Outstanding selection and service

One of my lenses popped out of my Ray Bans. Joe fixed them for me for free - super friendly, fast, & easy transaction! The store was clean and organized. Great experience!

After about a month of going back and forth with the corporate office, they have refunded the original gift card and sent me a new one free of charge. Thank you Sunglass Hut for doing the right thing (refunding the original card price) and sending me a gift card help ease the aggravation experienced during this whole transaction.

I hope this message gets back to the WONDERFUL assistance I had at my two recent visits to sunglass hut. I visited the Merrimack NH Premium Outlet Sunglass Hut store where I was assisted by both Dana (Regional Manager) and Bruno (store associate.) They went above and beyond to make my experience positive and for me to find the right fit. However, being my normal self, I had second thoughts and returned to the Mall of NH Manchester NH store where the manager Ryan and store associate Jaz were unbelievably patient with me as I picked out a new pair. They made thoughtful suggestions but were not pushy as sometimes sales people can be. I felt very comfortable, welcome, and appreciated at both stores and I just wanted to express my complete satisfaction with my experience. Today its hard to find business that are still devoted to 100% customer satisfaction, rather than sales driven, and it is just so reassuring to see that there are still places out there that understand the importance of this. I plan to make ALL future sunglass purchases with sunglass hut and recommend to all my friends. Again, thank you! I am rockin my new Ray Ban gold matte aviators!
