I am so disappointed. My car was totaled and I found a car at this location. I decided to purchase it. Working with the sales guy I told him my number and what that number needed to include. I always purchase GAP Insurance when financing a vehicle and told the salesman this information. We went back and forth about his number of course but we finally came to an agreement. He reassured me that this final number would be just what I was looking for.Looking at my paperwork I DO NOT have GAP insurance like I requested and the man guaranteed. That is shady business!!!! Do no do business with this company. Shady and Sketchy!!!!!

Bad customer service overall. I reserved a car for rent. I tried calling the place no one answered.once i got there they say you cannot reserve and pick up on the same day. Which is absurd then why does the website allow you to make a reservation for the same day. Waste of money and time.

Horrible!!! Would give negative stars if I could!! I rented a car for 7 days, arrived to pick it up and they said the car we had for you needs an oil change so we dont have another car for you ARE U SERIOUS!!!! then said well Kennesaw might have a minivan if you want to go there but even if they do, it will cost you an extra $15 a day AGAIN, ARE U SERIOUS!!!! First of all any other car rental company Ive used, if they dont have what I reserved, will give me what they do have, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME! Worst place ever, these 2 guys need to be fired. And new management needs to come in and run this place like it should be ran!!!

Rent to buy experience fairly easy. Cars are not as clean as expected. Hope for the best but expect the vehicle to have scrapes, dings and even dents. Prices are better than anywhere else and fully disclosed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of cars sold through this location so if you find one you like do not hesitate.

Update:Changed from 3-star to 1-start. There should be a 0-star.They changed front bumper for a reason!!!They use Auto Check rather than Carfax for a reason!!!Turned out the car has been involved in an accident which was not submitted to Auto Check, but to Carfax! I just know this recently when I try to trade in my car - causing further depreciation on the car!------------------------------------------------Sales experience is good. Car mechanical condition is good. But I would like to complain about their body work.I bought my camry from the store more than a year ago. Lately I want to take down the front bumper for a deep clean. The disassembling process is supposed to be easy. However, it turns out that whoever worked on this car used some sort of super glue to glue the front bumper and the bumper reinforcement together - making it impossible to take down the bumper without destroying it, resulting in the purchase of a new bumper and having it painted.------------------------------------------------

One star only because I cant give it any less than one star. We have purchased 2 cars and have had HORRIBLE times trying to get a title each time. I purchased the latest vehicle Dec 12th, paid CASH. It is 85 days later and I still dont have a title. When I called they said they send it to me LIEN HOLDER. There is no lien holder. I paid cash. So here I sit in limbo. All the while no one takes any ownership. The dealership blames the national, the national office blames the local dealer and no one is providing any updates. Patronize at your own risk.

It gets 2 stars because of Ks seeming kindness. I can be super nice when I got the sale and even be when I bring out the big guns before you end the deal. It was like a gang that pounces and you get left with a 32% loan for an 8k car. Just dont go here unless you have to. It is double trauma to have to go back to such a place for any reason. I have to forgive but it doesnt make it any easier to call them for assistance.

If you want to be treated right go to the Hertz Car Sales in Marietta, GA and ask for Lee Robertson. He treated us right, made the corrections on the car that we asked for and we drove out with our new 2018 Nissan Versa Note. Great people! Nice Cars, this is our 3rd buy from them.

Really bad service! The saleMan financial manager are worst then anything. First I got approve with then next day they sold car. Then I was on way from Rome, ga without my permission car salesmen run my credit and come back with high payment. I think that break law. Mr. bill whatever is bad salesman he only interested and well no help you with anything .so if you in market for good do not go there. Nine out ten they have ten people on one car race get deal when they no all time they was wrong.

First time buying from Hertz car sales a 2018 Nissan Rogue! and loved the process. First if you want to meet the nicest guy in all car business then ask for Lee Rob he was supper friendly answered all our questions and conserns. He went out of his way to fuel the car for us because the company card was not in order he found us floor marts even offered to have the car reinspected by pep boys next door all am saying this guy is the real deal.The dealer doesnt have dealer fee games, the price you see is what you pay with your taxes and tittle. But look out the management will smoothen the warranty deal and push it hard to you. It is up to you to decide its a good warranty though a little pricy. I will will recommend anyone looking for a car to go see this folks period.

They did what needed to be done on their part unfortunately we didnt end up buying the car because insurance paperwork issues where we just moved here from out of state but to no fault of theirs. Kioka did a great job showing us the cars we wanted to see. It was a really cold day and she gave us space and time to talk about each car. Not high pressure, just what do you need, what do you like. When we decided on the car, the rest of the team walked us through the process and answered all our questions. My daughter bought a car here in 2009. It has been a great car. Really no problems. So this is the first place I thought of when my other daughter needed a car. So we glad this was our first and only stop. Thanks guys.

