Overall needs here at this store. Only problem me and my wife had was profiling from the front end clerk Gabriel. He accused me and my wife for stealing items that we had already scanned and paid for. Hopefully someone sees this and does something about his actions. He wanted to see our receipt, the items and couldnt figure out if the items were on the receipt. Needless to say, I was disgusted! He had no right to profile us or accuse us of stealing. Walmart, your employees need a reality check.

I’m so impressed with the cleanliness and kind staff. I just left and had a great experience shopping here. Shell rang me up and was so sweet and attentive to my things. You could tell she likes her job and is a hard worker. Little things like that make a huge difference. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I brought our children here to buy some candy for one of our sons birthday. We arrived somewhere between 6 and 6:30 on the evening of December 30th, 2020. The store was busy but certainly no madhouse. After our son finished his candy shopping-spree, we proceeded to the front of the store to check out.This is where the problem(s) arose. Upon arrival at the checkout area, we found one manned register open along with a quartet of self checkout registers. The cashier running the lonely register was notably slow. Molasses flowing downhill, if youve heard the phrase. The line for the self checkout extended more than halfway down the frozen foods aisle. All this with remarkably few people paying even a passing thought on the floor markers intended to help keep people six feet apart.Speaking of COVID precautions, we noticed more than a couple customers without masks, despite the rather obvious signs at the entrance informing patrons that masks are required. The most egregious though, was the manager on duty whose mask did not extend above her nose (just like the aforementioned slothlike cashier) doing no-one any good whatsoever.Now, I am diabetic and yes, I appreciate the irony of buying candy for my son. While my glucose levels have been under nearly miraculous control for more than two years now, despite *gestures all around* all of this, I still take precautions to at least try to avoid exposure to a virus that is particularly worrisome for those of us with this condition. That is difficult at best when visiting a retail establishment but, I do what I can mitigate the risk. Accordingly, my wife summoned the manager who was somewhere that wasnt the registers until then.While she was doing this, I and my children waited in line whilst attempting to maintain some kind of distance between us and the other patrons. While there, a half dozen or more asked us and the others around us what was going on because at the front at least, there was confusion, a lot standing around waiting for nothing, and a distinct lack of employees willing to get within sight of the registers. There were plenty around, sure, but none near the front.Upon the managers arrival, my wife got out one sentence about the unsafe nature of that environment before the manager very rudely told her to leave. She made no attempts at customer service, or any other managerial action like, I dont know, running a register like every other retail manager ever has had to do when things got busy nor even offer a simple apology and reassurance that they were doing all they could. Nope, none of that came out of this managers mouth.Ive managed quite a few retail locations, large and small, in my life and I can tell you from experience, that manager would have been fired within minutes had she worked for me. Unprofessional, negligent, inadequate; those are the nicest words I can come up with to describe this womans attitude.Contrast this experience with the Target just up at Merchants Walk. The experience there was nothing short of pleasant. We had at least two employees offer assistance just on our way to the candy aisle.When we finished herding our children back to the front to check out, there was the omnipresent self checkout and no less than FOUR manned registers open. Not one of them, self checkout included, had more than one person in line AND THEY WERE BUSIER THAN THE WAL-MART!!!!! Each register had clearly marked, highly visible, signs on the floor indicating six foot distances and people were paying attention to them! The latter part of that bears not on the store but I thought it still worth mentioning.Long story short, too late I know, if youre in the area and need to do shopping, go just down the street to Merchants Walk. For general shopping, I cant recommend the Target more. If you need to grocery shop, well, there are a number of choices there and the $0.01 price difference isnt enough to justify gracing this poor excuse for a retail venue with your mere presence, much less your patronage.

Today I felt like I was discriminated. John in self checkout that holds a cane watched me like a hawk as I was checking out my items. I didn’t have much items either. There was other customers checking out as well but because I was the only black person he stereotype me. And he giggled when I told him I felt uncomfortable. He didn’t even blink. It was awkward and very uncomfortable. I never had any issue before shopping there. Everyone else is usually so nice. I’ve never seen him before until today. Horrible experience. 1 spoiled apple will ruin The Whole bunch

I love this neighborhood Walmart! I havent been to a neighborhood Walmart in years. It has almost everything a super Walmart has, of course with the exception of clothing, electronics, etc. The selection is better than I thought and I found everything I was shopping for. This is my 4th visit there and each time I go the people are friendly and I find everything I needed. I will be back for a 5th visit soon!

I love, love, love coming here. The store associates are always very helpful and friendly. The have a pretty good selection for a neighborhood market. My only suggestion is that they need to put out a little more in their small deli section. The lady Pharmacist (I can’t remember her name) is the sweetest, most caring I’ve encountered at any Walmart. This pharmacy is a hidden gem as most people go to the one on Cobb Pkwy. Every time I bring my Rx here, they have it ready in under 10 minutes.

The staff that I spoke with were all very pleasant.

Decent and generally well stocked grocery store. The staff are nice enough and the prices are good. Far better than the Kroger down the road.

Very convenient, always used this location to recycle my plastic grocery bags. FYI: this store no longer takes recyclables. Publix and Kroger still do.

