Terrible experience! I should have read the reviews before placing an order from this location. The experience is way to long to even exhaust any more energy writing. Lets just say this store never never ever answers the phone to rectify the problem. I had to call the toll free customer services number. A case was opened, however, how can it be rectified if the store owner continues to never pick up and/or respond to emails. At this point it was not about the small 68.00 dollar amount, it became a matter of principle and respect. Unfortunately I had to reach out to the CEOs of the company. With their assistance, I received my money back, AND a complimentary arrangement.I do not like bashing a business owner trying to make it in todays climate, however...please develop better service if you plan to stay open.**Pic attached :We did leave the ant infested arrangement in front of their closed store.

Walked in today with a last minute request and I could not be more pleased! The woman who helped me was so nice and went out of her way to get my order as quickly as possible. The product was beautiful and the store looked so clean

I will never spend my hard earned money in there anymore. I spent $63 dollars for a dozen of Sweetheart strawberries and it looked like my 2yr old grandson prepared it for me with no assistance...lol..they looked horrible I was so disappointed when my boyfriend opened the box. So I called the 1877 number and I told the lady about it and she said ; “What You Want Me To Do”, I said a refund! She didn’t even offer a coupon for a new order..smh..or a simple “I apologize for your order”

Should have read the reviews.Horrible customer service and the company needs better delivery policies if they want more satisfied customers or any business at all. Will not ever be using this company and will make sure I spread the word. Such a shame to have spent money for nothing.

My daughter ordered me two boxes of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday early April. They were left at the front door in the hot heat. I called the store and first spoke with Bianca who said she would issue a full credit and she never did. I then called and spoke with Azhar on 4/28 who had me text pictures to his phone. He agreed that the condition of the strawberries was unacceptable and promised to issue a full credit. It never happened and he stopped replying to my text messages and ignores my phone calls! Unprofessional and Unacceptable! $116.61 is what they owe my daughter!

I wish I could give this location 0 stars, but it isn’t an option. My order did not deliver on the requested day and they have yet to answer the phone in two days so I can cancel and request a refund. Better believe corporate will be hearing from me. This location is trash.*This location is independently owned so I’m not sure who is responding requesting me to address corporate. The only thing corporate has done is referred me back to this piss poor customer service location. Instead of responding with fake concern and a number that can’t help. Why don’t you try returning my calls to the actually location.

I would like to give this zero stars too. I think it’s hilarious all the comments pretending to car but my step mother-in-law still hasn’t received her arrangement that we paid extra to have delivered on Mother’s Day being we live 5 hours away and didn’t get to see her on Mother’s Day. I have been holding for over two hours on phone now just listening to the recording over and over. I work for an attorney office and I’m holding on desk phone and cell both two hours

I placed a order on September 13,3021 for delivery on September 18 2031 and As of today I still havent recieved my email comformation that is so unprofessional and tacky called the store this morning the stated they resent but I still havent tecnologico gotten it

The fact that management is commenting on the negative reviews for months and still have not made any improvements just shows this location needs to be shut down. This location has poor customer service and fruits are not fresh I will continue alerting people about this please beware of this location ! The best thing to do is call corporate and report them ! If i could give them anything less than a one i would!! The whole store need to be shut down!! Placed a order on Sunday. called on monday no Answer called on Tue no answer called on Wednesday no answer. Called customer service and they were No help. My delivery was for that Wednesday, it was for my daughter Birthday she got off at 530 they bought her order at 6 and she dont return to work till Friday . i paid 40 dollars and now her order is just sitting at the job because they didnt answer the phone for 3 days and customer service was a waste of Time!!

I received a call from the store this morning saying since I wasn’t home yesterday they would have to charge me a fee to deliver the arrangement again. I kindly said please refund the money back to the purchaser because I wasn’t paying a fee to have it delivered again. Well, they delivered it without charge and when I started to remove my fruit to eat, I found mold in the greenery. WOW, please read the reviews for this store before placing an order.

Placed an order May 5th for a May 7th delivery. Delivery was unsuccessful and they did not reach out to the recipient to reschedule. Ive tried calling the store directly 2 days in a row trying to reschedule and now cancel the mothers day gift with no answer sitting in the que for over 35 minutes each time.

