I will not ever step foot into Hyundai Thornton Rd dealership again. I bought a car from here 6 years ago and had a great experience. My opinion on the entire operation has now changed. Due to legal reasons I cannot post what has happened but I received the WORST service from service manager Raushanah Smith Williams, service advisor Aisha Bowen-John, service tech Yuri St. Bernard and used car dealer Matt Helley.

I am absolutely disappointed in Hyundai. I was covered under the 100k mile powertrain warranty and my engine blew. I was told that Hyundai would cover a rental because my dealership would not offer a loaner or a tow, due to the fact that this happened out of town. The nearest dealership I took my car to would not offer me a loaner because I did not live there. After spending $200 on a rental I was reimbursed $76. Way to treat a loyal customer who has bought 4 Hyundai vehicles. Im glad I didnt waste my money on a worthless extended warranty either. My friends and family will never buy Hyundai again.

Here is my situation: Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2012 Grand Touring. I’ve been dealing with a nonstop motor issues with my car ever since I bought it back in November last year. My car has been to the dealership more times than I can count and it’s currently at the dealership. I’ve been through everything you can name with my car and the dealerships. All the repairs have been covered by the warranty. I’ve tried the lemon law route and Hyundai still denied it and refused to help me after I explained what’s been going on and the dangerous situation I have been in when it breaks down. With all that being said, the dealership has failed to fix my car after multiple attempts for the same issues. I’ve been stranded out of town after the dealership claimed they fixed the issues and end up missing a dialysis treatment and was hospitalized. All I want is my car to be fixed or this situation to be made right. I’m so frustrated and don’t know what else to do. It’s ridiculous I’m paying a car note for a car I rarely have. I have now taken my car to a different Hyundai dealership with the hope of better luck. It’s been 3 months now and they still have my car. They are currently on the 3rd motor looking to put a 4th because every new motor they order has an issue with it. I have had the car for a year and 3months and maybe only enjoyed it for maybe 6 months total off and on. SO PLEASE IF YOU GUYS COULD SOMEHOW HELP ME OUT AND GET MY STORY HEARD I WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU!
