Ashley at the print center deserves a 5-star rating! She juggles several tasks while freaking with some not-so-patient customers. She even added a personalized note in my print bundle to enjoy your party.In these times of overworked, underpaid employees, and customers who think everything should be cheap and fast, Ashley reminds us that compassionate human interaction is what matters most.

I usually go to the store all the time, and they always have great customer service. but today when I went in I told the guy I need a prince he said you can save some money if you go print out yourself didnt ask me what kind of prints or anything I needed $700 pages print printed from my email and I left the store frustrated, came back to the store waiting for the guy and another guy and no one said anything to me horrible horrible horrible customer service

This store is conveniently located at Sulphur Springs and Manchester Rd. The inside is well organized, well stocked and well lit. Today I went in to buy a keyboard and mouse. The selection was terrific and the items were competitively priced. The staff is nice and helpful. All around great shopping experience. I will be going back.

Drove 25 minutes to purchase a chair that was only available in this store. Got there - out of stock. Terrible

Its time to hire professional people in your print center. Ive been coming for about a year getting our church bulletins printed. The only time Ive had professional, helpful service was when college student Quinn was there. I order online and when I arrive half the time your people cant find the order. Only reason I continue to use you guys is because its so close to my home, but I may have to look elsewhere if this horrible service continues.

This Office Depot is one that I will remember. Being that it is a new store that recently opened, the store looks beautiful & shelves are always stocked with whatever I need when I go in there. The managers on duty *(specifically Derek, Nick, and Colin) have always been there to greet me as soon as I walk in the door. They are always willing to help me with whatever issues I am having, and they seem to have more knowledge than I really expect going into a retail office supply store. I could not be happier with the service from this new store!

Alex went above and beyond in helping me ot today. He walked ne through a difficult process and really helped ne to understand.Great people all around, fast and easy service, and have better hours than the big boys during this pandemic helping people set up their home offices.Nothing but kudos and nice things to say about this office depot
