Normally when you are scheduled for auto maintenance, they dont want any add-on work. Well I brought in my RV for the first time and added a few things which they had no problems doing, plus accomplished in much shorter time than I expected. I was pleased and impressed. I do wish they had had the needed speed sensor in stock, but at least they definitively troubleshot the needed item. See them next week.

Not a true Mercedes Benz experience. They bombarded me with follow up email surveys after a lack luster service expirence but never bothered to follow up why I gave them poor marks. Thats NOT how you improve.
