Purchased 2 new phones and was told by the salesperson that they would qualify for a buy on get on promotion that was going on. They said it would take 3 billing cycles for the credits to show up on my bill. Well now I am 3 months in and the credits arent there. I called AT&T to find out what was going on only to find out that I am not eligible for the BOGO promotion that I was told about. AT&T told me to go back to the store and they might be able to correct the problem. When I returned I spoke with the district manager who tried to change my plan which would end up costing me more per month WITH the BOGO credits...why would I pay more to correct the lies I was told when they sold me the phones before?? I will never do business with them again.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. We switched from sprint after 15 years to att with the promise of lowering our bill. We were quoted a price (with tax+fees estimate)and decided to switch. A month later our bill was $420 ($40 more than we were paying at sprint) instead of the $280 quoted. An extra line is on our bill charging us for 5 lines instead of 4 like we actually have. They are also charging for a phone installment on a phone that doesnt actually exist. This is 5 months later and its still not corrected. Protel says there is nothing more they can do for us. Do not fall for the fake quotes, you will regret it. Protel has no follow up on a mistake they made. Now we are stuck trying to deal with att billing (another joke). If you are considering this store, please dont. Youve been warned.