I feel disappointed, I didnt read the reviews on this location before I placed my order. Needless to say the reviews are accurate this location should be closed. Just on the basis of unprofessionalism alone, people spend money for a service and dont receive any service at all! I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau because the corporate office has ignored countless customer complaints.

The order was ready the day I needed it, but they would not answer the phone for hours and I never got an email saying it was ready. I just finally decided to go to the location not knowing if it was done or not but it was.

WORST OF THE WORST!!!I ordered a birthday bouquet on Feb 7 to be delivered on Feb 15... On the day it supposed to be delivered I get a call from them saying it will not be delivered because their driver did not have enough time to finish with all the deliveries of the day, which I think then they should just limit the orders they are actually capable of doing per day. Anyway, they asked me if it was ok to get the delivery the following day Feb 16 to which I replied yes since I already paid for it and it’s late enough to go out trying to find a special birthday gift. So, today Feb 17 I texted my friend to ask if she had gotten my gift yesterday and she told me nothing came.... I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 57 minutes and nobody has pick up the call yet to explain why they didn’t deliver my order or even called me to let me know. I should have check the reviews before thinking of paying for this awful service.

If i could give this store ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! I live out of state and ordered an (expensive) edible arrangement and upgraded to the premium balloon package to be delivered to my mother. Balloons were not delivered. Had to call the store twice during MY work day (was on hold for 20 minutes each time) and finally spoke to the manager who was NOT helpful at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible! I placed an order last week for delivery on Monday to surprise my dental hygienist. I didnt get a call until Monday evening that it had not been delivered. They promised delivery the next day and the delivery never happened. Been trying to call them ever since but no one will answer the phone. Stay away from this location!!

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I purchased a same-day delivery and paid a $9.99 delivery fee on top of my purchase. I actually call before I ordered it and the Gentleman which was the manager stated yes we deliver to that address. I then ordered online and put in the delivery notes he gets off at 3 can you please deliver before 3? I call them back after I ordered it, and it was like 12 something and I told the lady I just placed a order and he gets off at 3 she I have a driver going out now I will send it with them. I called them like 2:45 and stayed on hold for an hour and no one picked up. At that point I kept tracking all the way up to 3 no delivery. The delivery got there between 3:15-3:18, but the worse part about it he wasn’t a surprise because I had to him so he would stay there and wait on it. I call Monday which is today and told them I wasn’t please, the Gentleman which is the manager said we can’t guarantee a delivery time and I told him I talk to you before I ordered and you said yes we can delivery it. I told him they should have told me that Friday or I wouldn’t have ordered it. He then went to asking me what I want him to do very unprofessional being the to ask what I want if I had Dissatisfied customer I would make it right instead of asking them they want him to do. Then he say I will call you back let me talk to the people you talk to and the driver at this point it doesn’t matter I paid a delivery fee wrote in comments what time he got off It didn’t make there at that time and my surprise was ruin by telling him. I was very dissatisfied with this store and will never order anything from this location again they have the worse customer service ever in life😡😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible ! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering at this location . There’s obviously terrible management . I’ve ordered an arrangement that was supposed to arrive day of, but never made it ! At 12 pm the tracking stated that the order was on its way, at 3pm I called to verify and the person on the phone stated they contacted the driver & the driver was on their way to the address . I had the recipient stay home for the arrival of the arrangement that NEVER came ! I call back the next day to ask if they can deliver it today because I didn’t want to wait 3 days for the refund, then they proceed to tell me I have to pay ANOTHER delivery fee ! I couldn’t believe my ears ! ANOTHER delivery fee for the arrangement they FAILED to deliver in the first place . The worker told me that the owner Jen is never there. Edible arrangements has never failed me til now .. this location is obviously mismanaged !

