My first experience with them in 2012 was perfect, I had not one bad experience. In fact the service was so great I went back in 2018 and purchased another vehicle on top of keeping my first one as it was still in great condition… However my second experience has not been so good! I changed career paths in August this year after getting my degree so my pay days changed and it threw me off on my biweekly pay schedule…. Mind you I have NEVER been late on a payment going back to my first purchase!!! But yesterday I received a very disturbing voicemail from Diane in which it isn’t the first time she has left me, what I like to consider RUDE messages!!! I admit I did realize on yesterday that I needed to make a payment which I thought was due on Saturday so I made the online payment but the message stated they hadn’t received a payment in 17 days and that I’m still 17 days late not to mention in a previous message she left she stated that if I still wanted to drive my car I better make a payment (which was back in August when my career changed). I called back immediately after the first message and spoke to very nice woman named Liz (Elizabeth) I explained to her that I wasn’t aware I was late but I would like to make the payment to bring me back up to date and I also explained about my pay cycle changing, she was very pleasant and stated it was ok… not once did she make me feel like I was “ALWAYS LATE” nor did she tell me “ I WAS ALWAYS LATE” but I finally was able to speak with Diane yesterday and not only was she rude enough to tell me that my payments were “ALWAYS LATE” she also proceeded to go back and forth with me regarding a side conversation that I was having with someone else when she was suppose to be processing my 2nd payment for the same day! I say all that to say if I was intentionally “ALWAYS LATE” as Diane stated why would I be so open to making a double payment to get caught up! I will NEVER do business with this company again after the way she spoke to me! Diane’s customer service skills are the worst I have dealt with in my whole entire adult life! I admit my fault in unintentionally screwing up my payment schedule but I will NEVER TOLERATE the type of disrespect I received from her! I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! an to Diane remember this small token of advice, sometimes it’s not WHAT u say it’s HOW u say it! Diane also mentioned that they have been calling me and doing reminder calls and I stated I never got one and she repeated so you never get the reminder calls and again I responded I only get the rude voicemails when you call! She then looked at my account and stated oh I see now that your phone number is missing I guess that’s why you haven’t been getting the calls!! No apology, no I’ll be sure to add your number, nothing! Diane you are a disgrace to customer service!

Was declined financing with this company which is not the problem. The problem is the reason Salesperson Corneilus gave which was improper. He stated I was not approved due to my SSN being listed as deceased. They upset me and placed me in a panic, confused as to what was happening with my SSN. After contacting the social security administration office, I learned this was untrue. There were no flags on my SSN. My next step was to review the hard inquiries on my credit report on there was National Auto Sales. None of the credit bureaus have a deceased notification on my SSN. This was terrible to say and do to someone. A simple no would have sufficed, as I know that my credit is troubling and I was only there because they advertise to help those with troubling credit. To place this type of panic upon someone instead of just saying no is horrible.

The easiest and most hassle free experience I have ever had. I brought a car from them the motor went out 2 weeks later. I was told I was going to be getting a free rental since it was a “recall” on my car that I was never informed of before the purchase. My car was sitting in the shop for 3 months and I was forced to pay a car note and a rental that was supposed to be free! I couldn’t afford to pay both I asked to be compensated since the car breaking down was not my fault! They couldn’t work with me and came and repoed my car as soon as it got out the shop! Very rude management I wouldn’t EVER get another vehicle from here nor would I recommend

I bought 2 cars from them that broke down. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. They try to force you to keep a broke down car and threaten to garnish your checks and affect your credit score. I do not recommend getting a car from this place. Once i was able to tell them that i actually live in the metro area, then, i was told i dont make enough for a 500 down vehicle. My take home income is well over 2k and I only pay maybe a total 600 monthly because i live with someone! Its safe to say they CHOOSE to do business with who they want

I needed a car because my old car had some transmission issues and would not go over 10 mph in this Atlanta area traffic 🤯 BUT after looking for a used car, I came across National Auto Sales. What reeled me in was the seamless online preapproval process (a MAJOR convenience due to COVID-19 pandemic) and the prompt service that has followed. The best convenience is the low payments and the VERY reasonable length of auto loan (3 years). My auto rep, Victor, was a great help in my search for a vehicle. Because of his diligence, I’m in an updated vehicle that does not have any issues.
