Brad and the staff at Livingston is by far the best in town. I have been wearing hearing aids for near 20 years and I thought I had a good one until I walked into Livingston and meet Brad. He is more thorough and in depth than my past experiences, and I am hearing those important ones in my life better than ever. I highly recommend this office and his services.

Wonderful, wonderful practice. I had my earwax removed this morning due to it getting so deep and packed that the normal OTC earwax solutions were barely making a dent. The two men who performed the removal were very professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Livingston to anyone for their hearing needs. Thank you Livingston!!!

They are great. I couldnt hear out of my right ear till I got my hearing aid. Before I got it I listened to the Tv on 20 now I can listen to it on 4 and be able to hear it perfectly. It made me cry the first time I could lower the volume it was great. I love these people Autumn and Brad and some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

My quality of life has really changed now that I can hear!!! Brad has been such a Blessing and Autumn is fantastic!! I had gone to a doctor and was told I did not have a problem hearing but my kids were having to repeat and I could not hear my phone!! I always had to have headphones on so I could hear anyone on my phone. I saw Brad Sutton and he performed extensive testing and he figured out it was my left hearing and I had really bad Tinnutus. He fit me for just one hearing aid and my tinnitus is gone!!! What a huge difference this has made!!! Brad is so patient and helpful!! Knowledgeable employees and access to oh very nice Brands make this a very good place to shop for your hearing needs. They do not have brands that they are pushing like some of the hearing aid places. Through hearing tests, questions to the client and financial goals they narrow choices down to a few hearing aids from which the client can choose the one for the that best suits their needs.

I was very nervous about getting a hearing aid. Brad Sutton walked me thru every step and we talked out every option. When the hearing aid that I picked came in, he spent the time to walk thru every setting and even explained the science behind the tests he was running to ensure that I had a full understanding of what he was doing. My Fathers Hearing Aid was not working so we visited the Livingston Hearing Aid store. What a blessing! They cleaned and adjusted the hearing aid, but found it to be cracked. They took the time to discover it was under warranty. They were also kind enough to send it in for repair.When we returned to pick up the hearing aid Dr. Sutton spent 30 minutes with Dad to ensure the hearing aid fit properly. Was needing to have my hearing checked due to issues hearing conversations with background noises. The office was friendly, courteous, and attentive. They were able to test and diagnose my issues and Ill be picking up my head speakers (I refuse to say hearing aids) next week. Im looking forward to being able to hear again and would recommend Livingston to anyone.

All reviews I read about bad hearing aid experiences told me that the users didnt pay attention. Brad couldnt be more helpful or knowledgable. Like everything else, its the person doing the work, not so much the product.
