Ive been in this location twice in the last month. The first time I was looking for a washer/dryer. They had a nice set right in front of the door that I was interested in. The salesman said they had no new models in stock but I could buy the floor model, but Id have to pay full price for it. No thanks. The second time was a couple weeks later, I walk in the store and theres three people chatting just down on of the aisles. They let me go by without even a hello or welcome. An older gentleman comes in right after me anc the conversation stops and they ask him what they can help him with. This older man says he wants to know if they have an item on sale and he is told that everything is always on sale in the store. :/ No thanks Ill pass

Great selection of appliances and tools online. My husband ordered tools and i ordered a new dishwasher and the people at sears held them for us until we got back from our vacation. They also gave us some helpful information on the items we ordered. Overall great locally owned business in Manhattan.

I came into sears looking for a new freezer for my garage, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty reasonable and so was the delivery charge. The delivery guys were awesome and they got my freezer to me without any problems. Definitely coming back for all my appliances!!!

I came into the store, not even knowing Manhattan still had a sears, and i brought all my broken tools. Rusty helped me get new tools with the craftsman warranty. I expected to spend an arm and a leg to replace my tools, but it was all covered. Will definitely be back!

We had our washer for over 10 years and got our new washer covered under warranty for $900. Cali was very informative and went above and beyond to make the transition to the newer washer as easy as can be. The delivery process was great as well. We ordered a new one so we only waited about a week. Over all I am very happy with the service and the process in general! I would recommend to anyone!

The delivery they offer also includes installation and haul away! And it is such a better deal than all of the other appliance stores around Manhattan! If you are looking for affordable and well made machines, go to Sears!!!

Our over the range microwave went out after having it for 15 years ( we purchased it at sears). We werent sure which microwave we wanted since we might update our whole kitchen appliance set. The girl Cali was very patient and informative. The delivery process was quick and very good! We love our microwave and would recommend this sears!

I was surprised to see that there was a Sears store in Manhattan. The owner Rusty was very helpful and helped me locate some missing sockets from my sets at home. HE also helped me order parts online for my mower. Great service.

Great service and fast delivery

I went in a Sunday afternoon looking for a refrigerator I had researched online. They had it in stock and delivered it the next day! The delivery guys took off my door, brought the refrigerator in quickly, removed my old refrigerator, put my door back on, hooked up the water line, and put the shelves in for me within 30 minutes. Great job if you ask me! They even guided me through the filter replacement and settings.

This sears is incredible, they still honor the lifetime warranty on craftsman tools. I was planning on buying a few replacements, but i got them all replaced for free

We bought an oven here and were reassured it had a proper warranty. Turns out the oven doesnt properly maintain its heat so we called in.Three motherboards later and it still isnt fixed....now it randomly shuts off.We were told by a repair man that even though they call it a warranty Sears hires an outside company (that he worked for) so they can say they tried but if they dont fix it they will say its the other companies fault until you go away.Its borderline fraud and a disgrace of a company.Do not deal with these backstreet dealers leat you get scammed like we did.Shame on you Sears.

I came in to purchase a new craftsman 3/8 ratchet, but as it turns out, sears honors the craftsman lifetime warranty!

DONT SHOP HERE! We bought our fridge from Sears, including the warranty. When our fridge stopped cooling it took them 2 weeks for a repairman to come, and when he did he ordered the parts, and made another appointment to come install and fix it...3.5 weeks later. Needless to say we are going on 5 WEEKS WITH NO FRIDGE, and a very worthless piece of paper saying we have a warranty. So even though the repairs are free, the cost is tooooooo high! (Even the food loss part of the warranty doesnt cover condiments so they denied things like heavy whipping cream, ranch dressing, etc claiming they didnt need to be refrigerated. Ew!)

They have many washer and dryer sets to pick from. Staff seems to know what they are talking about and were nice.
