Good guys. I showed up a half hour before close and they took care of me without any issue. No sideways looks or comments to come back another day. They didnt rush and offered me the same service as if inwas there 1st thing in the morning. The guys stayed a little later past close until my service was done. Good guys work long here.

Knew better than to come here but out of convenience I did. I usually pay $25 for my premium oil changes(Great price for a v6, I know!) but had a coupon here so thought I would give them a shot for the first time in a few years. What was supposed to be a $20 oil change + tax more than doubled and this isnt the first time nor service this has happened with. Just as other reviews have advised, go elsewhere because they will advise one price and more times than not change it to squeeze every bit of money out of you that they can. Additionally, the mechanic signed off on tire pressure being okay and when my vehicle was given back to me, the tire pressure was still as low as it was when I brought the vehicle. When brought to their attention, the mechanic did go back and put some air in the tires but this is the lack of honesty that makes people run-saying things were done or changed and knowing full well they werent. I even made the pressure guage visible on the dash in attempt to make it obvious as they pulled my vehicle into the garage for servicing. Lastly, double the price and additional fees all for the lowest grade of oil to have to turn around in only 3k miles to get it changed again. Of course, at the coupon price I would have expected the minimum but as noted on the coupon. Now, when I am now paying more than double the initial amount I just [wrongfully] expected a bit better. It is an unfortuante business practice but if you want fair and honest this Precision is NOT it. Did not leave pleased, and twice as much money spent than I pulled in expecting to spend....reaffirmed in my initial reluctantcy based on past experiences. This was a simple service but if you are having anything more than that done, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I took my car to the shop for a power steering pump problem. They had only 2 staff working, tons of cars to care for. They put pump in after a month pump was defective. I brought it In a second time, they put another pump in, still not working right. They told me it was a sensor in the pump, I got the car drove it and was hearing noise of a transmission slipping. I brought it back. They said it needed another part that cost$ 450 with labor amounted to $900. They put part in and then transmission was bad. They failed to see the real problem and messed up my transmission in the car and my car had leaks and everything that I never saw before.It took 3 people to work on my car and they messed up my car badly. I left the car not pay them until they fix the car and return it to me. Please do not take your car there, the Technicians do not know what they are doing. They are messing up peoples cars. 11/26 it has been 11 days now, the owner has not reached out to me despite me leaving several messages. This is bad business. You have Technicians that are not qualified to work on peoples cars but they are messing up motors and transmissions and you are not returning calls. They do not have enough Techs in the shop except 2 people to rush and do terrible work on peoples cars and return it messed up, not diagnosing and just guessing what is wrong and fix the wrong things. Beware people!! I have been going to that shop for10 years now, never had a problem until now with these unprofessional Techs.

I went for an alignment on a Saturday morning and it was closed due to lack of workers

I paid almost 500$ for a tune up and plus another 49.99$ for a coil plug and 3 days later my car was misfiring as if they did not do there job . Took my car to a local mechanic to get it diagnosed and was told my car was misfiring because of the coil plug which I paid for but did not get changed.

Took my Lexus in to see Danny and the Percision tune team and was very pleased with the service. Very nice waiting room with a clean bathroom. They made me aware of my two air filters which were extremely dirty.

Customer service was great! Clean environment! Workers pulled my car in with care and took care of my needs and got me right out! Thumbs up!!

I had a great experience here. My car was leaking oil, so I called them up. The guy on the phone told me what he thought it might be and gave me advice for getting my car to the shop without causing further damage. Turns out the filter had been knocked loose. To get the car to the shop, I had to put some oil in the car myself. I spilled some inside the car. Not only did they put the filter back in place and fill the car with oil, but they also cleaned the inside for me where I’d spilled oil. I expected to pay much more, but they only charged me $32. I dropped off my car at 9 a.m. on a busy Saturday and had my car before closing that day. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Also, I was able to pay over the phone and drop off and pick up my car without going inside, which I really appreciated.

Took my vehicle to this shop to brakes and rotors all the way around and not even a week later I heard a noise of screeching and took my vehicle back and was told my calibers were no good and the hose were bad I took my vehicle to get a second opinion and the technician lied flat out my car just has cheap breaks on the back that’s why I heard the noise had I not taken my car for a second opinion I would have paid these ppl $500 please please DONT GO HERE PPL

I called in on Thursday 6/25/2020 to find out if I needed to set an appointment and get a pricing for an engine diagnostic and a complete vehicle inspection on my Volvo, I was told that I didnt need an appointment at the time and that its $99 for the engine diagnostic and $99 for a complete vehicle inspection because those are two different things. I came in the next day near 3 and was then told by one of the mechanics sitting in the chair (there was no one behind the counter) that they dont do engine diagnostic Volvos because it requires special machines according to him the only thing that they do on Volvos are oil change and tire change. When I called in I told the guy I spoke to what kind of car I had and he quoted me a price, he didnt say they dont service Volvos. Second this is a mechanic shop thats throughout the U.S and been around for years, so how do you not have the special equipment to service every car? Ive used this company before at another location on a different car and their service was good so I figured since this one is literally walking distance from me I could drop my car off and wait at home so it was disappointing to hear they dont service the car I had all because of some special equipment, that they dont carry.

