Great burgers for a great price. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Drive thru is fast.

Hamburgers are good but the French fries always seem a little overcooked and dried out. Their usually pretty quick thru the drive through.

The food was good. I even did a YouTube video which included me eating this food on camera

This In-N-Out is randomly placed in a town I was traveling through. The staff was above and beyond friendly and the fries were hot and fresh. A nice place to stop on the road!

I forgot how awesome in n out burgers are. The animal fries set it off. Very happy I got some as we have no in n out in missouri. My lady had not ever had them, and the staff were awesome. Even got our free hat!! Very clean, staff was smiling and great at their job. Food was hot and fresh served up quickly. Everything I remember from my youth about in n out is still true.

One of the smallest fast food burgers youll eat.Complete waste of money; poor food quality. Old, cold, and, stale. Waited at the window about 5 minutes after paying expecting my food to be fresh and hot, nope!Burger was nicely dressed, cold and, used tasting.Fries were cold and tasteless with an overcooked crunchy staleness to them.

Yummy burger. Hot and fresh and they got my order right. What more can you ask for?

I must admit, they have the best lettuce wrapped burgers. I did not like the sauce when they first opened here and my husband who is from LA said it wasnt the same sauce. They must have gotten it together because the sauce now is amazing like when I visited LA and had it there. This Whataburger lovin chic is giving yall some props.

Just another example of why this place is flourishing in Texas and why its legendary in CA. Whataburger is great but something about the accuracy and service has taken a dive over the years. In-n-out takes the #1 spot for no hassle drive thru burgers which can be deceptively fast despite the huge line.

It doesnt matter what location I go to, staff is always courteous, happy, friendly, and food is always fresh and delicious! Lines at drive through are always long, but service is fast. We dont mind the very short wait. My favorite fast food burger place!

By far the best food at the best price at the quickest pace with the most friendly staff. If I could have I would have tipped every employee in that place. And I wish they had a survey.

My animal style burger was delicious. The hand-cut fries hot and fresh. Even though there was 6 cars in front of the line moved quickly. Great location.

The food was incredible, as Ive come to expect from In n Out, but the real standout at this location was the service, especially Hon (sorry if i got his name wrong, i only glanced at his nametag). He was incredibly friendly and was attentive when it came to drink refills and throwing away trash, keeping covid risk at a minimum.Also it was my first protein style and it was ridiculously good.

We eat at In-N-Burger frequently. People are very friendly. Orders are quickly made and served. Restaurants are very clean. Price is very good. Obviously food is very good. We have visited the In-N-out Burger in Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Austin and my husband has visited them in California.

Consistently excellent in service, and food quality. From speaker to being handed our food took mere minutes. The line was long, but continually moving. Very efficient system. Employees appear to enjoy their jobs, and they let it show to the customers. Very highly satisfied.

We love in and out burger! Fresh burgers, fries, and malts. We dont indulge in burgers often but every once in a while its nice to have a burger. I eat plant based and they make. Veggie burger. However I wish they would create a bean or mushroom patty as well. That would be even more amazing!

Greatest thing you can do for yourself is come here and get a 3x3 animal style and well done animal style fries

The line was fast the food was great the customer service was awesome as well the cashier was very kind and had a sense of urgency to get our food exactly the way we wanted. Would recommend to any burger fans out there 🍔❗

Great place for a good weekend bite!

My first experience trying In-N-Out Burger and it was at this location. Let me say it wasnt a great experience as my fries w/ cheese were soggy and cold. My burger got cold right away too! && to top it off an employee literally asked my family and I to move our feet while we were eating because he needed to sweep! Like wth! That was very unprofessional; sweeping under our table while we are eating!

Get extra sauce on the side, you wont regret it

My favorite burger place.

We went on 11/28/2020 at 6:38 pm. There was a specific gentleman and the very last window. We did not catch his name. He was very well mannered. Made sure we had everything we needed. Made sure our order was correct before we left the window. He was extremely good at his job and went above and beyond for this company. I wish we would of gotten his name. You dont see very many people anymore going above and beyond. Everything was fresh and hot.

Excellent friendly service, Corona-virus procedures are the absolute BEST Ive seen so far. They had 2 Friendly staff members in the dining area sanitising all surfaces, seating people, and waiting on us hand and foot. Id give them more stars if they were available

Love taking my kids here because of the simplicity of ordering and the food. Theres no complex everything in the kitchen on is burger that my 10 yr old has to take apart cuz he doesnt want all the extra stuff just cheese and onion. 4 meals not 18. The fries are amazing. Cut and cooked not frozen.

Food is great! 1 star given because the bathrooms have no changing table. Had to lay my baby on the sink to change her #2 diaper. Come on In and Out. Do better!

This honestly is not my favorite burger place, but being hungry and just in the need for a bite. I drove through. Customer service was good and fast service. I did get a fill up with a combination of a burger, french fries, and a small chocolate milkshake. I didnt feel the need for anymore food for the next 3 hours.

I had my first inNout burger here. Nothing fancy. Heard good things about it. No complain about the services in this location. Burger patty is thin like paper and dry.

First time trying it. The food wasnt bad but though it was odd to only have 3 burgers. Got combos and they came out in a box which was neat. Also was surprised to not have any ranch dressing.. who doesnt lol

The one in Ft Worth prepares a better tasting burger than this one in Mansfield. The vegetables were so freezing cold, they made my whole burger cold. But the server and service was excellent as always.

Best fresh burgers any where

My first visit ever since Moving here from Colorado and I was not impressed at all. The French Fries had a very strange after taste that made me question what was added or how they were cooked. The protein Cheese Burger was okay for what it was. I guess I had high expectations from the hype surrounding this place. However, on a high note the Customer Service was great!

Quick, legit good fast food burger. Restaurant is spotless and the staff is very courteous. You can see what’s going on in the kitchen while you’re in the drive through. For me, that’s what makes this place waaay ahead of their competition in most respects.
