Going to this shop is sure to trigger a wave of nostalgia for candy or soda aficionado. 10, 20, 30, 40 or more years ago, this shop has a selection of some of the greatest sugary treats you can imagine. What I love most is the amazing selection of old school sodas. Frostie, Crush, Red Vine, Dads and more loveliness. The reason I was there, this time, was to load up on stocking stuffers to Christmas. Largest soda selection Ive ever seen. A collection of weird, unique, and classic flavors. They also have an assortment of candy. If your in or near downtown Marrietta you should stop in. Great place to bring kids or just inner fun for any age.

A fun place to stroll through to check out all of the candy, soda, and toys. They have cold drinks and paper mystery bags filled with different candies readily available for purchase for those wanting something on the go. I was surprised to find more of a variety at this candy store then I do the little candy stores you see in tourist cities like Savannah, etc. Fun idea to take the family and have everyone pick out a unique candy and soda combo (given they have many many sodas) for a little movie night at home

I loved this place, they have a huge variety of candy and sodas. The selection of taffy was creative and abundant. I like how they had a lot of retro candy as well. Grabbed 6pk of sodas -- the bacon flavor was not good, but you win some, you lose some when you try new things out.

I absolutely love this place. So many candies, new and your old favourites. Candy from around the world as well! And their soda collection is unbeatable. Its very easy to spend though, so I would recommend leaving the kiddos at home, lol, last time I brought them along we spent $103. On candy and soda.

This place is great. Well stocked. Very clean. Great variety. Friendly staff. No complaints at all. After reading some of these comments... people are nuts. Especially the ones about Covid. Geez, people. If you were that afraid, you should have parked your butt at the house until the world got vaccinated. Maybe then you will feel safe to come out into society without having a meltdown. I feel sorry for what business owners had to deal with.

I took my 13 year old nephew here and he had so much fun picking crazy sodas and candies. The young lady working there had tried a whole bunch of the soda flavors and shared with us what they tasted like and which were her own favorites.

The best place Ive visited so far. Still remember it due to a close friend, I miss that person, great candy selection with a wide range of tin portraits and soda pops. Customer service was great and knowledgeable too as well.

There is such an incredible variety. There is even candy i havent seen since I was a kid. The flavored sodas are even better. Huge selection. I highly recommend the Flying Cauldron Butter Beer. Tastes almost exactly like what you get at Universal Studios in Harry Potter World. The staff is always so nice and helpful.

Somehow Ive missed this place. Meine Sußkartoffel and I saw it while looking for a place to have a drink. So much more fun than a beer on a patio. We were syddenly transported to the candy shops in Disney and Universal. But even better. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and everyone but one family had masks on. My son always wants us to stop by whenever we are in area.

Great candy and soda shop with something for everyone

With over 135 soda flavors and the endless selection of candies you will surely satisfy any sugar cravings! They have so many candy choices I havent seen since I was a kid! The staff is awesome with answering any questions! My favorite sodas are the Rocket Fizz Cotton Candy and the Frostie Cherry Limeaid!

The prices are a little high, but where else can you find all of the goodies like they have in one place? You have to try the Butter Beer, it is great! From Star Wars light sabers with candy inside to all of the chocolate you every wanted and every kind of soda you can think of, this is a wonderful place to indulge in.

Always a fun visit to find old favorites and something new.

THEIR CANDIES ARE UNPACKED. PERIOD. They dont use any measure to prevent Covid-19 - customers where shopping with no mask, the employees can touch all sort od unpacked candie without gloves, and what is worst is that all customers can just walk in and touch anything.... My son loves all the crazy name and flavor soda here. There a bit pricey but I dont know where else to find these kinda things. They have a large selection of candy that you probably forgot about too. If your looking for a hard to find candy this place more than likely has it .

I loved going in here. They have a huge selection of candy, from new to old and a ton of sodas. Any sugary item (or sugar free alternatives) can be found here.My only suggestion would be the addition of baked/homemade items! Thatd give this place the extra oomf it needs

Visiting this store was a trip down the memory lane of my childhood. A huge collection of the sights and tastes from the old penny candy days...the prices reflect inflation, of course. An impressive array of sweets available. And some of the most unusual soda flavors Ive seen. Just for the novelty this is a great spot to browse.

