Keenan was very unhelpful & had a nasty energy. I tried to purchase a heater and none was available on the floor. However the app says there were 6 left. Therefore, I ordered it online and told the store clerk. When a store clerk attempted to help me Keenan continuously kept declining service to help me and very unapologetic about it. Instead of pulling the item from the back & saving me time for coming back in 2 hrs. He told me he cannot pull it for me and stared at me with so much tension. I am extremely disturbed as a customer. I never been treated unfairly at Target and I am a loyal customer. So for Keenan to turn me away turned me off as a customer.

By far the most disturbing target visit.I’ve been shopping more at target lately, using their online order and pick up has been a request that has been practical with my recent life activities.The stores I shop at didn’t have a product that I so desperately needed, so ship to home wasn’t an option. My child and I arrived at the store after about a 30 minute commute, we acknowledged a target cart pusher retrieving a few more carts to add to his all ready long line of carts. Seem pleasant so far right wrong! The online pick up process apparently various store to store or maybe district to district.There were 2 online pick up workers available in the designated area, but not only was I not greeted I was redirected to customer service where I was addressed by another red tee shirt wearer who I was believed to be a target employee who then confirmed my reason for the visit to the establishment.Here comes the kicker she herself would not be the one to expedite and assist in completing my business transaction, but instead she passed this on to the cart pusher I had just witnessed exiting the 90 plus degree parking lot with carts, WAIT THERES MORE not even before she could complete this another employee barked that he take the register!(SAFETY VEST STILL ON MIND YOU) all with a smile and he didn’t complain( I HAD NOT EVEN BEEN IN THE STORE 3 minutes)TARGET! I’m complying with the new online shopping pickup policy but please as a customer and consumer I don’t spend my currency to witness and encounter these situations when completing my transaction with your businesses.Invest in more guest relations training, setting standards, management, time management, floor layout and designs and awareness on so many levels training training training

I’ve noticed within the past year or two that the staff has really been on top of their customer service. It was never bad, but whoever is currently managing or hiring is making sure they enforce really great service. I always appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. Also, this is my local Target and it’s always a good experience. Store is also well kept and clean.

I bought an Apple Watch on September 6, 2021. I never even took it out of the bag because I was able to get a free one as an anniversary gift through the company I work for. So I took it back tonight, less than 30 days and never ever even opened and Target would not give me my money back. I only had until 09/21 because it was an Apple product. This is absolutely ridiculous. I told the manager that this was unacceptable and she stepped away for a minute and offered to put it on a Target gift card for me. This is still not acceptable to me. Granted I have 5 grandchildren and we are frequent shoppers at Target. In fact it’s their favorite store but it is the principle of the situation. I just wanted her to put it back where it came from. Everyone was super nice today. From the greeter at the door telling us the cart had been sanitized, to the manager managing the lines, to the cashier. Super nice and helpful. Brief tense moment when a new checkout line was opened and someone from the back of the line was directed to it instead of those of us already waiting. I don’t mind a short line (we were third) but don’t like it when those who have been waiting don’t get to go first when new line opens up. Manager recognized mistake and opened another register immediately, apologized for the wait and even offered an additional discount. Very unexpected but much appreciated.

The Target on Dallas Highway never disappoints! I have been looking for bedding for weeks and was getting overwhelmed. I saw Target carried Casaluna bedding and decided to check it out. It wasn’t until Brandon and his team in the home section confirmed that it was the best bedding and I would love it - and they were right, I absolutely love it! I’m very thankful for them leading me in the right direction!

I needed to return or exchange a Secret deo. Customer service had me return and then purchase the item. Came home and did not have the Secret deo!!!!!I live in Dallas and was at the Target in West Marietta. Now I have to go all the way back there for my 12.00 deodorant!!!Not Happy!!

Friday I came to the store to quickly pick up some things. During my self checkout the machine told me to wait for a store associate. I am 7 and a half months pregnant and really wanted to finish and get off my feet. Trevor was there very quickly and fixed the issue super fast even making sure I got the deal I was buying. Times are difficult right now but he had a positive attitude and gave wonderful customer service. I will continue to go to this Target because of wonderful service like what Trever gave.

Horrible customer service. OFTEN reports and order is ready and completed and refuses to fill the order. Employees are rude, poorly trained and down right horrid. Entire staff need to go back to school and learn real manners and customer service and friendliness. Will never shop here again.

