My experience here was so great! I just needed an oil change and they did it super fast! They even put my splash guard back in place for no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

I purchased 2 new tires close to closing time and they made it happen for me. Very reasonable, quick and kind. I will definitely be back!

The service was great and I didnt have much of a wait time. The only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five is because my oil change cost about $20 more than it did 4 months ago, and they didnt go over the cost information with me before they started.

The charged me more than the dealership. I change my oil and filters for 100 $ in the dealership of Honda but when Mr.tire did it for me the same filters and oil, they charged me 261 $. I dont recommend any person to go there.

I really appreciate Ben and Reggie for helping me with my Dodge Avenger. Ive taken it to 3 other shops due to stalling while driving! Those shops said nothing was wrong, smh, which tells me they didnt even check it. However, thank you guys, Ben had to replace my alternator and fuel pump,which tested bad. Ill continue to recommend this location, very honest and efficient.

I was at the Mr.Tire in Marietta off of powder springs st. The customer service was great, Ben helped me when I came in for my oil change. He explained my options to me and then explained what he thought would be best based on my car at which point I chose my service and he got me the best price. They were polite and efficient. 10/10 recommend.

Reggie and his team were outstanding! I had a flat tire and had been to several shops that did not have my tire. He was able to pick it up within an hour and then quickly completed the job with alignment. Much better than others in area.

I stopped by Pepboys first because my tire was going flat but since they were closing they wouldn’t take care of me. I immediately went to Mr. Tire and they were happy to fix it for me even though they were closing as well. They saved me from having to get my car towed and replace my tire. They were awesome!

I drive a 2008 Jeep Liberty that has had a heating problem for a majority of the winter. Taking it to TRUE Automotive was without a doubt the best decision I could have made for it. The service was great, one of the mechanic named John was able to assess and recalibrate it in the matter of minutes of getting it in the shop! I would highly recommend that anyone take their automotive needs to this location, the display of professionalism and expertise in the field has made them my choice no questions asked.

These guys really helped us out today. They looked at my car immediately, and fixed it up in no time. Their prices were reasonable and they worked more quickly than most repair shops. The gentleman at the front desk was especially helpful. Here is something I thought they did a particularly good job on: when I needed a new tire, the first option they gave me was reasonably priced. A lot of shops will give you some outrageous quote and when you say no they back it down or offer some hidden discounts. These guys were affordable and right to the point. There’s always the fear of coming to a shop and being up charged, oversold on unnecessary things and typically dealing with someone who’s rude.I appreciate the entire staff for being quick, courteous, educating me on the issue and ramifications of prolonged lack of repair and ultimately a discount & free tire repair.Glad the reviews didn’t lead me astray.

This morning my tire light came on . I stopped by MrTire and they took care of me immediately. Great service, and friendly atmosphere. This was my 2nd truck that I have brought here in 2 months with nails in the tire. Both times were top notch service! I highly recommend MrTire on Powder Springs Rd, Marietta, Ga.

Well the last two times I went to get an oil change (the second time was today) he told me to be there at a certain time, I arrive and he tells me others have walked in ahead of me and now the guy who does the oil change is at lunch!! If you make an appointment then that should go ahead of people who walk in. (Just my opinion) He now tells me that I have to wait behind four other people who have walked in. This place is 4 minutes from my house and would so convenient if I could actually use this place. But, it looks as if Im going to have to use another company.

Great experience at the location on Powder Springs Rd, Marietta. The manager Reginald was able to get 2 tires ordered & installed same day, due to a blow out. Im a Realtor that spends alot of time on the road. So this was major!

Had a blow out on side of road and call Mr. Tire they told me they had my tire in stock and that they can get me in and out quickly. Great service I will tell everyone about the service I receive !!! This was a great experience. The Big guy at the front counter made me laugh and gave me a great deal on my oil change on my tire that needed to be fixed. I only go here for my oil change. These are great people and they do not hassle you to get anything done. Like literally he told me what i needed and i said yes to this and no to that. He still gave me a great deal, matter fact he makes everyone feel that way. I was listening and this is something that they do for all the customers give discounts on stuff so that it can be somewhat affordable. Who knew mechanics had hearts.

I had an amazing experience here. Got in early because I had a nail in my tire and had to hit the road. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and handled my needs promptly. It was a small job but I was treated as though I were getting a major repair. He gave me some information about the repair for minis just so I was aware. This will be the place that I bring my cooper from now on for any future fixes! Great customer service and very fast!!

Ive been coming to this location for years for oil changes and basic auto service and have always received great service and attention. I normally make an appointment, but decided to stop to see if I could sneak in a quick oil change since I was in the area. This location has always been pretty good, but this was the 1st time in years my expectations were exceeded. Not only did Brandon, the new store manager take care of me on short notice, he also shared his knowledge and expertise to save me time and money in the future by informing me of some service concerns I hadnt considered. That goes a long way with building trust. Also the atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. Five stars!

I drove from out-of-state and started having issues with my vehicle. I was referred to Mr. Tire and upon arriving Phil greeted me and was helpful & engaging. Shortly after, I meet with the general manager, Tyrone who was very detailed and resourceful. He had me back on the road in no time with my car running great.

They were Abit higher in cost than I was expecting, but, they well, Trey the mechanic was very nice and informative on what he recommended that my 2001 Ford Econoline 150 Van needed, to fix my overheating problem I was having. He also, showed me that my front brakes and rotors were shot and needed replaced ASAP. Trey .....the mechanic also, said that it would take a good while to get everything done . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP!!!!! Ive NEVER been to an auto shop that took care of me the way Alex, Von and Phil did. They somehow misdiagnosed my car and when I brought it their attention they fixed the problem FREE of charge. Also, if you live close enough theyll give you a ride home so you dont have to sit and wait on your vehicle. They work with you on prices and dont try and get over on you like most mechanics do. They have gained a life long customer.

I love this place! I had to get a ton of work done on my car the last few days and everyone was more than helpful. They stayed in touch about everything that was wrong and they were all super nice. We all know car issues can be expensive, but I didn’t go broke using them lol! Ask for Phil- he’s great!
