I called the Walmart Pharmacy 1785 Cobb Pkwy S Marietta, GA 30060 United States on 9/4/21 around 6:35PM. A young man answered and asked me to hold. I was on hold until the Pharmacy closed in which they never answered. I had just gotten off of work and forgot I needed to fill my prescription for my Lantus Insulin since I had ran out last night. So tonight I’ll go without it. Even if he had answered and said we can’t fill it I would’ve been ok with that but he left me on hold until they closed. Needless to say I won’t use this Pharmacy again and use Walgreens instead. I’m very upset this happened.

Worst experiance i ever had getting a prescription. Waited an hour was told to come back later i did then waited another half hour to be told a phone call was not made which was the reason i came back F- STAY AWAY

Not helpful at all meds never on time its always a pain in the ass to get your meds they say its other peoples fault or your doctors fault. They could care less about you. Lie all the time by saying there is nothing they can do when they can do plenty.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT! I have been trying to transfer my medicine for a week now. CVS has called and spoken with MULTIPLE pharmacists. They said I had no refills. Im holding the paper that says 2 refills while they are telling the CVS pharmacist no refills. They then hung up on her. I received a text today that my prescription was ready. I called and yes I have 2 refills. I told them to send it to CVS and even provided the number. He told me CVS needs to call them. Well after 5 times of trying I refuse to ask them to do that so Walmart keep the medicine. Youre a joke!

My medication was sent to this pharmacy. I was getting frustrated because my medication was not ready. I had spoken to Janki and was told i will get my medication the next day. I came to realize that she was trying to save me some money because my medication jumped up by $200 from my last prescription and thought my insurance would probably pay part of it. Anyway, Janki did some research and realized why it was up by $200. This was due to the way the medication was ordered. She was patient even though I seemed frustrated and put in extra hours after the pharmacy closed to make sure I got my medication for the price I initially got it for. The professionalism showed by Janki is second to none. I highly recommend this pharmacy because of her. Also Rashida and Nene were also patient while Janki worked on filling my medication. I am a happy camper