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered a platter to be delivered Monday. It never came. At 3:53pm some non chalant store guy calls to tell me that it won’t be delivered but could be delivered Tuesday. I asked what was the reason for this and why I was informed to late. His response was they had 60 orders and did not mind refunding me my money so take it or leave it. By the sound of his voice, I knew he literally did not care. I agreed to wait for it to be delivered Tuesday, as it was really important that the person received it. I asked the recipient to stay in a second day because I was having a package (it was a surprise) delivered to them. No deal. It never came. Here it is Wednesday morning and no one called to let me know it would not be delivered yesterday or that it would be delivered today. I called the store multiple times yesterday before 5pm. I was on hold for over 30mins at a time and no one ever picked up. I’ve ordered from edible arrangements in Knoxville and Dunwoody, and received excellent customer service and perfect delivery handoffs. WHO is in charge of this CIRCUS show? And don’t blame it on COVID-19. Whoever it is does NOT CARE about its customers.Advise: Consider being a franchisee of something a little more simple next time. Clearly fruit is too difficult for you

DONT EVER GO WITH THEM. I used to work here and they are terrible people. They close the store like an hour early every day and if any orders come in after 3, they pretty much just leave the ticket and don’t make it. The owners lie to the customers when they do something wrong and just blame it on the system.They used to not wash the fruit until corporate came in and shut the store down for a few days. They would also not switch out their gloves after touching the phones or helping customers and would go right back to food. The old owner didn’t take responsibility for anything so we got new owners and they are just as bad if not worse. They lie about everything and they harass the workers. Ive seen at least 5 people quit because of the owners. They also did not mop the floors because our store is “too big”. They would constantly talk behind all of the employees backs and would yell at people when they needed things done. They are just too irresponsible to be in charge considering the fact that the main owner is 23. He has his mom, sister, aunt, and her husband work in the kitchen because they don’t want to pay new employees. Oh and they make the employees all write 5 star reviews so if you see any from megan, savannah, or courtney orJEN they’re all fake.

So I ordered from her for the first time for my mother’s birthday, worst decision ever. My flowers are falling apart, and some are actually dead. My sunflowers, were dead. Many things were missing from the description. But never again will I ever buy here again, a huge waste of my money.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t order from this location! I Placed an order for my Moms 70th birthday.. it’s almost 7pm and her arrangement has not arrived. I’ve been calling the store since 3 pm on hold for 30 plus minutes and no one has ever come to the phone. How disappointing to ruin someone’s special day. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the unprofessional service you are providing.

I visited this Edible Arrangements to pick up a nice treat for my niece and nephew. Kaila greeted me with a smile and I continued to ask her several questions about the different items that were available. she was so helpful, it was refreshing receiving such great service. I would definitely recommend this place! Not only was the service great but the fruit was so fresh and delicious! Thanks to Everyone for making it such a great experience! Wish there were more people like them!

I ordered an arrangement for my birthday party from here. The employees were very helpful and took their time explaining each arrangement. I ordered the Delicious Fruit Design I highly recommend it. The arrangement came with a lot of fruit more than I was expecting and it was really good quality. I added on dipped strawberries and Apples and everyone loved them. I also get the chocolate covered fruit boxes from here often to give as gifts and everyone loves them.

The service was good, but they were out of honey dew melon and substituted cantaloupe. The cantaloupe was not good. When you pay almost $60 for an arrangement, you want the fruit to be good. I. called the store and all I got was thank you for letting us know. I Do not think I will be ordering another arrangement anytime soon.

How is it two years in a row this store can be so mismanaged that they didn’t get to deliver a birthday arrangement twice!? This years missed arrangement had directions to deliver by 3 pm. I work at a bank, we close at 5pm and are closed on Saturday. They called and left a message for my husband saying they missed the delivery he called back and stayed on hold 3 times for 30 minutes each before the line disconnected to ask for a refund for their mistake. No one picked up... yes my husband waited on hold for an hour and a half.... got a call on Saturday from the delivery person baffled what we were closed then they noted the directions and apologized. What’s the craziest thing is they did the exact same thing last year. This store obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Thanks for ruining my husbands sweet surprise to me for a second year. Do not use this Edible Arrangement

Always great service! I usually order online but due short notice (2 hrs!) called in my order.  The rep at Dallas Highway in Marietta, GA was super kind, friendly, professional and helpful to the point of eager to make it happen for me.  The delivery location and the recipients full voice mail created a delivery challenge. Yet, again only kindness, professionalism and patience in making the extra effort to coordinate getting the delicious bouquet to the recipient. They were over the moon excited to receive their fresh delicious fruit...what a treat on moving day!!!

