Love this place and its awesome service. We get all our salon products from them. Fatima is a trip and always accommodating. We usually call ahead and our order is ready when we arrive.

Always treated with great customer service and always friendly. By far they best store! They are always well stocked, they know their customers and are always well stocked. I always shop at this location and would totally recommend it.

CosmoProf at 2213 Roswell Is the place I love so much. Everyone is very kind and the Pary is very knowledgeable about products and very nice person. I admit that their products are in very good condition.

Had a very, very poor customer service and DISCRIMINATORY experience while at this store. I have been a regular customer for several years. Walked in to purchase something only available at CosmoProf and the two ladies working at the store were speaking a certain language with each other that I also happen to understand. One of the two ladies came up to ask me if I need any assistance in English, and I politely declined. She gave me an up and down look and then proceeded to the other aisle to tell her other coworker in the language that I understand: Watch her, she has X serum in her hand, essentially ACCUSING ME OF BEING A SHOPLIFTER. She continued to follow me as I browsed. I proceeded to the checkout and spoke to this lady in that language to let her know I understood her accusation, and instead of owning up to her rude actions and apologizing, she spoke to me in a very rude, patronizing tone. Terribly impolite, and frankly, discriminatory, experience.

Very good help the day I went, this will be my new location just because of the help.

This store always has a stock issue whether the order has not arrived or havent been put out on the shelves yet. Not sure if the right management is in place for this location.

Fatimah (sorry if I misspelled) offered great customer service regarding curbside pickup! While on our phone call, she answered 4 or 5 others while maintaining a polite and courteous manner.

Horrible experience, the lady didnt speak good English. I guess since I was trying to get the free stuff, they didnt know how to ring it up. Had me wait 30 mins to call customer service and they still couldnt fix the problem.

Always helpful

I absolutely despise this location and the people that work here. Rude, speaking another language between themselves while you’re there (who knows WHAT about), and have no idea how to prove specials and ring in specific items. I bought a curling iron from here once, advertised on the shelf for $35- get to my car and think, “man, that was pricey”. Looked at the receipt and was charged $65 for the iron. Went back in and was told “someone priced that wrong”. “Ok, well can I at least have the price advertised or do I need to return it altogether?”. “Just return it because I cannot give you that price”. Even AFTER I showed her the price on the counter below the iron, she told me it wasn’t possible.Get it together. Or don’t, I don’t care. Never returning here. Going to the Acworth or Barrett location from now on.