This place is a RIP OFF. I went in there and asked to give my a price on getting my brakes done. He give me a price and when the job was done, the cost was twice what I was quoted. The service person said I quoted you for the front brakes. I didnt come there and asked to give me a quote on half of a brake job. This was no misunderstanding. Now i understand why there was there was was no customers cars being worked on when I arrived.

The fellas saved my skin. I was there at closing but they didnt turn me away. Swift and courteous. Shop is clean, has snacks, a childrens play area and skill.

I have been using Scott and his people for about 3 years now. I have found him to be completely honest about the condition of my cars. He also is quite clear about whether a service is really needed or not.I have compared his prices to dealerships and to other service centers. He is usually lower and if you point out that some one is stating a lower price he will discuss it with you. There have been times that he has agreed to the price and times that he has explained that he is doing more work or believes that a different approach is needed.After all this time I know He and his crew will do the best job possible. They will do it for a reasonable price and they will stand behind it. And unlike the big dealerships they take the time to clarify and answer all of my concerns.I recommend this Precision Tune unconditionally.

Honest, affordable, and quick. I’ve been going to Precision off and on for years, but my latest experience really blew me away (in a good way). I was sure that my transmission needed to be entirely replaced, and at first glance they said that would be a possibility. I do not know that much about cars. So, I have to rely on the mechanic’s word, which can be a scary proposition. They called me and told me that it was much more minor. Instead of being stuck with a $2,000 bill, it was only $163.70. I don’t believe most shops would be that honest. This is how loyalty is earned.

Currently here as I write this review. Excellent service. Jorge, greeted me as soon as I came in. He explained everything I needed to know about the type of oil my car needs and my options in pricing. He was very friendly and the same with the customers. I will definitely be back.

This automotive repair shop is under new management. This place has improved 1000 folds compared to the old management. Friendly employees, even got too speak with the owner, and he is the most friendly old man to havea conversation with . Great deal on full synthetic oil change $45 as opposed to the $75 I was paying at express. Only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 is because Im a cartard so when I went to pay the gentleman at the front desk he advised me that my belts are bad, when I asked which ones he told me theres only 2 belts on the car. I was hoping for specifics but got car-shamed lol not a big deal. I then asked for a quote for the belts he told me approx $145 but on the receipt it indicates $129. Again not a big deal I just prefer specific details when it comes to spending hindered of dollars on necessary repairs. Ill still go back for the oil changes as the service outside of that small exchange was very good and quick.

I usually love going here but today they changed my oil and didnt reset and its still saying change oil and they didnt add power steering fluid either. Told me I needed a new belt and that my water pump is leaking which was new and not even 2years old yet!

I was there less than 30 minutes and they were very thorough checking everything on my car.

These guys repaired my AC a couple years back on my Mini Cooper. About a half a year out of warranty for the work, it went out again. Since it was out of warranty I called a nearby repair place and they estimated about $2,000 to repair. So I called Precision and the manager said he would look into it. He saw it was the compressor and he went to bat for me with the compressor manufacturer and was able to replace the part for at no cost to me. His labor to put it on and recharge was under $300. I now recommend these guys to everyone I know. I appreciate the way these guys operate.

Will never be returning they had a worker messing up peoples cars and wont repair the damage done by the employee. Got a oil change less than a month ago have been smelling fumes in my car since then my paper work shows no hazards of this come to find out the employee messed up my car and the company wont take responsibility they are aware of the mistakes. Dont take your car here will cost you hundreds from getting a simple oil changed

These mechanics are so helpful and they dont rip you off. There was an issue with my car and I could not figure out why it died on me. When I got a jump I took it to them to check. They could have said I needed a new starter. I would not have known. But they checked my car from top to bottom and said it was probably just my battery because my alarm was going off for quite some time in the parking deck.

I had absolutely no problems with this shop. The young lady that was at the service counter was very courteous and seemed to enjoy her job. I went there for an oil change, and was told it would probably take a little while and that there were three people ahead of me. I was in no hurry and was fine with waiting. I had the chance to talk with one other (shop) employee and he was very courteous and also seemed to enjoy his job. Long story short, I was in and out in less than twenty minutes!

Very friendly staff! I called in ahead of going in to get my oil change and they had a deal going on and no wait time. I was in and out within ~30 minutes and they did not try to charge me for anything extra nor suggest I needed anything else done to the car. I will definitely be returning in the future for oil changes!

The mechanic was nice, the prices were good, but the woman at the front desk was rude. She talked down to me like I was her son and I was driving her car. I wont come back, and its a shame, because everything but her was great.