Horrible! I ordered a same day arrangement and was advised they were too busy. The order was moved out to the next day however the wrong product was delivered. I waited on hold for close to 30 minutes and nobody answered. They delivered whatever they wanted taking my money!! A boys theme was delivered for a new baby girl. Absurd!!

Needs customer service improvement baldly! Poor communication with delivery, therefore item never delivered. Then wanted to charge to redeliver. Everything worked out but the recipient had to pick up arrangement!

My sweet sister-in-law often orders me dark-chocolate dipped fruit from these folks for my birthday, usually strawberries.  Every time, its been absolutely delicious.  The boxed chocolate-covered strawberries I received last week were wonderful!  What a treat - the berries were all perfectly ripe, large, sweet and juicy, covered with plenty of high-quality dark chocolate.  Im pretty picky about my fruit, but these folks deliver, literally.

This is the worst Edible Arrangements location. Do not buy from this location. The delivery guy dumped my Mother’s Day bucket of fruit at the door and ran back to the car. The fruit was not tasty nor was the Teddy Bear paid for included. They didn’t answer there phone for 2 days and when we went there they said they ran out of bears and balloons on Mother’s Day weekend. Asked for a refund and they said there were 500 people waiting on them so when it is my turn they will process it. Asked for the manager or owners name and they refused to give either! No money returned yet!!

An order was delivered to me from this location for Mothers Day. The strawberries were wilted, there was fluid leaked all over the tray . One of the strawberries was molded and rotten inside. Two fruit flies came out when I opened the box. When I called to complain I was on hold for 52 min before I disconnected. When I called right back the store was closed. I attempted to call the Corp Office and had the same issue. No way to get a human or even leave a voicemail. Same issue today. I tried to contact them on Facebook and there is no way to message them. Not only was the expensive product disgusting, their customer service is non existent. Shame on them!

Terrible service!! They ran out of “containers” the day of Mother’s Day. One of the busiest times for them I’m sure. So why didn’t y’all order enough containers properly?! Y’all basically not providing appropriate service. Now they can’t deliver my Mother’s gift until Tuesday. Mother’s Day is Sunday. And I order back in mid April but I’m the lucky person who’s Mom has to wait. I live far away as an essential worker and this is what y’all do. Trash!!! Pure trash!!! Bet y’all didn’t even consider when ppl placed their orders. Don’t use this edible arrangement, try another location. Never again at this one.

First time using them and I will again! They had a great special going on online and I ordered for same day pickup about 2 1/2 hours later. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and given my order within seconds. I was in and out in less than 1 minute! Ordering online was easy and pickup even easier! Thanks edible arrangements! Too bad these delicious goodies werent for me so I cannot comment on the taste, but they looked amazing!

I love ordering edible arrangements. Theyre always well prepared and the fruits are always on point. This is my go to gift especially for those healthy eaters and for those rushed gift moments as well . Its a nice gesture. I order from here at least once every 2 months and also get free edible fruits after so many purchases. This place never disappoints !!

Ordered gift for my Mom’s 95th Birthday...arrangement did not contain same fruit as described in details, was delivered at 8:45pm (even though it was not a Holiday), and when opened fruit was frozen. I tried to call several times and was continually told Manager was either with someone else or not in store. I emailed my dissatisfaction along with pictures and never received any communication back. I requested from the girl who answers the phone to let her manager know I wanted a refund...she said I would need to return the container. I decided at this point to take my concerns to my credit card company and fight the charges.

Ive used edible arrangements several times for different types of occasions. Theyve been outstanding every time, from the quality of fruit, to arrangement styles to delivery.  Shout out to the phone rep whom guided me through the process of ordering an arrangement to congratulate my wife in her promotion, very knowledgeable, and respectful, Thank you for providing that!

