This dealership is a scam after 2 weeks of purchasing a Cadillac Escalade 2016 they offered me to buy an insurance for the car 5 thousand more!The radio screen stopped working and the didn’t want to cover mind you it’s more than 1,000 bucks to repair it. the brakes worn out had to change that and started marking check engine !They didn’t respond to nothing manager didn’t talk to me went in several times and didn’t even meet the manager!And when they sell you a car they don’t even clean it they just put paper on the chairs😖Do not buy your cars here!

Purchased a Infiniti Q50 from this dealership, car is amazing first off, but later on I found out that front left wheel had a missing lug nut, causing it to vibrate a lot on the highway(plus total of 4 lug nuts stripped)rear tires were mismatched, one is 275/40r19, one is 255/35r19. Not to mention that they had 2 Q50 for sale, one grey and one white, I called for the grey one, they said they have it on the lot, when I got there there’s zero Q50 on the lot, Grey one was getting serviced, white one was somebody’s loaner car for that day, later on the sales person called the lady with the white Q50 to come to the dealership with the car and I ended up purchasing it. Whole process took 7 hours….. went in at 2pm left the dealer at 9pm. They wanted me to leave a 5 star review as I pulled off the lot, but 4 is the most I could give. It’ll be better if they paid more attention to the details.Edit/add on: front brake rotors were just totally wrong….. car came with rotors from the base Q50 which doesn’t have the sport calipers, I have the sport calipers so rotors should be way bigger, half of the brake pad were just there not getting contact with the brake rotor at all. If you are deciding to buy a car from here do enough research first and inspect everything before you sign any paperwork.

This has by far been the worst car buying experience of my life. The people are complete crooks. Elijah acts like he’s there to help you but in all reality he doesn’t care about anything but making a sale. The manager Otis us the biggest liar of them all. They sold me a car that had more problems than what it is worth and didn’t want to fix anything on it. I had to take my car to the actual Nissan dealership where i live in order to get things fixed. There were also things that were part of the “we owe “ ang i was told that they would come pick up my car and drop off a loaner when the part came in and once they came in Otis acted like he never said that. Elijah and Otis are certified crooks and i would never recommend anyone to do business here

My experience with Platinum cars Marietta was a good one. Wayne was my salesman and he was very kind, and patient. I came on a Thursday evening to look at a particular that I did not like after test driving. I was indecisive and drove several cars. I know this can be frustrating for salesmen but Wayne was very patient. I left came back the next day to make a decision on something. I decided on a Hyundai Sante Fe. I really liked the car! But once the sell was complete, and I drove it around, I felt something wrong. I took it back and told them I wanted to get something else, and Brandon approved this with no hesitation. I was expecting this to be a problem but to my suprise it was not. I settled for an Audi Q5 which I absolutely love. I must mention that Brandon was great Too. Very personable, knowledgeable. A true salesman but not pushy. He seemed like he really cared to get me in the car I wanted for what I could afford. Otis finalized my second deal. He was nice and personable as well. Id definitely go back and recommend them.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from these people on June 14. Every one was so nice, PK was my salesperson. He was really determined to get me in that car for some reason. Very adamant about us leaving a Google review too. When I arrived, the car was out with another customer so me & my family waited about 2 hours for it to arrive at the lot. That was no problem. I signed my papers & pulled off around 4pm. June 16, Otis, the manager, is calling me and asking me about my income. They had me under the impression that I was approved by the bank when I was pulling off but this was NOT the case. The car starter went out in this SAME day. When I called to tell them about the car not starting, everyone had A COMPLETELY different attitude from when I was just in their office purchasing a vehicle. Otis and PK gave me and my mother multiple snarky remarks and attitudes. They didnt want to even fix the car. Told me I could not speak to the owner because she does not “want“ to talk to me. Long story short, I just asked for a refund after seeing how their attitudes changed overnight. I went to pick up my refund check today & the total was 5.3K, mind you I put down 6k for this car. I had to pay for days & mileage that I didnt even get to use the car for. When I showed concern about the total I was getting back, Otis got sarcastic with me, giving another snarky remark. As were leaving, PK walks up to me and my mom with a malicious smile as if he knew what the situation outcome would be. I am honestly disgusted by the service that we got. These people do terrible business. They didnt even pay for the towing to get the car way back to Marietta (I live in Stone Mtn.). These people will take advantage the best way that they can so please be careful with them!

I have NEVER felt more insulted by the patronizing / condescending way one of their salespersons treated me today. The reason I initially sought this place of business was because of its reviews, which after my experience, I believe that these reviews were fabrications. First, I would forewarn any perspective consumer of the mixed messages this company practices. Second, their approach to professionalism is reminiscent of traditional misogynistic snake oil salesmen, which made me feel like I needed to bring my Uncle/Dad/Husband just to have a straight forward discussion -and treated with dignity, and not my gender. If there are other dealerships willing to extend hospitality, courtesy, or just reverse their patriarchal thinking in handling female identifying consumers, please go there!

