Needed a toner cartridge for a Samsung laser 3 in i one printer. Went to Staples on S. Willow where I bought it, and couldnt get any help, they probably didnt have it from what I could see. Prices were high. I left. Found one online for $47, plus shipping - good deal.Decided to call Cartridge World on Elm St., as they are local, and near where I live. I dealt with Brian over the phone. He was super. He said they had it at the Salem store and he could have it the next day - it was $59. Then he offered to ship it to my home by 10:30 the next morning - for free. Not much to think about.The cartridge is in my printer, working perfectly, and I am quite happy with the professional, quick, and very importantly - reasonably priced transaction.

Excellent products and excellent customer service. I bought almost 5 years ago a brother all in one copy machine, after following their recommendation and the machine still works well to my surprise as it is currently used by 2 students, my business and for my wifes job. 1 Hour turnaround time from request to delivery is out of this world! My other vendors took over 48 hours to resolve my issues. The staff is also very professional and courteous. Theyre a great solution for those in Southern NH.

I recently upgraded my Epson XP-830 Printer Firmware and was then promptly notified that my Recycled Ink refills were NOT recognized anymore.
