After placing an order for a mattress at another company and waiting for 4 months and it still had not arrive, we cancelled our order and went to The Mattress Hub. Frank was very helpful, asked us several questions so he could understand the comfort we needed in a mattress, and he took our price range in consideration. It was explained to us the state of the economy and how certain items are taking longer to arrive than others, yet we were assured it would not take 4 months to get our mattress. It took 2 weeks! Now, if you order a mattress from there, depending on what you order, it might take longer. The service is awesome! The staff are friendly and willing to help all they can. So, if you are shopping for a new mattress, be sure you stop by The Mattress Hub (next to the Goodwill Store and very near Academy Sports in Manhattan, KS!) If I need another mattress, I will go to The Mattress Hub first.

W e walked in and were greeted right away. We told the manager what we were looking for and he showed us two that were top line for our requirements. I checked them both out and picked one. We were treated fine and were given a discount for a couple of things. They have free delivery and will discard your old mattresses for a nominal fee. That helps as you don’t have to pay for a special dump or take to the dump yourself. I liked the thoughtfulness of the assistant manager and the manager. We left with a good feeling.

I had a great experience finding the right mattress and adjustable frame. My questions were answered, got try out all of the different mattresses. My problem is I ordered on 9/6/2020 and I still havent received either one and it is 10/7/2020. I keep getting told the warehouse is behind. How long will the warehouse be behind?

Jim was extremely friendly, listened to what we were looking for, guide us to the different types of mattresses they had. What I enjoyed most was he was not pushy and didnt try to get us to pick out something we wouldnt be happy with just to get a sale. He told us about services available and didnt try to push those on us either. It was a pleasant experience. We ended up with a mattress well be happy with.

The associate was very helpful in buying a mattress. He wasn’t too pushy or hovering over us which allowed us to talk in privacy about which mattress was right for us. We bought a new bed with an adjustable frame. I had seen online the adjustable frame was free online but we were told in the store that it wasn’t plus the mattress was a $100 cheaper from their website. They did honor the price in store as well as making the frame free when I said I’d just order online. I feel they should watch their website better, comment was they don’t always know the sales they have online. I did feel deliver took a long time (almost 2 weeks).

I recently purchased a mattress from Lee at the Mattress Hub. I have had it for about 3 months. Well it was not what I expected and I decided to check to see how this sleep guarantee worked. Well, when I decided to go to the store I discovered I had lost all of my paper work. I decided to go to the store any way. I told Lee what about the issues I was having with my back and that I wanted to trade for another mattress. I also told Lee that I did not have my receipt or my warranty papers. He said no big deal I can look it up and get the info that I need. Long story short I feel that Lee went above and beyond my expectations on the way I was treated. It is hard to find that kind of customer service theses days. Lee is not one of those individuals that takes his job to heart and it shows in how he shares his knowledge about the product he is selling. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about all brands of mattresses. I believe My sales price was the best in town and I was able to coordinate for next day delivery. This type of customer service will bring this company more business in the future, through word of mouth advertising. I especially like the in store 1 year exchange policy as well as the ten year warranty on all mattresses they sell.

The buying of a bed was easy because we did all the research walked into the store and told them what I wanted, of course they were friendly because they wanted our money. They got it delivered and set up on time, but here is the problem now. So once they have the money and they get their commission they don’t care about you after that. They gave us a coupon for two free pillows and fifteen percent rebate. We went in Saturday to get the pillows and the salesman took us to the back of the store where there were a pile of USED pillows and said this is all we have left. They are not new pillows and they all had stains on them. This is gross if you are giving away pillows people don’t want floor model or used pillows that’s disgusting! Now to the best part, I asked about the rebate and the guy told me he would have the manager call me when he gets back from lunch. Yup you guessed it, no call back. So no I will NEVER send anyone here. It’s not the only option in towne and now I know.

After shopping around for that perfect mattress, the last stop wasMattress Hub. Should have bees the first. When asked what type of needs I explained what was needed and there it was. Short sweet and less than the competition. Best of all what day would you like it tomorrow or Tuesday?

Sealy Happiness Plush MattressIm still skeptical. Not because of this company but of my bed. I love my bed and the Manager was educational. I had a budget and unfortunately couldnt afford a higher grade bed and for that reason I only give 3 stars. However, I have no complaints about my bed and Ive slept on it for about 2 months now. If you have pets, invest in a bed protector.Update since purchase: Not sure if the quality of the bed has deteriorated, but it’s been 6 months since I’ve had my bed. I have no issues falling asleep comfortably. However, throughout the night I’m having constant back pain. My husband sleeps fine, no aches or pain. We finally had to purchase a memory foam topper which suits well for fit and comfort.

I have ordered from them before and never had a problem until a few weeks ago. I bought a mattress and it was not delivered on time nor the day. Never got a call from them to tell me that they were able to delivery my merchandise. The next day I called and I was told they had problems with the delivery. Overall I wouldnt go any place else. Their prices are the BEST. I cannot remember the dame of the person whom I bought the mattress from, but I would definitely recommend Matress Hub.