Freshest strawberries I have ever tasted! they really took their time showing me the different options of bouquets AND let me taste test a few samples. The staff is also super friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience that much better. The price is worth every penny!

Ordered online for Mother’s Day, and the order looked absolutely nothing like the picture, missing things off the order. No letter included. Now you guys don’t ever pick up the phone. I NEED SOME MONEY BACK. This is ridiculous. Think just because I order to have it sent I wouldn’t notice things are missing off the order?

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst edible arrangements. I ordered something from here for Mother’s Day and it was never delivered or even attempted to be delivered like they are lying to me and saying. Somehow there is NEVER a manager in the store so they can not issue me a refund every single time I go up there and I can’t just call because everytime I call I’m on hold for LITERALLY HOURS. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. After all the bad reviews I figured I would try it anyways based on some of the good reviews but that was a mistake, believe the bad reviews. I’m still dealing with this situation 10 days later.

I had a great experience when visiting this store... the staff was so great and definitely very helpful. Had some trouble trying to choose an arrangement for my daughter on her birthday and got nothing but awesome ideas from them! I will definitely be spreading the words to my family and friends. Beautiful store and great staff!! Couldnt figure out what to get for my sisters birthday then I saw an edible arrangements van drive past me and with the number for them on the side.. so I called them up and they walked me through figuring what to get at a very reasonable price and same day delivery!!! My sister said when the driver knocked on her door she was completely surprised and was so happy, the delivery driver even wished her a happy birthday from the Edible Arrangements crew.. that was really nice of her!! She said that the arrangement was beautiful it had pineapple that was shaped like a cupcake and dipped in chocolate with sprinkles!! Im so happy I made the decision to order Edible Arrangements for her .. thanks everyone!!!

If there was a zero I would have given it. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My 15 year old daughter ordered an arrangement for mother’s day after saving for the last 4 months. The arrangement never arrived on Mother’s Day. We checked our email and received a confirmation that it was delivered at 3pm. Tried calling them and no answer. Got a phone call at 540pm saying that it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day. My daughter was crushed. We told them to cancel the order. On Monday at 610pm, we got a delivery. The chocolate had melted on the strawberries and the fruits had gone bad. I called the store several times to let them know I didn’t want it, but no one ever seems to answer their phone. I called corporate and after 3 days they were able to get someone to call us back. They asked me to return it and I’d get a refund. I told them that I threw out the fruit. They said they don’t give refunds without the product, but I could stop by and get some chocolates. I stopped by and learned that if I returned the vase, they would refund my $64. I told them I’d return it the next day. I went back to the store on Saturday and Sunday and the store was closed. I called for 3 days straight and got that annoying recording that makes you think they’re opened, when they are not. I finally got someone and returned the vase and got my refund, which took 3 weeks. I will never order from them again. They shouldn’t be in business.

I placed and order for same day delivery, paid extra for delivery. 5 pm and no delivery and no call finally I called the store just to be on hold for over 20 min and when they finally answer the girl said they had no drivers and all the orders where cancelled, this morning my friend didn’t get her delivery and now they breaks went out. This is absolutely unacceptable! Again no one called I had to call and find out never will order from them ever again

Worst EA I’ve ever shopped at, still won’t answer the phone to give me a refund for delivering the WRONG ITEM... and even the customer service lied and no supervisor ever called back as of this post and I still don’t have my money back.... won’t shop with EA again because of this store... I hate companies that require good customer service and none is ever given!

Had a great experience at this store. I had never been to one before and the associates behind the counter were great! offered samples of the products and enjoyed my first frozen yogurt shake! Awesome!!

New Marietta Location - I walked in and they were so helpful. I told them what I wanted and we were able to pick an arrangement, and it was even delivered the same day. The salesperson was so helpful in showing me different sizes and prices and even picking out a color for the basket. I told her what it was for and she helped me pick the right card to write a message on.

This place was horrible. I ordered a fruit arrangement sent to a friend. The shapes of the fruit were terrible. They sent it to the wrong house and then the manager was far from professional or caring. I will never order from this location again. I got all of money back from PayPal for such a poor delivery.

