I usually dont leave reviews for stores, but the worker that helped me tonight, I think her name was was Fatima, was awesome. I was getting a ring for my girlfriend for Christmas, and it was very important to me. She was super nice, helpful, and she even helped me find this really nice ring.

A very disappointing Pandora store. I went in there today to buy some clips and see what was new. There were two employees there at the time one was busy with another customer and I was the only other person in the store. I told the girl who was not waiting on anyone else that I was looking for some clips. She handed me a catalog and told me to look in there and If i saw something I wanted she would get it for me. I didnt come into the store to look at a catalog, I could of looked at them online if I wanted to do that. She could see that I was wearing three Pandora bracelets, so clearly, I was a customer. Very poor customer service, I took my catalog and will shop elsewhere.

Great selection of jewelry. They always have plenty in stock. The girls working there are always helpful and friendly with any questions/concerns I have.

I went there to look at a couple of charms and a gift for my mom, but I had a question about the charm that I had! The First Lady I spoke to was receptive she tried to explain why my charm is all faded after a week, the this other short girl with an accent came annoying like its as clean as it will get, I was like ok thanks and then she just walked away I asked how much a charm was and she rudely responded I asked can I see the stoppers and she took me there pulled them out didnt say nothing, acted like me asking her to show me stoppers was a hassle !!! Like this is your job are you kidding me! I asked if I could see a book to circle ones I like so I could show my husband she gave me the book and said all of them are in there and walked away!!! Can I just mention I know how to use a website I looked at them online, I was there to see them in person! I wanted to buy some charms for my mom! If I wanted to see them in the book I can pull out my phone and not waste paper! She was rude and acted like she hates her job so maybe they should just let her go, they deff lost me as a customer today!!!!! I was ready to buy stuff but they were unwelcoming and NOT BUSY! When she walked away she just went to lean on the counter!! Worst experience of my life! Thanks for nothing

Every piece of jewelry thats pandora always turns brown and ends up looking like fake silver. The lady at pandora said that its normal for it to do that, but I have bought other jewelry from kay and jared and they have never turned out looking like fake jewelry. Pandora is a scam, cheap fake jewelry for the price of the real jewelry. Shop there at your own risk....
