I met the nicest most helpful Beltone assistant today. She was so very helpful in helping me purchase a new set of Beltone hearing aids at a price I could afford.I have had Beltone hearing aids before, I always have been totally satisfied. I can go to another State and always find a Beltone Store should I need assistance. I like that. Have yet to meet a Beltone assistant who didn’t treat me like I was an old friend. I can hardly wait to receive me new hearing aids.

JoBeth has been consistently both knowledgeable and courteous during all of my visits. I started out 2 years ago with just 1 hearing aid, this visit showed that the other ear now needs a little help too. Just a part of getting older I guess! Thanks JoBeth for your excellent care!

Bought a pair of prescription sunglasses. Paid over 450 cash! These were Sport Liberty glasses that I bought to use while riding motorcycle. As soon as you look through a helmet shield, or windscreen, the world looks monochrome. Gives me a headache to wear them!Took them in, they tried to adjust them thinking it would help. No difference. They said it has been to long since they were purchased, nothing can be done about it.Perhaps they could have offered to send them in for correction. I would have paid for it if it were effective. Was not given the option.Good people here, but do not buy the LIBERTY SPORT line of glasses unless you want to see colors.I will not be returning to Ohio Eye for exams, or to purchase glasses.