This edible location is the cleanest I’ve been in yet! Very friendly staff and they were very knowledgeable about their product and promotions. Fruit was nice and fresh as well!!! Highly recommend!

I called them the day of for a surprise delivery for my friends birthday. I knew I was pushing it calling them the day of, but that wasnt a problem. The manager helped me out and hooked me up! The delivery came on time and the arrangement was gone in a second. Fresh fruit and it was delicious! Thank you! I will definitely be back!

THIS STORE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY!!! Made an order and thought we ordered for same day delivery. Called the store to change the note on the card. The representative did not confirm delivery date and my failure to confirm made a mess of things. I thought edible arrangement at this location failed to deliver my order. However, they didnt it was mainly my fault for ordering it on the wrong date. My wife was in the hospital due to an pregnancy emergency which resulted in an induced delivery. I wanted to show her how much I appreciate what she had went through. The manager called me the next day to clear up the misunderstanding. I was satisfied with the service prior to talking to the manager because I realized the error that I made and not the store. However, the conversation with the manager made me even more happy.

Made my Order at 12am to be delivered before 5. After not receiving my order I called to be place on hold after speak to one of these horrible employees for a hour and thirty minutes. Nobody every explain to me why I hadn’t received my order or when I was going to. The most horrible experience for a company that I thought was reputable brand. I will never order or suggest getting edibles arrangements to anybody especially on a special occasion.

LOVED everything about this place! The staff is friendly and walks you through all the various creative options perfect for any occasion — they even let you try samples to help you decide! Highly recommended!!

Best & fastest delivery I have ever gotten from any business EVER !! I placed an online order for chocolate dipped apple wedges & they were received in less than 2 hours! Amazing! Stopped in the store on 10-19-19 about 230pm. Waited waited waited for someone to come n greet us...waited at least 5 minutes. 2 female employees in the back never looked up never acknowledged us. We looked around talked, waited and waited some more before we walked out. I had a direct view to kitchen from outside in the rain....they still NEVER NEVER looked up. I will never return! Piece of popcorn in the same plaza got our business!

I had an excellent experience at edible arrangements. I came in one day to find out about an arrangement I wanted to order for someone special to me, and I got the best service I could ask for. I was informed about adding chocolate to the fruit, they have so many different sizes and styles and individual touches to make it perfect! I was also informed about the fruit smoothies and frozen yogurt and decided to try one and it was very fresh! I definitely recommend this store if you need to send a thank you, just because, or just need a smoothie fix!

Had a great experience at this location with the best service! The people there helped me a lot pick out a special arrangement customized how I wanted! I was so happy to leave there feeling good knowing what I was getting was all taken care of! Makes my day going there now!

My brother was happy with the Edible Arrangements that was delivered to him at his work. Since I ordered online, I called the store the next day to check on status of my order. The owner was helpful and accommodating and reassured me that they had received the order online. Great customer service!

We have used Edible Arrangements many times as a healthy alternative to a birthday cake and have never been disappointed. The flavor is always top notch and service friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

No one picks up the phone!!!! WHAT IS THIS!

What a pleasant surprise to receive a fruity treat from Edible Arrangements......a simply gorgeous array of pineapples, grapes and strawberries(all my favorites) in a beautiful ceramic vase....... how awesome is that?  All of the fruit was very fresh and very sweet and it traveled well as I received it just before heading on a 3.5 hour drive to savannah, GA.

I ordered an arrangement at noon today and it was delivered before 5pm! Dont have one complaint with the whole experience. Will definitely use them again.

Store is incredibly inviting! They are getting seating as well for people to sit and work or enjoy their treats! Very different look from the others where it was more of just a walk-in order and leave type store.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Fresh produce, organized beautifully, and on time. Ordered some baskets for  wedding centerpieces they came out beautiful everyone love them and they were a big hit. Also, fruits were very fresh!!!

Wonderful service! My girlfriend ordered a bouquet of chocolate-covered strawberries as a surprise all the way from Sweden for our anniversary and they got to my house the next day and right on time! The chocolate-covered strawberries were wonderful and there was a great variety! Id definitely recommend ordering from them!

