Super friendly office. If I have any complaints, its only because my hearing is so crazy. Their care seems very genuine and they go to great lengths to help. Sometimes professionals make you feel dumber than a rock for asking questions and sharing concerns, but this doesnt happen here. I feel like Ive been heard and my concerns taken seriously. I couldnt ask for more unless, of course, the hearing aids were free and my hearing issues al resolved!!! LOL Im a very satisfied customer!

Everyone is fantastic. The doctor is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable before the test start. Afterwards she explained everything to where you could understand.

Abigail was expertly professional in asking about my hearing aids’ performance and provided me with a neck strap to connect face mask loops so they don’t hurl my aids when removing a mask.

I bought my Moms hearing aids there. They are helpful and friendly. Now my husband received his hearing aids there. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very professional and easy to talk to and all my questions were answered. The appointment was on time with no waiting. Abbey was very knowledgeable . I highly recommend them and I will always go there for my hearing aids.

It was a good experience but when my ears were checked, I was told they looked good then two days later, at a doctors office I was told there was so much wax she was barely able to see past it. Does wax build up that fast or was it not convenient to remove it as Mary Beth had always done?

Thought long and hard on saying anything but here it is i have known marybeth and have gotten hearing aids from her in the past thru workers comp . but now due to being on disability i cant afford them so was glad when i got the call that if i came in for a free hearing test i would be entered into a contest for a free pair of aids . After getting my test done the lady started in about payment plans and such and when i ask her about the contest she said there isnt one so i called later and spoke to marybeth and was told she got bought out and she wasnt in charge of how they solicit people to come in but told me she would have new owners call me i have waited 3 weeks and no response almost feels like false advertisement. Never thought marybeth would treat me this way . Im done now