I needed to buy two allerease pillows today for our daughter who will be visiting soon. My store didnt have any in stock. I asked Mark, at the Service Desk, if there were any in the store---- which there werent. I asked if any other stores in the area showed stock. He found another store in our area -- which showed 3 -- He called the store to make sure they had them and to ask if they would hold them for me. After a bit of wait time-- he was able to talk to someone at this store--no, they did not have any in stock. Mark then offered to order the pillows so they could be shipped to our home. He was calm, kind, and he persevered. All the while taking care of a drive up customer with a large order. He ordered the pillows to be delivered and I couldnt be happier with the level of professionalism and true customer service that Mark demonstrated. Why would I want to shop anywhere else?

Nice store but a little smaller than the location in Hiram. The Dollar Spot is usually picked over and has a small selection. They seem to have trouble keeping things in stock, especially clothing. My wife and I can never seem to find our size here but can at other locations. It is busy, I know, but it’s a constant issue here.

The only reason I came back to this Taget was because of Arie and Sebastian.Im sorry if I spelled your name wrong guys. I live in east cobb and im.over my mother in laws home alot but today, I was having a really bad morning and as soon as I saw Arie i was happy. Even my daughter says look mommy ahwee heea (Arie here). Somthing about her bubbly personality and her helpful ways A L W A Y S. I always go on self checkout but today I didnt and went to Sebastians line. I bought a few items maybe 5 or 6 but his Personality was so sweet. He asked me how my days was going and I started to vent. I swear he just has this bubbly personality and he could def relate to me!!!! and I told him if I ever see him on register I dont care how long the line is he and Arie will be my go to. i love you guys you make my visit to target great everytime. As i was telling Sebastian one of the managers heard me and I told her that they are the only two ppl i come back here for. You guys ROCK! Arie is the girl with the long braids. She is also always soo helpful. These two employees are the most humblest down to earth real ppl I have met in my life. Taget of West Cobb you are very very very lucky to have them be a part of you because of their great personality helpful ways and humbleness. Take care of them they are a HUGE ASSET to your company.

The bathroom is so messy every time I am here..trash can overflowing, paper towels and toilet paper on the floor. Generally products and service is good.

Pretty disappointed, my nearby target did not have what I was looking for so I checked to see if any other target had the item and online it said it was in stock and I drove 30 minutes for it to be completely sold out. But it’s a very clean and organized target with very kind staff!

I love target more than I love myself. The employees here appear to be doing their best and always respond well when I say something stupid. Also, most of the current employees told me they liked Twenty one Pilots when I came in wearing my shirt of the band, so they can be trusted.

Having a return processed by the receipt and no need to swipe the credit card to make that happen is GREAT. The return was done very quickly and no problems. The clerk was very nice, said hello, and SMILED, I think she likes her job !!! :) This store is always clean and items organized in all of the departments.

There has definitely been some changes, as the staff is more available and the lines are not as long. I love stopping here because it is always clean and organized. It helps that the location is so convenient.

I went to exchange a skirt for my daughter that I just purchased a few days ago. It was the wrong size and I thought that I would be able to just switch it out for the correct size without any issues. Well, Target would not allow me to do an even exchange without a receipt even though the skirt was a TARGET BRAND skirt. They told me that I would only be able to receive “the lowest selling price” for the skirt and if I wanted another skirt that I would be responsible for the difference! So now, I’ve been forced to pay MORE money than I originally paid for the skirt BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A RECEIPT FOR AN ITEM THAT IS ONLY MADE AND SOLD BY TARGET! So please be careful when shopping at this Target and trying to do an even exchange.

This is a good clean target with the basics. Very convenient for me as it is close to home. I prefer paying a little more for stuff here versus going to Walmart any day of the week.However, this one is not as big as the Super Target in Hiram so they dont always have everything in here.

I understand employees are told to do their job. But my experience today became overwhelming trying to shop with my friends . They were both fine but me ! I personally think it was wrong for for SEVERAL employees to watch us up and down plus security to follow us around like young thieves ! It’s like now a days a group of friends just can’t be a group of friends in a super market like a place like target . I believe it was because we were dressed comfortably and this was in the ( MORNING ) but I have more reason to be believe it could be because my friends had a ( purse back pack ) which makes sense. it wasn’t a big deal to them but it was to me and just for that I’ll never go there again with friends just to be stereotyped as a “ young dumb adult “ . just silly .

Today visit was smooth and excellent through all this crisis madness !