Was just trying to get a smoothie around 12:15 and it says its open on sundays till three and the lights were on but it was locked and closed :/edit: went back another day and got a great smoothie! i was scared for a second it wouldnt be open again since the open sign was off but this time the door was unlocked and they were there. maybe their hours are wrong on here.

We missed a delivery on 05/21/19 and tried to contact the store for the next 24hrs with no success. NO ONE answered the phone. I called the Kennesaw store and someone picked up immediately and directed us to the EA customer service number who contacted the store. On 05/23/19 our arrangement was redelivered but the strawberries and other fruit had mold growing on it! It’s nearly impossible to contact the store directly! I’ll be making a new call to customer service to rectify this and wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone.The last who delivered our arrangement though was kind, courteous, and kept us updated once she was on the way. She has been the only positive of our gift from the store!

Incredible samples here and service. Next to mellow mushroom, I had no idea they had smoothies or were in this location for that matter! My new go to place for healthy choices and gifts for family!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I would not recommend anyone to this location.I ordered a bouquet for my wife for delivery on the same day. The order was placed before noon and after further investigation I learned that the order was ready at 1pm. Upon not seeing any updates on delivery on the website at 4pm I placed a call to the location and was told that the order was ready and was waiting for the driver to deliver. Needless to say, the bouquet was not delivered. At 844pm that night, I received a message that the driver attempted delivery and could not; which is a lie. I informed the representative of that who seemed to not believe me. My wife works from home and did not leave the home at all yesterday. I did not receive a phone call or anything; only half-hearted efforts at apologizing. I was told that they would remake the order for me to come in and pick it up which is beyond unacceptable. I asked that the order be canceled and that I be issued a refund and I was told that a manager would have to do that and they were in and out of the store. Ive asked to speak with the owner and I have not gotten a response.I am utterly disappointed in the service and how I have been treated as a first time customer to this business. If this is how they treat customers, then its not worth the time or money to be a patron of this establishment. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.Hopefully, Ill get my money back. If not, I will dispute the charges.

I was in WOW the minute I walked in. This location is so much better than the others I have been to. I do not know if this is the new look or the new way edible arrangements does their stores but its big and inviting. Not to mention the staff is so pleasant and I didnt have to wait on someone to help me. They even have an ipad in the store where you can search for what you want!

I placed an order online well before the store even opened. I set the time for 11 am i get there at 12pm just to make sure its ready. They tell me the order is set to be ready at 6 pm. I drove from austell to this location. Then I want to cancel the order it takes like ten minutes and they wouldnt even give me a receipt of the cancel. I directly asked for a receipt and they acted like they didnt understand what i was saying. Very inconvenient and waste of my time and gas.

My valentines order did not arrive on time however the store staff made it a great experience for me after. They eneded up sending the order again and included a free box of chocolate dipped fruit as well as provided me with a discount on a future order. Things happen, but I love they way this was handled and will definitely be back! I was told Valentines is one of the busiest times for them. Thanks for making it right!

Friendly staff. Good variety of items. Can be pricey. Clean and well managed, but needed more staff at time I went.

Terrible. Extremely cheap owner, she only ever enforces cleaning properly when corporate comes around and tells employees to purposefully save fruit even when it goes bad because the mold can be “cut off” which made me never want to eat there again after being told that! (I have a friend who works there) She even orders staff to keep the SAME GLOVES on all day, and to just wash your hands with your gloves on to save money. She’s a penny pincher in the worst kind of way and shouldn’t be allowed to run a business so poorly.Terrible treatment of employees too. Janice (The Owner) shorts people on their paychecks, no wonder there’s hardly anyone working there. I wouldn’t!If the staff hate their job, can you expect your food to be any good? Or even okay to eat?? 🤢

I love the choices, especially now the smaller fruit arrangements. Affordable for more giving opportunities.  Been giving these for a few years. Thx!

Was suppose to be delivered 5/9 which I spent extra on. Delivered on 5/10 @ 1000 pm melted and hot.

