WOW is all I’m going to say. Food was amazing customer service unmatched and the price point get outta here. This is the best kept secret if your not from the area. We were greeted by Leland who really gave us positive vibes and set the tone for our visit with the “VIP” table and the best waitress as he proclaimed. Amber went the extra mile as well even to whip me up some sauce for my sweet potato fries. The food was five star worthy in my opinion. Walleye was fried immaculately. You must go there.
The food was all bad. Didnt even eat it. I also asked for potato salad with my meal and never got it. They removed 20 cents instead of the 1.99 I paid, from ticket as if it was my fault and then went to arguing with me and was super disrespectful. I came in from out of town, my father had died and was there to pick up his ashes. I decided after viewing my fathers body we would just go out to eat and then go back to hotel to just absorb things and this is how we were treated. The waitress was jacked up on pills she couldnt barely speak nor could she keep her eyes open. The manager had below par service in handling situations, and I even made mention that I didnt want to fight and that I was grieving my dad, and she still kept on and on. Not even a sense of condolences was expressed. As a restaurant owner myself, I am disappointed that a ma and pops shop would treat people like this.
Wonderful hometown restaurant. Its been here for years and has pictures of celebrities that have visited the restaurant since its opening. Great prices, service and menu.

A lot of microwaved food... microwaved buscuits and gravy... not very good.

Ive been here several times, and all 4 times, the food was terrible. The people are nice and attentive. What have I had here? Liver & onions, hamburger, oh, the bean soup was passable, cheese sticks - ugh.

I really, really liked this place. I took my six year old daughter here after traveling two hours to get my second dose of my covid vaccine. We were starving and knew what we wanted to order as soon as we arrived. The coffee was great, the food was even better. As soon as I commented to my daughter that I was having the best burger Id had in a long time, she had to use the restroom. Our server hadnt been by for awhile. I was waiting for a refill of my coffee. I was going to ask her where the restroom was when she refilled my coffee but she was socializing with the table in front of us. I asked the hostess, left my phone and purse at the table, and took my daughter to the bathroom. Not three minutes later we came back to the table to find a bus boy clearing our half eaten plates. The server said they were already making my daughter more fries without even asking me. I was charged for those fries, when all I wanted to do was leave. I didnt want to sit there anymore. I was tired from driving and getting my shot and just wanted to come home. They wouldnt even comp the meal they threw away. My kid wouldve been satisfied with mcdonalds fries on the way home of they wouldve asked me if they should remake them. What about my food? I was enjoying that burger and it was just thrown away. The server and manager lacked a sense of empathy as I was clearly a struggling single mom who was also very clearly very upset at a good meal that was taken away from me. I recommend the food, but I dont recommend any single parent leaving the table at any point during their meal.
The food was good but the waitress was lousy. She kept on saying she was bring us our silverware and she never did and when she did it was like 20 minutes later. She kept on telling us she will go get our food but she would go talk to the other customers and then take there orders and she would come back and she forgot the cream for my moms coffee. They better hire better waitresses. But we got our food about 30 minutes later
Food was good and prices are reasonable. The waitresses were at our table several times to fill our coffee/Tea and waters which kind of made us feel rushed. Can also play several lottery games while you eat.

Best restaurant between Columbus and Cleveland for American classic dining. The decor is fantastically retro, the service great and the coffee is hot, fresh and never runs out.The pricing is really affordable and the portion sizes great. Cant recommend this place enough.

One of our favorite local restaurants. Typical American fare and a fantastic breakfast menu.A family of four can easily eat breakfast or lunch here for around $25.
Food was bland. Asked for a side of hashbrowns and they never brought any. Couldnt tell them they forgot them because they never checked on us. The waitresses mask is just a plastic sliver. Literally not protecting or doing anything for anyone.

Price $4.25 Plus a side order of. Sausage Gravy cost ( $ 3.25 ) A whopping total of just 8.25 + 0.58 tax grand total of $ 8.83! Where esle can ya get a home cooked meal served in such a family atmosphere? I ordered Scambled eggs, Bacon, and French Toast to-go. The Scambled eggs and French Toast were very bland. I believe breakfast from McDonalds would have been better so I will not return.

Sausage gravy looked good, tasted funny. Waffle was wonderful. Toast, eggs, and sweet potatoes were very good. Coffee was okay. The place was very busy (about 10:30 on a Saturday).
They always have great soups, and there is a lot to choose from, breakfast 24 or full course dinner 🍽️ . We go often.
Only half my order was right. Buns were old and fell apart when I took a bite. At least the patty was cooked all the way. They could do so much better.
