This is my first time having a major repair on my vehicle, so I did a fair amount of research before I settled on a shop. A few friends recommended these guys and I couldn’t be happier. They really go the extra mile to get you scheduled and taken care of, as well as fully explain what the issue is. I know that the concept of an honest auto mechanic is unfortunately a rare thing sometimes, but these guys definitely fit the bill. Highly recommended!

Moved to Georgia about 2 years ago with my 1998 Chevy S10. I started having some issues with acceleration . Drew at pro tech was recommended by my neighbor who said they would be able to find the issue and fix it for a reasonable price, Well after the repair was done I thought I was driving a new truck.Wow this was a great experience and I will be bringing my vehicle to my new mechanic from now on.Karen was very helpful getting the repair scheduled . She said they would fix it right and they did. I can now keep up with traffic with no issues . Love this place, Keep up the excellent service, AWESOME

My husband and I were referred to Protech by a close friend who swore this was the only place to take our cars for oil changes, repairs, tires, etc.. Well, he was correct! The customer service we received was incredible and the staff is so knowledgeable. Pricing was more than fair too. Karen, in particular, goes out of her way to make sure you are well informed with frequent phone calls, costs and expectations. Shes amazing and made us feel like family! I can say we will be going to Protech from now on for our vehicle needs. Highly recommend this place of business!

I LOVE these Guys!. Drew has been my mechanic since 2005. They always do great work and have never let me down. They have rescued my car and me on Friday afternoon rush hour traffic. Thats how awesome they are. Cant say enough about my favorite shop. Ladies, youre safe here!

Thank you Drew, Bob and ProTech staff great job. I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 they diagnose, gave advice, replace my old engine with a remanufactured GMC engine. Runs greats. I reccommend going to ProTech for your auto repair needs.

Best shop you are going to find. They take the time to talk to you about the recommendations they make, and you can trust those recommendations when theyre made. Most times they come in under the initial estimate and the work is always exceptional. I have used these guys for years and recommend them to everyone I know.

I was having some A/C troubles. I took it to them after a recommendation from my girlfriend. Her family seemed to trust them so I though I would give them a shot. This is the most honest repair shop I have ever worked with. Fair work for a fair price with no BS. I generally never trust anyone with my car. 99% of the time I work on my car myself. I have 2002 Trans Am with a motor I built myself, replaced the carpet, installed the stereo, suspension etc. (long list) myself. For the first time I have found someone that I would trust to do repairs for me.

Nobody likes to see that check engine light or hear that strange new funny (not haha) noise coming from that scary engine area or feel the grind as you hit the brakes....any and all car issues would cause my blood pressure to rise and my bank account to drain and my head to pound knowing I was most likely going to get swindled hard and taken for a ride (not a good one) even after multiple mechanic quotes because (IMO, YMMV) they were all crooked sharks 😒😡That was UNTIL my beautiful bride found PROTECH and Drew many years ago and now I wish for a check engine light (thats totally not true but you get my drift!)PROTECH is legit, honest, high quality work with impeccable knowledge, training and ongoing education. Drew and crew are (again IMO) the only truly stand up, honest people left in this forsaken industry and we are so very thankful for all of the money, Tylenol and heart attacks they have saved us over the years.Quick, TRUE story...couple of years ago felt and heard the dreaded brake grinding but I was in Macon (2 hours south) so stopped to get the car checked for safety and as Im sweating bullets they of course tell me I need all new brakes, a whizmado, a shishkamabob and a new horn or something, anyways $2500+++ big ones!So I call my beautiful bride (because shes got the brains too, lucky man I am) she calls Drew and describes, he says I can make it back to Marietta but bring in the car on way home, I do what they both tell me because thats the smarter thing to do. Drop the car off at close, Drew calls bright and early the next day to tell me my back tires just need to be aligned, I think it was like $25 maybe less, seriously that is how amazing PROTECH, Drew and the rest of the crew are, theyre the real deal!Longest review ever? Yes but theyre in the process of saving my beautiful brides midlife (extremely expensive to maintain European convertible sports car) luxury that she loves and I love her so Im beyond grateful for PROTECH and Drew.Oh and if I didnt make it obvious enough, 10 STARS and I ONLY recommend PROTECH for any and all car issues, they will always steer you in the right direction (dad pun🙄) and the coffees not bad either😉

Drew and Chip and another new guy there I forget his name but they are all awesome!My Camaro was stranded one day and a gentleman helped me and recommended Protech. He said hed been going there for years and really trusted them and they have good service. I have used them ever since, for several years now. They keep my 96 (OLD, lol!) Camaro running well and their prices are fair, and much less than you get at a dealership. I have even been to them for services I Thought* I needed and they said I didnt need them. They are honest. That is hard for a female to find, when other places are always trying to upsell you on stuff you dont need. They are extremely knowledgeable, and just very nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I wouldnt take my car anywhere else
