My experience at Mansfield Auto was positive. Although a simple procedure, I appreciate that the time waiting to obtain an appointment was very minimal, and my services was completed super quickly. I also like the convenience of dropping off and picking up at their safe facility.

After having brakes replaced in March of this year, my right rear brake was heating up. I went in today at 8:00am to see if it could be looked at. I was told to come back at 1:00pm which was fine with me.When I arrived at 1:00 pm they took my car right in and within an hour I was on my way and the repairs were all under warranty.Thank you Mansfield Auto Care for a job well done.

We chose Mansfield Auto Care after reading their reviews online. Being from out of state, it was a little scary to find a new repair shop because you cant always trust some of them. The guys at Mansfield Auto Care were so helpful and efficient. They gave us honest advice about my car at the risk of losing our business (there was an issue with a part that was covered by Honda up until 80,000 miles, and my car was at 82,300. They suggested we contact Honda and ask them to honor the warrantee). Because of their honesty and willingness to help, we went back to them to fix a separate issue. Their prices were MUCH better than the Honda dealership and the car was done in a couple of hours.

They are honest and do an amazing job. I wont bring my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend.
