Ive been to this location multiple times its in the past several years. Every single time the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Prices can get high; I recommend getting the $10 gift cards when you make your purchase because it will help you save on future purchases by half.

I have been coming here from the start, 25 years ago. It was an emotional moment, bringing my niece in, to experiance what has put joy into my heart and many other hearts for so long.Some things have changed / gone,I am assuming the pandemic is the cause. It has taken a little of its authenticity away, however, its worth it as it is clear they are being safe .Be prepared to spend a lot of money or tell your kids no alot. The workers are fantastic people who bring everything together and to life. They are also very skilled at up selling adorable things 😂 Did we really need that back pack ? No ...yes?Anyway .. If I could give this place 6 stars I would . xoxox

Had great experience with my one year old building a bear.

The employees were fabulous, so kind happy and very into there jobs and making the childrens visit Magical. And so they did for both of our girls ages 3 & 6

Even being 22yrs this was a great first time experience that couldnt help but bring smiles to my face, love the addutude of the employees; made the experience even better for me and Mr. Smiles

Omg!!! Our twins LOVED it here & the staff is AMAZING!!! they accommodated us with our 9 yr old twins which 1 of them is autistic!! And there was a birthday party going on!!! We had a blast!

This was such a great experience for my two little girls (4&5). they had so much fun, the staff was very friendly and the customization was seemingly endless! most importantly they came home with a new friend.

I called to try and figure out a way I could secure one of the latest Pokémon. Some suggestions I offered were out of their control such as purchasing unstuffed and then coming in the next day to stuff it (a licensing issue which I totally get). I asked the manager directly if she could put one out back because they were selling out so quickly and I didn’t want to miss out. She wouldn’t budge. She said “if I do it for you I would have to do it for everyone”. Well Karen, I had no issue what so ever calling another location and they doing that for me. It was super easy. You had control over that and could have helped me, but you chose not to. Thanks for nothing!

Excited to find them still at the Mall of NH. We can update the outfits for our Bear and Rabbit from 20 years ago. Still a wonderful place for children.

The associates that helped me today were absolutely phenomenal! Really helped me feel like a kid again while walking me through the process and made me feel one of a kind! Would absolutely recommend anyone to go!

Staff was very friendly and were able to help my girlfriend and I get in and get out in less than 20 minutes. Second time being there and I will be coming back for even more!

In the midst of living a world riddled with covid, this was a great experience to have with my little one. The employees implemented safety procedures and everything was still a lot of fun...Worth the wait!

After weighing all options and pricing, we decided to book our daughters 6th birthday at Build A Bear in Manchester. I have 3 children and have done many parties, jumpy houses, bowling, laser tag, soccer parties...you name it! This was hands down The Best Best Party Ever!!!!!The staff....wow! The woman who worked with our group made every child feel so special. She explained each stage and helped each child. She was fun and so patient. The process of building the bear was seamless and every stage was engaging and exciting for the kids( and parents). We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!!

Took the grandson for an early birthday. Good selection of bears etc to choose from. Employees were really nice and helpful. Choose your bear, stuff it, bathe it (air and fluff), name it and choose some clothes. Had a good time and he was happy with his choice. Bears average $25 - $30, clothes run 10 -20.

It would of been a better experience but the lines on the floor were confusing for her and she wanted to stuff her own bear or at least help and she couldnt bc of covid thr staff were wonderful.

Brought our 12 year old for a cuddly friend. The help and service were excellent. Many options for accessories to make the perfect friend. He especially loved the birth certificate.

We love coming here! We always have the best time picking out new stuffed animals. My daughter loves anything pokemon related and now we are big fans of how to train your dragon. So there is always something for someone. Dont forget the cute little outfits! Cant wait to come back for more stuffed animals!

I have been going to build a bear since I was a child. I have over 20 bears and am still going and getting more! I love how you can have birthday parties here too! They certainly know how to bring out the kid in you.

Let me start by saying I love build a bear, my daughter has at least 20+ animals. Unfortunately our most recent trip was the worst experiance, though it was the only bad experience Ive had here. Shelly or Shelby (cant remember) was the worst and took her job a little too seriously. Every year I take my daughter and her cousin to get a build a bear for Christmas. I found a deal on Black Friday and decided to purchase the reindeer online when ALL of their animals were 40% off. I found out after I ordered them that my cousin already had the reindeer I ordered. I figured no problem Ill just exchange it in store (done it before a number of times) so we go in and I ask to exchange it and she asks if I have the receipt, so I show it to her. Well she wouldnt do an even exchange which would mean I would be paying an additional $12 for a different color reindeer. I then asked her what would happen if I didnt have my receipt she said they would look it up, and if you couldnt look it up? We would give you store credit, so I ask that she do that and she aays well i cant do that cause I already saw you receipt. So I say if I come back when youre not here I can get refund, she says yea. Seriously? So I ask for corporate number and give them a call. They agreed with me and found that she was handling the situation wrong so they give the store a call and tell her to do the exchange. So in the end it worked out but only after a long ordeal.

We had a coupon from the build your age day. The boys enjoyed making their new friends. The lady that helped us was funny and energetic.

Standard build a bear experience. Totally expensive, tons of upsells, but your kiddo will love it and come away so happy. It helps to set limits ahead of time (like you can get one outfit or one pair of shoes, etc).

Great place to take your kids for a special gift!! Took my daughter for her 4th birthday and she loved it!! You get a birthday bear for the price of your childs age!!

So I say sorry to the cashier, I’m not buying today, then we leave the store, but my daughter want to get it so we go back, at long we get back to the store I heard the cashier ( Shelby)her name, talk with another customer about how bad we are, and when she see me behind the line she stops.I thing that cashier should take a class for customers service before start working anywhere!very poor service!!!!!!
