Was behind a guy in line, while two shopworkers were discussing what sounded like ex-girlfriend stories. The guy taking the customers order was taking forever, but he finally finished. After he finished I came up, and a man got behind me in line. The two in the back immediately opened a register for him, why couldnt they have done that for me? My guy kept messing up, and after five minutes of trying to get two powerades and watching three customers be helped at a different register I left the store. Zero urgency, care, or effort at that store. Take your business elsewhere.

Air pump outside dont work and they dont own it and direct you to a number that just keeps passing it on to other hoops. It doesnt change the fact that now im stuck with a very low tire and after machine taking my last 1.50 in change...... they charge more to use a card!!!! What a rip off!!! Never coming back

This gas station has had a huge makeover when it comes to management and workers. The last manager was just awful but now they have someone new and she Is the best. I used to hate this place but now everyone who works there just makes things alot better.

They never call anyone back after interviews nor call someone back who leaves their number & name! The manager isnt manager worthy. Ive been trying to get a job but no luck with constantly calling & checking back for almost 4months now

The shop assistant gave wrong information at the first place. After realizing that, she didnt feel sorry at all. Instead, looked at me like whats wrong with this guy.

A good amount of the time that I go here to get cup off coffe or something random the clerks are ethier on their phone or wait to finish their conversation before helping you. And after you have to wait they are very rude when they talk to you. I dont expect much from a gas station but come on.

Kiwick shop assistant on the morning of 11/16/2018 in the Kiwick shop at Anderson and the 14th, Manhattan, KS, is very rude to customers and very angry if you ask for assistance; I have received a very bad staring and yelking for asking about cups for Coffee; I left frightened. I hope she is not treating everyone like she did to me. NB. I have a Hispanic look.

Went in to the store and didnt no read a name tag of a customer who appearently has a disability so I didnt know who was working the register. I repeated myself again and then the store manager which I do not know began to get a very rude voice and attitude with me and threatened me to kick me out for something I did not know and began to ask me if I knew how to read. I am very disappointed to see they have managers like that and will not tolerate it so now they can lose more business due to disrespectful management. Especially if district or cooperate doesnt do anything about it.

Gas pump horribly slow. We were standing there in the cold for 5min and got maybe 4 gallons out of the pump.