Went in I explained to the young man what I was hearing from the car,they diagnosed it as a belt that needs replacing,so of course I had them fix it,as soon as I get half way out the parking lot I hear the same noise,I immediately turn around and return to the shop and the guy that actually worked on my car was like oh yeah I noticed oil from the right boot and now they quoted me a 700.00 job to fix the noise in which I thought they had fixed BEAWARE😡😠😤

After being recommended by a friend, I checked some reviews and was super nervous. I trusted my friend and tried them out, and Im so glad I did. The new management is going above and beyond to make sure every customer is 100% pleased.They were very quick in diagnosing my problems. (Truck was shaking uncontrollably) They gave me honest answers to all my questions. (I ask a lot). They quoted me a fair price and gave me good advice on how to avoid future costs. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Paul, hes the new manager.

Scam artists. I had a leak in my car causing my drivers side floorboard to be soaked. I was told it was my heater core(that is an $800-$1000 fix). I went to get a second opinion and sure enough my heater core was fine, it was simply a sunroof leak, and only cost $100 to fix. wont ever return to this auto shop.

First impression of this was good. I spoke with Eva at the front desk she was very nice. However I was lied to. I was aware that I needed power steering fluid which is why when I arrived to have an Synthetic Oil Change Package I specifically ask to have my Power Steering fluid topped off since I knew I needed it. Eva assured me that they would top off all fluids. When my car was done I had to rush off to go to a doctors appointment I noticed my car was still making the wining noise it makes when you need power steering fluid. I called Eva back and she instantly said that I had a leak and that a diagnostic would be $65. The next day I put some Power Steering Fluid in my car which instantly fixed the noise. Not to say I dont have a small leak but when a customer is paying for a service it should be fulfilled REGARDLESS and NOT LIED TO. I just recently moved here for school and work and it has been very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. When you have a business that will flat out lie to you and say theyve done a service and they have not it could lead to far bigger problems. I didnt even know if they actually changed my oil and filters so I had to pay a more honest business to complete the job. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE SMILES AND CONVERSATIONS HERE. IF YOU HAVE ANY WORK DONE I WOULD THOROUGHLY CHECK BEHIND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The worst auto shop everMy wifes car broke down in Austell ( Alternator)We live in Woodstock and that is were I was at the time.I call Precision auto tune (as she was a mile down the road) and talk with John the manager.I said my car is broke down and Im going to have it towed to you.Can I get a price for an alternator installed. He then said sure it will be $250-$350. The other shops I called were coming in at around $350 so I thought great. Well, when my wife gets there and John is super invasive with answering questions. He told her then the price was for the alternator only but wouldnt really tell her what the price was. I called them back and he then said it was $480 just for the alternator. I looked up the part on autozone and it was $140. He said that were he was getting it. 350% mark up? He made no sense at all for why he was charging $480 for a $140 part. I told him what other shops quoted and he then started to work me over like a car salesman. I had my car picked back up. He didnt care about the customer nor did he have respect for his job. I will never even consider a Precision shop and I will warn everyone I know as well. My wife works with over 2000 people so.....yeah

Tried to get an oil change to head home for family emergency woman was rude and nasty from the jump. Let her know I just needed a premium oil change nothing more and she made smart remarks. Left out asked my daughter to go in for me, woman told her she cant service us and when my daughter asked why she said we just cant with no explanation. Daughter asked why what the issue is and she said we just cant service you. Woman stepped in daughters face and just created an argument. She was rude to another African American lady in front of US so hopefully she was just having a bad day and isnt prejudice. Never coming back again

Worst customer service. Wont be coming back. Came in for an oil change and left with a damaged oil pan, leaking oil. Came back a few days later after my check engine light came on and the manager, Kyle, and the employee who cracked my pan to begin with, had more attitude than me. Dropped my car off at 8am and Im sitting here now at 6:00, closing time, still waiting on my car. No one has acknowledged me since I came back in here @5:00. Poor customer service.

Never again will I do business with this place, 4 months ago I had a 4 wheel brake job done, cost: 200.00 2 weeks later I have to go back because the left rear is smoking people are pointing and blowing horns, I go back, the mechanic says he cant find anything wrong, a month later same thing, only this time he removed the tires, the rotor is burned and the pads are gone (burned) he said I need rotor, pads and a caliper 240.00 thought everything was fine then less than a week the front is smoking, people are pointing at my car again ! So now I speak to the store manager and he says its not his fault its Chrysler, he said he would replace both rotors, pads and calipers for 400.00 so buyers beware of this place. Theres more to this story but Im dealing with family crisis and dont have the time, money, or energy to keep talking about the customer service at this place.

Weve been bringing our vehicles here for a few years now. The service is always good and they are very good at letting you know prices for all work done that day as well as things you might need to think about in the future.

This is my second time beings here it took me 1 hour and half just for simple oil change that is a shame.
