1 🌟 rating, because they didnt really rate the 1 🌟 at all..
Really need to get some new people in there that wont close the store anytime they feel like it.