(Found precious owners hair pins and trash in car). The car was likely never even worked on there, as there was significant damage to the brakes which we were never made aware of.Their “customer service” is a joke, and they just want to sell you a car and get you out of there. Overall great experience! Came in knowing exactly what I wanted and left with better than what I wanted. Fabian was very polite and nice to work with. He just wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the sales process. The manager was great to work with during the negotiation process. Left with a couple of scratches on my new car that they couldn’t get out because it was used and an empty tank, but doesn’t outweigh the positives.

EDIT TO LAST REVIEW:I bought my car 4 months ago, and just got it inspected on my own thinking they did their due diligence before I bought it and I just needed a regular oil change - wrong. I essentially have no brake pads in the front or rear, need new spark plugs, need an AC cabin filter, need an oil change, and need an alignment. So buying a new/used car just 4 months ago and spending ~$2k to get all of the essentials fixed.This is all aside from the bad experience I had just within the first couple of weeks buying the car. I had to leave the dealership with low fuel, my passenger vanity mirror broken, scratches that they tried but couldnt buff out, and all around bad customer service after the purchase. I soon learned right after my purchase the salesperson who helped me also was no longer there, and had a completely new staff who didnt help me.I highly recommend NOT buying from this place, and if you are really considering it then get your own inspection done on it before purchasing. Do not trust their service team.

I have purchased a Nissan 2012 the sale went just fine. The only problem I had I havent received the Carfax. I have called the sales person several times. He promised me over and over to email it to me it never happened. I called the office the were very rude. I never received the carfax I went on line and purchased my own for $ 39.00.

I was helped by a salesman named josh who went above and beyond even though he knew I wasn’t buying anything that day which I really appreciated I will definitely keep this dealership in mind when I’m ready to buy and I think every one should check them out if you don’t like how most dealerships treat you as a customer.

Worst experience ever. Customer Service is horrible. Was gonna consider buying a car from them but as soon as I said I had to go think about it and/or compare from other dealerships around their attitude changed and the manager “Pk” Was extremely extremely disrespectful and said they were not in the business of test drive.. their attitude towards customers should not changed just because I wasn’t gonna buy a car at that particular moment.

This car dealership turned out to be a bit on the smaller side, but it did have mostly high-end cars. My wife and I drove in from 3 hours away to test drive a 2015 BMW 428i Convertible that wed found on Autotrader. The saleswoman, Maleka, was very nice and helpful. The manager was also friendly, and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured. The overall experience felt similar to visiting a smaller version of a CarMax dealership, where Ive also been treated well and have never been given a high-pressure sales pitch.The only disappointment was the car itself. When we saw the car in-person, we found that the front bumper had a snapped or missing fastener that was causing a small bit of separation in the gap between the front bumper and the front drive-side fender. We walked around to the passenger side and noticed several dings and scratches on the door that were not visible in the photos on the web site. We then got in the car, and I started it up and tried some of the options, such as lowering and raising the roof. Everything was fine until I tried the stereo. Tried the FM radio. No sound. Satellite radio. No sound. I wasnt very familiar with BMWs user interface on their electronics, and I found it very unintuitive to use. Some of the controls are down by the shifter and others are up by the screen. You have to look down to where the shifter is to find the right controls to press and then look back up at the screen. The menus were awful to navigate, and at no point did the system give me any feedback to indicate that I was properly selecting stations, setting the volume, etc. Then I noticed a yellow triangular warning light with an exclamation point had lit up on the dash. I consulted the manual, which told me how to access a menu where I could see the error message. No messages were there. After spending a good 15 minutes trying to navigate the system and figure out what I was doing wrong, I asked about both the light and the stereo. They had no answers but said theyd check on them while we took it for a test drive. The test drive went fine, although the shifter was weird. You had to press a button on the left of the knob with your thumb to get it out of park, and when you did and pulled the knob toward you, it immediately shifted into drive instead of reverse, which was disconcerting. Pushing forward got you into neutral, then again to get to reverse. That was inconvenient at best and awkward at worst. We tried out different modes and finally found Sport+ mode, which I liked. After we got back, we let their service mechanics look it over. It turned out that the satellite radio was broken and was preventing any sound from coming from the stereo. This was also causing the warning light on the dash.We decided not to buy the car, but that was entirely the cars fault. Our experience at the dealership itself and with the people there was fine. The only thing I can say is that I might have expected a high-end used car dealership to have addressed the door dings and scratches, the bumper fastener and to have tested all the cars systems, including the stereo prior to a potential buyer coming in from 3 hours away. For that I have to ding them one star.