My husband and I go to Marietta square quit often and every time we must go to Rocket Fizz for a bag of flavored toffee. They have all the candy you CANT get at your local market. Its great even if youre just looking, lot of cool stuff.

This is one of my favorite places to splurge a bit. The candy and novelties are good, and are a fun diversion.But that soda selection...Seriously. You like colas? Fruity sodas? Ginger ales? Root beers? Go here. Support smallish craft soda makers.Like weird stuff? Go here. They have soda flavors you are not likely to find anywhere else.When I visit, I usually get 2 six-packs. One pack is an assortment of various root beers, sarsparillas, etc. All the yum. Second pack is usually two things for the wife, then random things that intrigued me. I will recommend the sweet corn soda. :)

Unacceptable. We must all adopt covid-19 precautions!!!! So, i do have ti sanitize my hands but anyone can just walk in and touch candies with no protection for customers? Ive seen a blind big girl ( probably the store manager) handling taffy and candy without any glove on?! Crazy and ridiculous

Love Rocket Fizz Marietta, they have not only a fantastic variety of glass bottled sodas and some classics in cans but they have tons and tons of candy. . . Like taffy you can fill to the brim 2 sizes of bag for a set price each, as many types of candy you can fathom, many different types of candy oriented toys and my most favorite aspect you can find so many types of classic candies from years past and hard to find candies even boxes of different types of candy bases on different decades.A must visit place when in Marietta Square whether you are an adult, child or teen.

AWESOME!This little gem really does have it all. Sodas in every flavor you could imagine!! From dirt to ranch and even vomit. They also have the classics like cream soda, cherry, butterscotch and dill pickle. Incredible throwback metal signs, nostalgic candies and games. It is the coolest place.....go check em out!!

This candy store is pretty cool. Right in the Marietta square. The store pretty much has all the candies from the past. The candy store also includes soda pop collection with comical names. The prices can be expensive. I was hoping to find some old time shoe string strawberry licorice! No luck!

Interesting place with walls of novelty posters and candies. Several fridges full of oddly flavored sodas. The sole cashier seemed slightly overwhelmed by the receipt printer acting up and the long line forming. A great place to get little Christmas presents for children with an adventurous sweet tooth!

This is our goto place when we visit the Marietta Square. Its essentially a very Retro candy shop. Lots of candies from days gone past and some of the newer ones too. They also have gimmicky candy jokes as well. What they are also known for is their large selection of flavored sodas. Everything from Kim Jung soda, to black licorice soda, to chocolate. They are stocked with flavored sodas from wall to wall. Definitely a great place for the family and a date alike.

Great and various selection of soda and candy, some strange and, Im assuming, hard to find anywhere else. Its a tad pricey, but the service is always friendly and the products are interesting.

This is a unique and cute little shop in the Marietta area. This shop houses some little toys and candy, although no mountain candy or fuge. But the main attraction to this shop is there MASSIVE soda, or pop, collection. Everything flavor from cola to ranch dressing they pretty much have it. So if you wanna have some fun and try some good, or whacky soda give this place a chance.

Terrible place, extremely rude staff, shamelessly overpriced, they have the same candy displayed over and over to give the impression that they stock more than they actually do and quite literally have the worst saltwater taffy I have ever tasted (found this out the hard way after buying 1/2 pound, had to throw away entire bag it was so bad). Normally Id keep this all to myself, but final straw was when my son wondered in on his own and purchased giant overpriced lollipop. Went back in immediately and we were told they would not accept any return or exchange. So in addition to their many faults, they are also more than happy to take advantage of a child to make a buck. This is not the type of place you want to support.

We were so excited to go! And we were going to get there an hour before closing time but when we got there we were so disappointed that it had closed early, when their sign on the door said I wouldn’t close for another hour. My son was so upset and very sad. We will not put our trust in that candy store again.