Easy in and out. The size of the store make easy to shop contrary to the big store. If you like using shelf checkout cash register or not, you will be on your way fast.

I love this Walmart because of the pharmacy. Leo and Avi both work in the pharmacy. Awesome customer service. Everytime I pick-up my medication, they remember my name. There is always a friendly greeting and a willingness to help me. I cant say enough good things about these two. To be honest, everyone in the pharmacy has been very friendly and customer focused. But Leo and Avi are just AWESOME!!!

The store gets only two stars for its lack of cashiers. They rely heavily on self check out ... even not opening more than one cashier manned station when there are long lines waiting to use their self checkout registers. Asking for management and speaking them does NOTHING to help. No more registers are opened. This is a clean, mostly well stocked store. I enjoy shopping here as it is right around the corner from my home. But, on the issue of customer service, they totally lack and for that facet of the business, deserve a -4 stars.

The store was easy to follow and the prices were extremely reasonable. I visited out of convenience but I will definitely be back. There were cashiers at every register so checking out was extremely painless.

Question:When did it become acceptable for a Walmart employee to place his hands on you? When did it become acceptable for a Walmart employee (a man) to tower over a customer let alone a woman?What’s not acceptable is for a cashier to attempt to follow me from register to register in a harassing manner over water. Not only did he do this but he decided to elevate his voice. His management did nothing but sit and look.If you’re an African American woman do not shop here you’ll be racially profiled. Arent we practicing social distancing?

Would definitely recommend. The store is a small neighborhood market, so its easy for routines shopping without the distraction and chaos of the super centers. Also, small enough to run in for quick trips. Fast checkout and helpful, polite employees. The store is very organized and clean. The reduced sale carts up from for discontinued items was absolutely fantastic. Other Walmarts Ive been in have those sale carts up front as well, but dont mark items down enough for people to want to buy.

This morning(3/19/20) it was open and not busy with registers open and waiting. The stock seemed ok. But no hand sanitizer, alcohol etc.The store looked spotless too!

Love this friendly neighborhood Walmart. They have the nicest people that work here!I love coming here instead of Kroger because their prices are better. Also they have good produce and always have my cats favorite flavor of fancy fest in stock!

This story is actually pretty great. Most of the people who work there are friendly and helpful. The only thing is sometimes they dont have but one cashier which seems ridiculous and you have to wait in a really long line just to use self check out.

We like this neighborhood market. Reasonable prices, large selection. We like their triple washed lettuce, makes salads easy to make. Good gluten free section for those who need it.

A very well lit and clean establishment from the parking lot to the inside and back of the store. The detail i didnt find welcoming here was the lack of customer service. There was not one person to greet nor thank for coming or going nor anyone to offer assistance to help find what one would be looking for. I appreciate the convenience of it being open indefinitely but still seems to lack the human touch.

I was in line for the pharmacy (to get sudanephrine from behind the counter) before 9:00. The person in line ahead of me took some time and I was told that I could not be helped because they were closed at 9:00. There were 3 people in the pharmacy and no one took the initiative to ask what i needed

Store 3069 Marietta.I purchased 4 pack of tomatoes yesterday.They rang up $5.89 at $1.47 a pound.I asked the cashier why so much, she said they weighed almost 4lbs.I went to the produce department after my purchase and they weighed 2.29 lbs.The service desk refunded me the difference in the weight.I advised they should have been free since they over charged me, nope.My question?Did the older black female checking out the white male put her hand on the scale to deliberately over charge me or is Walmart committing fraud and over charging their customers? The person at the service counter went over and talked to the cashier but she did not share what was said.

Nice to find affordable price on grocery in East Cobb. People are friendly. The place is clean and has the modern edge to it. When shopping at WM, go for the brand names as theyre more competitive pricing than other stores. Be sure to load the WM saving app, and earn some points.

They have everything you need for a quick trip to the grocery store. Its an easy in-and-out place. Stocks some nicer products than Ive seen at other Walmarts. Not the place to go if youre looking for higher quality meat or produce.

It is super convenient to our house. I get to buy all of my regular purchases at the Super Walmart prices. They have some interesting selections of frozen food I can not find any where else. I hope they never leave!

Great local market, if youre in a hurry. basically a wal-mart without the major departments like apparel, toys, home goods & such. full pharmacy, a half-deli and good assortment of fresh and prepared grocery items.

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is always clean when I visit,often in the wee hours of the morning.The employees are friendly and helpful when I approach any of them with a question.Not all of them greet me,however.I think the grocery selection is about on par with that of a Kroger or Publix.The store is also easy to navigate.I hope that this Neighborhood Market doesnt close as so many other Atlanta area locations have,mainly in Cobb and (north) Fulton Counties.The suburbs are saturated with grocery retailers,but not ones that stay open 24 hours.

Pretty much what you get is a smaller Walmart, no clothes, no home/garden, and no electronics section. BUT, you do get great prices on produce and groceries a few minutes closer than the other bigger Walmarts. This Walmart is also very clean. I enjoy shopping here.

Its Wal-Mart. They have everything. Typically made somewhat inexpensively but have zero customer service while shopping. They just cut everyone loose at the door like wild animals. Everyone must fend for themselves once they pass the wally-world threshold.
