It seems like everywhere you go the stores are short of employees and good service is a thing of the past. Everywhere but the Goodyear in Ontario. I really do not remember the last time I went anywhere where the service was that good. I had some work done on my tires and they exceeded every expectation I had. I am going to have to buy a new set of tires before winter and after today I cant imagine buying them anywhere else. A big thank you to Steve and all the guys at Goodyear.

I barely made in the parking lot, my tire had a fast leak. I had no appointment. They took me quickly, were very courteous, and had me on my way in a very short time. Excellent customer service. Courtney was at the desk when I first came in, mechanic Andrew came out and explain things. Great experience.

I was towed here on a Saturday by AAA when my vehicle would not start in the morning. I was on the last day of a 2 week long road trip, and 400 miles away from home. Though they were fully booked, they made time to look at my vehicle, and sent me on my way after a fairly simple fix. Thank you, folks from Goodyear! I did not get your names. You are good people. I made it home by Saturday night.

I had an emergency visit last week when I got a hole in my tire. I left work early and arrived at Goodyear with about 45 before closing. The gentleman at the desk warned me that they were understaffed that day and might not could work on my tire. I asked him if all possible to please help me out so I didnt have to leave work early again. Anyway, they did squeeze my car in, replaced my tire, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

For the past several years we have always gone out of town for our service on our cars as however, due to time constraints we decided to use this local establishment. I was very impressed. The staff were very patient and kind and explained everything in the professional manner. They also continually updated me about the status of my car and what they were doing to facilitate being taken care of. They were cognizant of my time and schedule.I was really impressed with a service that I received today. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you

Big thanks to Andy and Matt at Goodyear Mansfield in getting us on the road. Our serpentine belt broke on the highway at 4 pm. This location closes at 5 pm. We called and Andy said he would try to help. We drove the 10 miles and arrived at the repair center at 4:35. The guys took care of us and got us back on the road less than an hour after we arrived....stayed over to help us out. Super service and super customer care !!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The service is done very quickly and they always notify me immediately when my car is ready for me to pick up. Would highly recommend Goodyear to everyone.

I have been going here for the last 5-10 years, dont remember date of first visit. They have always been very fair, honest and considerate. We take all 4 of our vehicles here and have been very satisfied with the service. there have been a couple of times they could have taken advantage of repairs but did not. Even went so far as to look up what I thought was wrong, and only did what was the least expensive and correct repair!!!

Steve, at the front desk, was welcoming and quick to get my car in for tire replacement. He interacted well with all the other customers too and was very efficient. The seating was easily six feet apart and I felt comfortable waiting there until my tires were replaced.

I had an appointment with Goodyear today and had a really good experience. I called in and the employee was very helpful and precise about asking what services I needed. There was a mixup with the tires I was quoted and when I arrived he told me about the issue and let me know how he corrected it. I was very pleased with the level of customer service!

This was the second set of Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires that I had installed by Goodyear at 2264 W 4th, Mansfield, OH. The tires are great, balancing perfect, and alignment/steering wheel centering (only if needed) was done just right. I’m very satisfied.

The service here was great for me today!There was a potential problem that was quoted at $450 plus I needed a new tire and alignment. They uncovered an issue from a previous mechanic. The problem was fixed and then they told me I did not need the $450 repair or the alignment.I really appreciate an honest opinion, even if it means less money for the shop. They will be my “go to” shop for me.