Love edible arrangements! I ordered the mixed dipped fruits box for my husband for his birthday and it was gone within 15 minutes! So yummy and fresh!

I was in a pickle. I accidentally sent the arrangement for the wrong date. I realized it day of. And contacted them  for help. And they did.  Thank goodness for the great customer service

I would definitely place my order at a different location. Trust me you’ll thank me for saving you the headache of having to deal with the staff at this location who are absolutely rude as hell and it doesn’t seem as though management cares. Messed up my order and delivered it at almost midnight and blamed it on another location. When fact both locations have the same owner.UPDATE: The corporate office refuses to hold the owner and management of the location accountable.

My husband ordered me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and had them delivered the day before Valentines. Well the driver was great as she called to let me know I had a delivery and where to leave them but that is where the greatness stopped. I was happy to see what I had received so I opened up the box and was actually shocked as to the quality and look of the strawberries. Most of them werent even fully ripe and the ones that were looked over ripe. I ate one of them and it tasted old. My husband stopped by the store Valentines night as we were in the area for dinner and talked with manager and he told her what was wrong but understood they were busy that day and asked for them to call him the next day to resolve issue. Well of course noone called him and after 3 days of no call we called and were told manager wasnt in and they would have them call. 2 more days pass and the same thing called and no response. I called the corporate office one week after the whole thing and found out noone had logged the compliant with their corporate office as they are supposed to do. The lovely lady at corporate said the location has 48 hours to respond once compliant is filed well, you guessed it noone called. We reached out to corporate 2 more times before we ever were told we would receive a refund and come to find out the local store said they sent another order to us which was a lie because we first of all told them we didnt want another and secondly it never was delivered. I will never order from this Edible Arrangements again because their service is horrible considering they are a new store and I would expect better service being new.

My husband had chocolate covered strawberries sent to me this week the day before Valentines Day. When I opened the box to see what he sent, I was shocked to see the horrible appearance. The strawberries were rotten and some had mold on them. The werent edible at all. I contacted my husband to thank him for his effort but told him the condition of them and sent him pictures. He is Virginia working and was unable to spend Valentines Day with me and therefore wanted to surprise me with something different he had never done before. Because he was busy with work on the day they were delivered I contacted the store myself. I told the person on the phone my complaint and was told someone would call within the week. Within the week. That is just craxy. These things are expensive and an order was sent out that was unedible. When I contacted my husband to let him know the response from the store he was not happy. He then took it upon himself to contact corporate. It has now been over 48 hours. There hasnt been a follow up call from either the store or corporate office. I also havent received a replacement. I gave a 1 star but this service received doesnt deserve even that. My husbands employee with him on the job also ordered from the same store for his girlfriend and she received the same condition of strawberries. Bewate ordering from this location.

The fruit vases I got for my Mothers Birthday and Mothers Day was great but covered in chocolate made it perfect. A bit pricey but its a good gift idea.

I had a terrible experience with this particular location. I made an order on Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be delivered that same day. Throughout the day I kept checking the website for the status of my order. It turned out that it never got delivered. I called the day after to cancel my order and to request a refund. They told me only a manager can do a refund and that they would have to call me back that day or the day after. The manager never called me back. After calling a few days later, I was told twice that my refund would be put in my bank account and it never was. The manager lied to me. I found this out by calling the 800-number. When I spoke to a customer service rep at the 800 number, They informed me the refund I had never issued. The customer service rep ended up giving me my refund and sent me a confirmation email right then and there. The management at this particular location is incompetent I will never use this company again.

Still have not received order placed on Feb 14th in the AM. My boss sent me a thank you gift and she asked on Friday if I had not got it yet because my other co workers had no problem getting theirs from the other locations she ordered from. Then she gave me the info to contact. So instead of a thank you gift I get more work trying to get an answer from them and have waisted my time trying to get an answer or a refund for her. Can not get anyone on the phone could not get corporate on the phone either. Have called multiple times and can not get anyone on the phone. I waited 45 mins with the phone ringing and then at 705 after they close someone picked up and just set the phone down and I could hear them so I waited for another 5 mins hung up and called back but they forwarded the phones.
