My vehicle was newly purchased and I didn’t know much of what was causing my car to break down. Hassan gave good advice and recommendations and helped me through my frustration and cluelessness. He fixed my car and gave me a reasonable quote. He fixed my car in a timely fashion and also called to check to see if my car was doing okay after the repair. He’s a good guy and I recommend his services for anyone.

The owner tells you one price and then constantly quotes you other prices. After going to him, I can’t open any car doors or lock them. So I still can’t use the car. He told us the lock issue was on recall and we checked BMW recalls and it’s not. He won’t pay for that issue so it’s like we still don’t have a car that can be driven. We bought an engine and still had to pay twice the cost of the engine for his labor. Horrible experience which made me sad as a black woman thinking I would support a black business. As you can see from his response, he is being unprofessional & including another person who wasn’t mentioned in this review. Again, I have my car back and it still doesn’t work and doors and windows can’t be used at any capacity. Very unprofessional!!!

My wife and I were driving through the area when our car lost power steering. Hassan was very friendly and made us comfortable while repairing our car . Thanks to him, we were able to continue our journey that same day and safely arrived at our destination the next day. Great service. Very friendly. Great staff, too.

I have a Lexus, Mercedes, & Ford and they work on all 3 vehicles. They do a great job and are always honest about the repairs needed for the vehicle and the time frame the repairs need to be done (if I am on a tight budget at that time). I have taken my cars to the dealership with issues and the dealership was either too high or fixed the wrong thing or couldn’t figure it out. Well H&A did figure it out and fixed my issues. That was years ago and I have been taking my cars to them since then. No need to look further for a shop. H&A is it. They specialize in German cars but they still work on my Ford Explorer as well. 5 stars hands down!

I found this shop through a Groupon deal for a full synthetic oil change. They have BY FAR THE BEST deal on Groupon. Every other place has charged me extra for more than 4 quarts of oil and it ends up being just as expensive or more. Here you can actually take advantage of a good deal. They are taking precautions for COVID-19 and I appreciated that as well. Just moved into this area and I’ll definitely bring my car back here as the owner and assistant were friendly and I felt I could trust them with my family vehicle. If you’re coming in for an oil change call ahead so you can make sure they have the correct oil filter. It will save you both time. Good experience and happy to support local business and families in our community!

This is a small but unique shop. The two guys there was very patient. My car needed help.. And the cost that was quoted was better than the dealerships price. The best part about everything is that it was no pressure to do fix anything and there was a payment plan so I was able to get my car fixed with no money down.To think i was just at the car wash and the guy came over to unlock a door. This guy is money hungry, and a scam. I took my car there with a oil leak and etc. He said he could fix my oil leak, and ect to stop my vehicle from blowing out smoke out the exhaust. I paid him $7600 only to have the same problems, and he says it’s suppose to smoke a lil. I take it to the dealership and now no smoke. Had to pay more yet I didn’t give free money away. He might be good with small thing, but anything outside a oil change and ect, don’t do it.I also have receipts showing the dealership fixing the same thing he claimed to fix

I had, hands down, the best auto repair experience of my life. I was at the tag office when my 2000 Mercedes overheated. I pulled in and the owner stopped what he was doing to check out my car. He said it was the expansion tank and maybe the thermostat. He didnt have the parts on hand but called a warehouse and his wife to pick them up. Unfortunately, she couldnt get there in time so the repair had to wait until morning. Before I left he showed my around my engine and showed me the different parts and explained how they worked. Then he lifted my car and did the same thing from underneath. I left knowing more about my car than ever. Late the next morning he called to let me know it was done and that he didnt need to replace the thermostat which saved some money. When I picked it up he even put on my new plate. So friendly, informative, helpful and affordable I will be back even though I live in Decatur.

I drive a 2006 325i BMW and they definitely know their ish on foreign cars. Ive had to replace brakes (both front and back), rotors as well, and various other things. Not only do they offer affordable repairs, but they are fast and friendly while also letting you know what you could possibly need for a future visit. I personally will be coming back for any repairs that Ill need in the future!

I have a BMW and has issues with the smoke coming out of the tailpipe. I saw the video of this shop where another guy had the same car and issue as mine and he seemed happy that the problem was fixed. So I took my car here and so far so good! The guy who owns the shop is really detailed about telling you what issues you have with your car and I appreciated that.

This shop is horrible! They tried to charge me 3x what another shop charged for the same job. Also the owner was very rude.

Took spindles in to the repair shop to have new wheel bearings installed and they were installed backwards not allowing the abs or traction control to operate. Had another technician install correctly after having to purchase new parts a second time. Brought this to the owners attention and was told that because I did not allow them to do the work the second time if they didnt do it right the first time why would I let them do it a second time that he was not responsible. The sad part is I did not ask them to pay for the new parts that I had to purchase I only asked for a refund on the labor I paid them. Would not recommend doing business with this company. Sincerely from a technician with 20+ years experience.

Here’s a CRAZY story:In March of 2018, I was teaching a friend how to drive in my Mercedes Benz. He ran up on a curb and tore off the front left side of the bumper and damaged the axle. I drove the car for an entire year partnering with Uber. Imagine the wear and tear my car underwent, especially driving in Atlanta. I finally got back employed, and brought my car to Hassan March 2019. Every time I turned, my car made a horrendous grinding noise (axle), my thermostat and upper radiator hose needed to be replaced, and my back brakes needed to be done AGAIN. I had already put a claim in a year ago, but never went through with it because I couldn’t afford the deductible ($500). He reopened the claim, fought with Geico for weeks to force them to cover nearly $4000 in damage. After a year of being unemployed and riding around with a tore off bumper on an unsafe 2012 MERCEDES BENZ C300, Hassan forced my insurance company’s hand, and I only came out of pocket $700. He worked with me to repair the thermostat, hose, and brakes, as those were not related to the accident in March 2018. I’ve been loyal to Hassan since I got my car, and he’s always been honest and helpful. Despite the fact that I’m showing up as a woman with no knowledge of cars and no man to protect against mechanics who prey on customers like me, he’s always had my back! 🤞🏽

I have a 2012 BMW 528i XDrive. I was having problems with the car making sounds. I took it to a shop on the southside of Atlanta in Riverdale. S&J to be exact. The guy couldnt tell me what was wrong. He looked at it and couldnt tell me anything. I called the dealership I purchased the car from and they forwarded me to H&A. Once I got in touch with Hassan, he told me have it towed and he will look at it. He gave his synopsis over the phone but didnt want me to quote him. Needless to say, Hassan had it at his shop and called me once he looked at it, broke it down and said it was exactly what he thought it was. The experience here has been phenomenal from the time I initially called him to the moment it was time for me to pick my car up. I recommend any one to H&A. The owner is professional and he is leading a time of professional mechanics as well. He takes videos, pictures and everything to show you what exactly is wrong. He has my business from now on!
