I always receive excellent customer service at this location. The employees are kind, friendly, polite and helpful. They are excellent at managing multiple tasks at once; they operate as a high-functioning team in order to see that all orders and requests are completed in a timely manner. I depend on UPS for a lot of shipping and have frequented other locations in the area and this is the only UPS Store I go to (in the area) for my shipping needs, no exception. I would like to thank the staff and owner for their continued service to the community.

I just dropped off Comcast equipment. The staff there were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Very sad to experience staff such as the gentleman who waited on me. I will definitely never go into this establishment again or recommend.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. We ship our product everyday from this location and even in the busiest times the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we get great service. Mike and his crew do a great job.

We had to start heavily using UPS once Covid hit to receive returns from employees. The ownership of this store has constantly gone well above and beyond to help me and my company maintain some semblance of normalcy. They are always friendly and remember my name. This is a great veteran owned business. I wont do my shipping anywhere else.

Very rude people. “If you read the sign on the door, you’d see we require masks here”Then I was asked if I would mind putting a mask on. I said yes, I do not want to wear one. She handed me a mask.Then I see there is a Great Dane walking around in the customer area. That dog was almost as big as me and it was not wearing a mask.I wish the boxes did not have ups postage already paid. I would have brought the stuff to Fed Ex. 4 boxes totaling over 100 pounds was surely expensive.Very disappointed.

Brought my Amazon return there with the printed label and in the original packaging. I didnt tape up the top in case they needed to include something from the store and they charged me $1 (full transparency: for charity) to tape up the box and attach the label. Now, its not the amount mind you... OR the fact that its supposedly for charity... Its the principle. I dont think they should be able to impose whatever fee they deem appropriate, for a charity I may or may not support, while they have you over a barrel, standing there just wanting to be done with your return. Pretty shady business practice if you ask me.

Staff was mask compliant, but many patrons didnt cover their nose or give 6 ft of distance and staff didnt enforce. There should probably be sneeze guards too, but I dont think thats law. Just a nice thing for staff. Very stressful to visit with all those noses out.

Whole store seemed to be a stressed hellscape nobody would dare enter. The person at the counter was angry enough to deny dropping off a package so i had to go to a different location.

Absolutely wonderful team! My company ran a book donation project that required the shipment of hundreds of childrens books to homes across the USA. Each week, Id bring by the latest batch of books to ship out and each week, the team embraced the task and handled every package with care. This teams willingness to happily support our shipping needs despite the volume and time to process each and every package, was phenomenal. We couldnt have done this work without them! Will be a lifetime customer.

Terrible staff. Tall gentleman behind the counter forcing mask regulations and not following state mandate. Asking for doctors note, then when offered a mask, handled it with dirty hands all over where you put your face.A person who declines to wear a mask or cloth face covering because of a medical or developmentalissue, or difficulty breathing, shall not be required to produce documentation, or other evidence,verifying the condition.

We received excellent service from Amy yesterday. She was friendly, helpful, professional, efficient and upbeat. We came in with two bags of individual Amazon returns I needed internet access to pull up the QR codes. She facilitated everything quickly, smoothly and with a good mood. She really made our day. I wouldnt be exaggerating to say if it was possible to hire her on the spot, I would. We were so impressed, that we took the time to write this message. Hard to say how much it sucks to go to this location. Nevermind the fact that all the employees have had it and appear to be contimplating hurting themselves to end the misery.

Used to be nice friendly folks here. Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Staff has turned over. Now they’re a bunch of miserable jabronies. Box #411. Rudest people I have literally ever met. They sent my package back to me and I wanted to resend and he insisted I was never in the store. The package cost $5 to ship and I would have gladly repaid the fee but the manager continued to argue with me even with a receipt of the of the original transaction and a screen shot. Find another UPS. I brought a small package with the a pre printed label and they wouldnt attach the label without charging me for it. What a joke

I use this store a lot. The staff is attentive, friendly, and very helpful. I see them often because I have a mailbox there. I appreciate the 24 hour access to my box, but its the personal care that earns them five stars.

I had an interview at 11AM in Bedford NH and i live in Hooksett. I was asked to bring my resume and references to the interview. My printed died so I was stuck. It was 9.30 when i left my house. I headed to The UPS store on Hooksett Rd in Manchester hoping they could help me. Well they went above and beyond as far as Im concerned. For this i give them 10 stars. If it wasnt for them I would have been stuck with no resume or references.Thank you very much!!

I have a mailbox here, which replaced my PO box, and the experience here is so much better. The staff are friendly, I have a real address, can access the box 24/7, and they sign for any packages I have delivered, then store them securely until I can come by to retrieve them.

I have a mailbox there and they are always friendly and helpful every time I go there. Often, if Ive received a package and they see me walk in, theyll go grab it even before Ive gotten the slip out of my mailbox.

The owner actually called me directly to follow up to a direct email complaint. An internal associate error was the ultimate mistake and was relayed with an explanation.I usually use The UPS Stores because of convenience.
