I took my car to them for them to fix my water pump and radiator (this was before Joe passed; god rest his soul) I gave them $650 for the parts and another $200 for them to fix it. They had my car for 3 weeks and when I finally got it back, I drove it home, then I decided to go to Kroger. Leaving Kroger my car jerked forward and turned off and wouldn’t start back up. When they came and picked it up and took it back to the shop they said that my engine was shot. My grandpa has been dealing with cars his whole life and he told me what most likely happened was they messed up and the timing belt got messed up. I had my car out of the shop for 3 hours and they wouldn’t own up to messing up my car and they wouldn’t give me a refund for my money. My family had been going there for years for maintenance and now we won’t go there. FIND A DIFFERENT SHOP!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My car over heated a month ago due to oil pressure drop, according to these “experts”. They told me I needed a new engine and a new radiator. Gave them $2,500 upfront so they could buy the engine and another $1,500 after they were finished.. they told me my only problem was engine and radiator... while I was out of town, they dropped the car off at my house so my wife would pay them. When I got back in the next two days and tried to drive it, I couldn’t even make it to my kids school without the RPM’s spiking. I took it back to their shop and they told me that was from a pre-existing problem.. when I asked why didn’t they tell me that and fix it, they said “well it didn’t have that problem when we drove it to your house”.. so which is it? Pre-existing it something I did leaving my neighborhood? Why didn’t they want me driving to from their dealership. Now they tell me they can’t help me and to leave their property. Also, they refuse to tell me where they got my engine from or what kind of engine it is.. very very poor work and customer service.

The phone line is disconnected but I was told a new owner now runs it.

**DON’T EVER GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED AT BOTTOM LINE IN 585 N TRIMBLE ROAD MANSFIELD, OHIO**Paid almost $4,000.00 on a motor(which they had for 3+ weeks) and they drove it back to our house and it now all of a sudden has transmission problems. When we take it back up there they say there is nothing they can do and won’t help us any further and calls the cops because we want them either to fix it right or give us our money back... Don’t be like us going to them!