Went there to purchase an item that the target website told me they had in stock. I arrived to find the item sold out and figured there must be more in the back. After about six minutes of just standing around the electronic section and employee finally came out and groggily asked me “can I help you?” As though I had interrupted his break or something. I told him the situation and he snapped back “look man, if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it. The website is wrong all the time.” Then just walked off without another word. Maybe if I had been rude about it I can understand why he reacted that way and with that tone, But I have worked in retail and I know how much it sucks and I’m pretty chill with employees of places like this. As I was walking away an older woman said “can I help anyone over here” really loudly and I just said “no I’m good, your website said you had something but I guess you don’t have it.” And she replied “well then I guess you answered your own question” and then walked off.After that a girl asked her if they had a display for the new iPhone And she said “it’s right behind you” (It was a galaxy advertisement behind her, not an iPhone). The girl told her that it was a galaxy display and the woman replied “yeah well those are better than iPhones anyway“ and then walked away again. We pretty much all stood there confused.That’s totally a relevant to what happened to me I just thought it was worth noting that this woman didn’t even know what an iPhone was and she was working in the electronics department.

The amount of customer service that is given at Target store far surpasses any other big box store. You employees are helpful and willing to go out of their way to help.

Good prices, quality products, wide variety of products, friendly personnel, and convenient location.

This is not a full Target. No bakery, deli or meat department. The food kiosk is seriously lacking in variety. There is a Starbucks in here with a limited menu. The bathrooms are usually kind of dirty. The grocery section is very limited. Clothing sections are smaller than other Targets. Not bad but there are better ones. Staff is usually nice.

All of you complaining sound like a bunch of children.. Seems like you just didn’t get your way and made a big ole fuss about it. GROW UP! I’ve been shopping at this target for a while now it’s always been a very pleasant experience.

Use any pharmacy but here. They are completely incompetent to even check out non Rx medication. The pharmacy employee couldn’t figure out to void an initial transaction she couldn’t complete for another customer to cell simple Mucinex and as a result I couldn’t make my purchase because she tried to input my license information twice. The line was already down an entire aisle due to her incompetence and the actual pharmacist having to try to help with her errors. Common sense should be a requirement to work pharmacy.

I dont love the layout of this store but its always clean and well organized. This area would be extremely well suited for a supertarget if they were so inclined.

It is your basic Target. The grocery section is so so. I find the toy section extremely disappointing, making the trip to Walmart yields a much better selection and less cost for the same exact toy. I can get my senior-aged dogs food here which is hard to find, and it is nearby my home, so I go there when I am in a pinch.

Went in there looking for a smart watch for my pops and an associate named Ben gave me an excellent run down about the smart watch market. He was extremely helpful and courteous.

This is for the starbucks inside. We came in around 7 on Wednesday and from the get go the cashier seemed to not want us in there. She was very short with us really for no reason, we were being polite and it was 2 hours before close so idk. We kinda brushed it off as her having a bad day. I asked and paid for almond milk because Im lactose intolerant and I was given regular milk. I only had the standard lactose intolerant symptoms but if someone else who had an ulcer or was allergic asked for non-dairy that couldve been much worse. Food tampering isnt okay no matter what personal vendettas you have.

It looked like they were in the middle of moving inventory in the Womens dept around, while still clean and I found what I needed I didnt spend more time. It looked like it will be laid out very nicely when done.

This location is comparable to most of the other Target stores I have visited, but I took off a star because the parking is a little crazy sometimes. Traffic does not flow well, and seems to clog in certain areas where there is not quite enough room. There is not a good place to drop off elderly guests close to the door without blocking traffic flow.

This Target has no mask enforcement. Masks are required but observed several customers fragrantly not wearing masks. If they are not concerned with their employees and customers wellbeing then I will not be shopping here again.

Been to this store several of times and never had a problem but my recent visit is my last visit. I had been baby shopping just looking around at first and found the perfect pack and play for the arrival of my new son but I noticed I had over spent and could save some money if they offered layaway. So I proceeded to the check out to complete my purchase. Once I got there I asked the cashier if they offered layaway he wasnt sure bt was very polite and excusing himself to ask customer service. However he asked and the two ladies there seem to think his question was very comical. He also agreed with me when I mentioned the that the fact that they thought that was funny was very rude. He apologized on their behalf. As we are walking out the door I hear the two ladies say only black people would need layaway, this time of year. By the way I could have purchased the pack and play bt was just trying to save money. I kept going only because I had my two small children and my husband insisted that we continue to have a good day and to shop else where and to never return. Racist!! Stay away

Routinely poor stock. Never has multiple sizes, show department a disaster, toy department is better than most. Still this store has serious issues with stocking.
