Bought a bed frame last week and they deliver! It was quick and easy!

I am in a state of shock. When we tried to open the door during business hours it was locked. A man came to the door and asked us what we were doing there, was extremely confrontational and rude as if we had entered his home without being invited. He even asked if we were sleeping on the floor as if showing up during business hours was some type of emergency. I have given this place my business before buying two other mattress sets. I will never enter those doors again. I felt extremely unwanted and even threatened.

I rated a 1 only because you cant do 0 or negative. This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. The owner was cursing at his employees and being extremely rude. He was rude every time I called to follow up on when our mattress would be in and after six weeks of waiting we finally decided to cancel our order and when asked for a cancelation receipt was denied and accused of having trust issues. He is very verbally abusive to women.

Fantastic, Highly Recommend. Needed a new mattress and my rental management company recommended I check Beds for Less out. Mattress Firm and NFM both quoted longer delivery timelines than I wanted and I found Beds for Less to be great to work with. They had the mattress model I wanted, had it in stock, and since they have a warehouse on-site, they delivered it same day and were professional throughout the process. Great place to get a bed! I got my king size bed cheaper than a queen there. Fast delivery and they work with you on payments! They dont push beds on you but they give great information on the beds. Definitely recommend getting a bed at Beds For Less!

This place is great!! The staff helped us get a new bed for a great price. He is really willing to work with you and find what fits your needs and budget. He even sells new bed frames for the cheapest in town. He helped us load our frame, boxspring and mattress.We have a couple more beds to purchase to fill our home, and we will be going back here.

First, this place has the best quality of mattresses anywhere. Secondly, they compete for the price. There was another mattress that my wife and I were considering with similar specifications as the one they had. We preferred their bed though but it was more expensive. They beat the competitors price. Customer service is amazing and they are not bullshiters. I mean no crazy salesman desperation tricks or anything. They were great. I highly recommend them every time.

In the past, we purchased my fiancé’s bed for college from this store. We got a great deal on it and a metal frame. Today, the gentleman who I believe was the owner was so good to my fiancé and I. We went in originally looking to see if they sold headboards. He showed me the one he had, as he used to sell them but hasn’t ordered any more. He had one left and said he would let it go for 199$ (On amazon, it was $375). I asked him if he had any suggestions as to where else I could find headboards. He gave us 4 other furniture stores to look at and told me to come back if we didn’t have any luck. We had no luck elsewhere and ended up coming back. He was very friendly, and sold us the headboard for 199$. We didn’t have a plan on how to get it home and asked if he thought we could fit it in my car. He said he would be happy to have his guys deliver it to our apartment free of charge 3 hours later. He was a great help to us and I am very grateful. Great local business and phenomenal customer service. 5+ stars!

I dont understand how Im the only one who appears to have had a bad experience here. Like Im pretty tolerating, but I feel like I have a responsibility to warn you before you go here, because I dont think Ive ever felt less welcomed and more uncomfortable in a retail situation than I did at this place. The guy there was super aggressive. Like youd think mattress salesmen of all people would be the most calming on earth right? He made us feel like we were wasting his time, but at the same time he wouldnt let us leave after we repeatedly made it clear that we were just shopping around and were heading for the door. We were talked down to constantly because we apparently hadnt been initiated into the highest level of the secret mattress society and made us feel like we couldnt ask any basic questions. Oh and everything was waaaay overpriced.Immediately went down the street to Mattress Hub afterward. I wanted to hug the store manager and be his best friend because he was so much more empathetic, personable, and professional. Lee was his name and he deserves a big plushy memory foam medal for how well he treated us.
