A few set backs on paper work but for a guy filling in because of staff shortages He did a great job. Very well educated on the 2011 Chevy HHR loaded. After everything was said and done I left with my car and a full tank. They worked there butts off to make sure I got approved for a car. We tried a few other lots but I wish we would have just stopped at Superior auto 1st. If I get this car paid off I promise Ill always go back to superior auto about out to Colton and Rachel and the other gentleman who started our paper work at the Mansfield Ohio location located on Ashland Rd.I hope this is a great review just happy to have a car to get my kid to appts and so I can get back to work.

Great customer service easy to work with.

Got approved that’s nice, but there customer service is terrible some of the women they have working in their Mansfield office are absolutely rude and inconsiderate. My check was late because of Columbus Day, told me to borrow money from someone and figure it out. On top of that the car I bought now needs more work than I thought it would with a check engine light on. I understand that things could happen with as is vehicles, but my whole experience in the week that I’ve had this car has been extremely stressful, highly unsatisfied with no solution. I do not recommend.

They broke into my pole barn looking for someone else car. Who dont even live with me. They broke the pole barn door, and I dont think my landlord was very happy about that! They should call me and fix it. Free of charge..
