Always packed. My grandma loves this place. So far its turning into a every Sunday after church lunch spot. Waitresses are friendly, quick and very nice. Food is most times great. The prices are fair as well. See ya next Sunday

Liver & onions with sliced potatoes is always excellent. Great server and a very short wait time. Not like the big chain restaurants where when you leave you are still hungry.

Came to the restaurant because of the great reviews however we waited 20-30 minutes for food. Our waitress was in a rush and vanished 10 minutes into arriving. When the food did arrive it was decent but the pancakes were cold, tasted like they were made in batches in the morning and had blueberries when we ordered just a regular stack of pancakes. Not what I expected.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The food was disgusting and the waitress was rude. All the food is processed garbage and I will never return

Had a great meal here. Staying in area for vacation. Seemed to be a place for seniors. Prices were super reasonable. Waitress was very nice. Could be cleaner.

Well, I had hoped for a great place to visit,b ut unfortunately it was not. The wait staff were rude and uninvolved during the entire visit. I sat for 40 minutes before the food was brought out. Took them 20 min just to take my order. Will not be coming back.

Such a cute family breakfast spot, straight out of the late 60s, I’m sure not anything has changed since then, but in a good way! Staff was friendly, food was good, and the restaurant was quite busy! If you’re stopping into the town like us it’s much better than any of the fast food options around

Umm so today my burger just tasted weird but it was okay and also my brother said there was like no chicken in his tenders and they were dropping a lot of stuff on the floor. Thats it everything else was fine..

Mansfield Family Restaurant has been a favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Always a friendly smile, cheerful attitude, and occasional ribbing from the girls. The food and prices are good and the specials are priced well. Always a relaxed atmosphere. They have become extended family over the years. Job well done Mansfield Restaurant. Dont forget to visit both locations at Cook Rd. And South Main Street, and on the Miracle Mile Park Avenue West.

Fantastic, family-style place! The service was quick and good, and the food was delicious. They were busy, but the servers were still very attentive (I thought it was cute that they had one person dedicated to refilling everyones coffee).

Over crowded and screaming kids on Sunday morning s. Expect to spend about an hour and 30 minutes. Most of the wait is getting food.

I have eaten there every week for 20 years, and I love the amount of food you get for your money, the speed of the food to your table, and that the waitresses are so thorough and attentive. It’s a great, low key spot for some good, old fashioned, American diner food. Nothing super special or fancy, but the prices and service are great!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is some of the worst food I have ever been served in my life. Our meal took almost 45 minutes to arrive to the table and when it did, it was colder than the syrup that came with the pancakes. My eggs were severely undercooked and cold. My 2 year old wouldnt even eat the pancake or the eggs that came out which says a lot because she eats those 2 things quite frequently. Unless you want to totally insult your taste buds and your body, I do not recommend eating here. EVER.

If I can rate this place no stars I will! The food was cold and had no flavor at all. We had a party of 6 and only 2 of us FORCED the food down. Everything about the food was poorly executed and I HOPE that NOBODY wastes their money at this restaurants. We then informed the manager that everything we ordered was horrible and he did not want to refund NOTHING at all. He didn’t even have the audacity to apologize. Thank you for your poor service and low quality food..... 🤢

The best part, is the price point. Definitely easy on the wallet. Even for there being a line outside the door (COVID seating restrictions), we were sat extremely fast. After that, it was terribly slow. The server checked on us less than the ladies refilling coffee. My biscuits and gravy were alright, the french toast was pretty good, and the omelette was dry (it had to be remade because it came out wrong the first time). The portions were definitely worth more than you paid for them, but the service was lacking.

Waited 15 minutes to aited 45 minutes for server to tell me it was another few minutes, 5 minutes later server comes to tell me they made the wrong entree. I left and was later told everyone elses food came out cold. Just a very poor experience.

Restaurant was very cramped and kinda dirty. The food took forever to get to our table and it wasnt very good. Although the service was incredible, they are doing a great job despite all covid 19 restrictions.

The prices are goos, and all the kids left full, but the biscuits and gravy were disgusting! Three out of four of us ordered it, and none of us finished. The biscuits were like those cheap, precooked biscuits you get on the breakfast bar at best western hotel, that are sold at sams club. The gravy just wasnt good at all.The waffles were all eatened and enjoyed.It was busy, but the food still came out surprisingly fast. Ive never been here before, so that was impressive.

A tasty breakfast for sure. Every time. Affordable prices and a friendly staff who works hard to please. An endless supply of hot coffee! I can’t rate the lunch or dinner menu but It looks really tasty.

I am a fan of their biscuits and gravy, also love the open face roast beef. Affordable prices for good home cooked meals. When you want great food and dont feel like cooking, this is the place. Staff is great. Prices are affordable for the serving size.
