Great location, friendly staff, and plenty of choices at good prices!

Very disappointed. Price of the game was $19,99 yet rang up $46.99. Person told me he couldnt so anything about it. My son cried all the way home.

Visit this store very frequently and Everytime I come in everyone is very helpful. Ryan always gives good advice on which games to get for my children and makes the trip to the store fun for my kids! Will visit this location as long as he is there!

This was my first time in Gamestop and the 2 guys working there did an exceptional job. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They are a great asset to your team.

Seemed like I was bothering the employee, and I couldnt get out of there fast enough for him. The employee also ignored my questions even though I was the only customer inside.

Ryan was a total jerk, and thats putting it nicely. Whenever I go to spend $65 bucks on a game you would at least expect some common decency. Ryan, stop acting like GameStop customers peed in your fruity pebbles first thing in the morning. Adjust your snarky, condescending attitude and maybe even just ACT like you give a damn. Went in today got helped by a guy named brent.Brent accused me of doing some weirdStated he couldnt do a return for whatever bogus reason....Im so over being treated like a crook due to my appearance.

I have been going to different GameStops for years and have generally have very good experiences. I have always enjoyed the choices of used and new video games as well as the selection of awesome nerdy collectibles they have that are always fun to browse through. The store manager here is always super helpful, no matter how busy he is he takes time to answer any and all questions from me to my family and tries to take care of everybodys needs. Being polite, patient and extremely knowledgable in a world of customer-mill retail goes a long way towards earning my business forever. The staff here are very friendly people who engage the customers and show amazing customer service and like the manager they are super helpful; they listen and understand your needs and will go above and beyond to make sure you have an awsome experience so trust me you will not be disappointed with this Gamestop.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Trading in is usually a ripoff just like all other gamestops but prices usually arent bad.

Nice and friendly staff, but I had a worker (I believed named Ryan) see if a price of a game would be more expensive on the Xbox One marketplace or in-store and he lied about the price. He told me the price was “$60” but in reality the game was on sale for $24. The game was $30 at GameStop I believe.

Their new manager Ryan is a degenerate roid-raged imbecile.He is either one of two things: a complete jerk, or two; a cringey tool that acts so goofy that its obviously fake and ungenuine. Or maybe he really is that much of a loser. Either way, its sad.This boy I should say, raised his voice at me, said my opinion was invalid, and even fat-shamed me. What a disgrace.I hear many complaints from other customers about him. Even from employees. If you see someone who appears to be on steroids so much that his manhood has shrunk down to a Vienna sausage, then STAY AWAY from this rude, pathetic excuse for a human being.JOSEPH IS THE BEST THOUGH!!The only redeeming factor of this store.If Joseph is there, hell take VERY good care of you. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and is ACTUALLY interested in what you have to say if you want to have a conversation. He always likes to throw in his two cents on things. How hes not the manager instead of small-dick Ryan is beyond me.

Trash. they lied to me When I was trying to get a minty ask code on the November 2 one of the attendants said if I bought something right now I could come back and get it on November 6 so I went back on November 6 and they said they were all out so they told me to go to another store so I went to another store they said I had to buy the retail the item today so basically what had happened was they had lied to me