The whole buying experience was low stress for me when we bought our 2014 Camry in February. I got a fair price (there is no negotiation on price, so that stressor is removed) on a nice car in 9/10 condition. From knowing I wanted the car to driving off of the lot took about an hour and a half. Im happy with my decision and would recommend buying from Hertz in Marietta if youre in the market and the price is right on a vehicle you want.

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the purchase of our second car. We were prepared and well educated on the process and appreciated Alan’s ability to walk us through the “rent to buy” process. Though this branch is small, I felt as though everyone I came into contact with greeted me with a sense of ease and professionalism. We were able to really take a look at the car we were considering and complete necessary paperwork in the allotted time. We also appreciated the personal touches in our experience from Alan wanting to find a time that worked with our schedule to getting our car prepped and ready for us as efficiently as possible. We could not have asked for a better experience overall (even including the finance process!). We will definitely recommend this to friends looking to buy a used vehicle that’s in good condition! We bought my 2016 Camry SE from Hertz about 6 months ago. Alan was a great salesman and didn’t try pushing us on another car when we told him the exact car we came in to see. We had been looking for a used Camry about one-two months and this dealership happened to have the best price and best looking Camry we had seen yet. Only one minor scratch on the back of the car but we knew that and after someone ripped the front bumper off my car we got it fixed while it was in the shop. Other then that the car looks and drives perfectly! I get 32 MPG compared to the 14 MPG I got with my old truck. I am very pleased with this car! Thank you so much!

First time financing a car. I usually pay cash for older model cars with higher mileage. The process was simply and fast. I applied to finance a car online at home and 10 mins later I received a call from K and she asked me what time could I pick up my car? Once I arrived my car was waiting for me in the front. I did a test drive and went home in a reliable car with low miles, a full tank of gas, 1 year warranty, 7 days to return the car no questions asked. Oh and I only paid $1000 down which was my choice. Great experience

This was by far the worst experience i ever had at a used car dealer. The store manager here was dishonest and unprofessional. I had test driven a car the day before and negotiated a certain price. The store manager calls my phone leaving a voicemail telling me i had wornhim down and he would accept my offer for the vehicle. I get to the dealership with a pre-draft bank check(similar to cashiers check) just to be told that someone else wants the car and i can no longer get it at the negotiated price. The store manager pulled a fast one... When i called him out on it he backed pedaled and said he never agreed to the price and made up a lie on the price he said he would sale the car.. needless to say i walked out with my funds and a wasted 3 hrs if time. The sales associate apologized and i left. The sales associate was courteous and i hate that he didnt get commission for his time but i will not support an establishment that lacks honesty.

The car I received is a blessing to me because it is a gift.I ireceived for Christmas from my wonderful children..🙏💓🙏 Thank You .My reason for giving a 1 star is for the customer service skills that the staff LACK.. And the way my children were treated during this traction.CHECK and DOUBLE check your paper work so you do not have to retun several times because of an error the staff has made. Even after Kay was asked if they needed to sign the check several times they stated no. Well the answer is YES. Causing my children to travel 2 hours back and fourth. I requested they fill up the car with gas and they did.No one apologized for the inconvenience they caused but continue to make excuses and act unprofessional.After a few days Kay realized they made several errors my children received a phone call. My children could not turn right back around so Kay threatened to come get the car and resell it. My other daughter called about this threat. The staff found it funny. Lets see how funny it is when you get a call from the corporate office or when you are treated this way. UNPROFESSIONAL.Kay Braging that they will fill up 3 cars. Also going on to say she makes 80,000 and her co worker makes 100.000 and they stand behind their name (Hertz) and she has been with the company 3 years and they would not jeopardize there job for a check they can not cash. O BUT YOU Did. This was all stated in a phone call to my daughter while she was working .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . Kay If you are making that amount of money do not forget how you are receiving that blessing. Your Customers, Without us there would be No Hertz to stand behind.🙏.God will give and he will also take it away

He was extremely helpful and caring his customers.- The price is which they are displaying in website is Direct, There is no hidden charges/extra Dealer fee.- One Year Dealer warranty is there.- Hertz certified cars are already done mechanical test. I checked with my mechanic too, he was satisfied.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze through their Rent2Buy program. I think the process was very good. I searched their website for a few weeks until I found a car that became available with the options in my price range. Their corporate office contacted me via phone that day to confirm my on-line request to rent the car before purchase. They talked me through the steps that would happen. Jeremy from the local Marietta office also contacted me when the car was available for pick-up. Jeremy was very helpful in answering all my questions and getting the closing papers done once I decided to purchase the car. I traded in a used Pontiac. They gave me a very fair trade-in offer for the 10 year old car. I would purchase another car from Hertz through this program.

Never ever will I finance with them again... and never purchase they gap if anything its cheaper thru your insurance which I wish I shouldve done in the first place. They gap wont cover the rest of the cost of the vehicle so basically its worthless.. Ive learned a lesson its like my uncle told me buy your car never finance a used car, unless totally brand new and even then if you have the money like myself to purchase it whole thats your best outcome. I will buy my new car in a few months never finance again ever. Lesson learned.

I went to Hertz to purchase one vehicle (to be my primary vehicle) with no financing needed. I was able to find that vehicle, and I agreed to the amount. So far, so good! I paid cash for the vehicle, expecting to receive the title within thirty days.Almost three months and two registration extensions later, I have not received the proper title for the purchased vehicle.I have written corporate, the dealer, and the president of Hertz with no resolve to date. In fact, the response has been little to none.....no return phone calls or severe delay in returning calls as well as passing blame to someone else. Now, they are blaming me. The customer service has been unacceptable and unprofessional.I have spent countless hours making phone calls, traveling to the tag office, and traveling back to dealerships to redo paperwork.This ordeal makes me feel like I should have never purchased a car from this place! Just recently, I read other reviews of customers who had the same problem with this business. Its time to take my complaints to the next level....

Bought a Nissan sentra 3 weeks ago has problems on the front drive shaft gears engaging in an erratic manner squeaking and all they tell me since Wednesday last week isThe parts are not available. The guys at good year near dobbins where i was sent for the car inspection gave a report last week but the parts are taking days to be found in America. am worried they sold me a lemon.

They are selling service and coverage plans and tell you that you can cancel and get refund any time, but in fact you can not get your money back - for me its already 7 weeks I filled cancellation form with no single update from them even after contacting by email they are posting here.

We were interested in purchasing a car and test drove the car on 2/4/19. At that time, the purchase price was about 7,300. We checked their website on 2/6/19, they changed the price to 9,200. I don’t understand why the price changed all of the sudden. Very suspicious. One good thing is the car salesman was professional and patient.

I was told that my car purchase would come with four new tires. As I was leaving, they told me they had replaced the back two tires because one of them had a nail but to come back a couple days later for the other two. I later realized that they had not replaced the tire with the nail and let me drive 140 miles on it.When I realized what had happened, I asked for all four tires to be replaced. The saleswoman agreed to make that happen, but when I picked it up from the auto shop only two had been replaced. Now the saleswoman refuses to take my calls.

My experience is not that great!I am waiting for my windshield replacement. Not yet done. The support from Hertz is poor. I got to sort out windshield matter directly with windshield company. I have reported breaks squeaky noise to Heartz, waiting for acknowledgement. I am surprised that the sales team has no idea about car service history!!

I will always give a company the benefit of the doubt the first time, however after several horrible experiences in a row it is time to make it known that not only will I never do business with Hertz. I will take every opportunity to alert anyone who will listen to never do business with them as well. You call in and reserve a certain kind of vehicle and it is my experience that when you arrive to pick up said reserved vehicle they never have it or a suitable UPGRADE!!! They do however have plenty of subcompact cars for your driving pleasure. It is the classical switch and bait routine over and over. The part that really demonstrates this companies interest in its customers is the Customer Relations department or lack there of. Calling customer service was as big of a waste of time as it is renting a car from Hertz. The customer relations person said that things happen beyond their control and I should be happy they at least have a car for me. REALLY!!! If I could find a lawyer willing to take on a class action against Hertz contact me.

18 months after I paid for my car I havent got my title. They claim it was delivered when I was out of the country which is not true because it would have been in the office of my apartment building. Cannot get the car registered at the DMVs so I am stuck with a car with no title and I cant register it anywhere. Awful experience I cant understand how a company like Hertz lets something like this happen

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2.6.16. I worked with Jemarcus, he was extremely nice, professional, and courteous. The customer service was great but the VEHICLE WAS A LEMON. After 3 days of owning it I realized the gas door was broken. Jemarcus was willing to get it fixed with no problems after ordering the part but the manager wanted me to bring it back out (2.5 hour drive), have them MAYBE reorder the part, and have to return from Alabama to have them put the part on there. After 3 weeks of owning it the TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. If it were not for a 12 month warranty I would be paying for the repairs out of pocket before I even made my first payment on the car. I thought I was shopping smart buy purchasing a certified used car, guess I was wrong! What is the point of having a new car if you cant enjoy it? :( NEVER AGAIN HERTZ....NEVER AGAIN!!

I loved the staff here during my recent pre-owned car shopping. Jeremy was just amazing. Hertz has fixed prices and those are really attractive, but no negotiations. So there is no hidden agenda here like you see in other dealerships and dont try to sell unwanted products or services. The staff is very willing to help you get what you are truly looking for. And Jeremy provided very unbiased advice when I needed in terms of selecting the models.I ended up buying a CRV in other dealership as Hertz doesnt sell CRVs. But would definitely recommend Jeremy and this Hertz location to my friends.
