Visited today to get a watch fitted and replace a battery. It was very nice inside, people were friendly. Only weird thing was he said they don’t have the “special” tool to replace the battery. I thought that was odd for a jeweler. After some brief research there is no special tool it’s just a standard torques 6 bit. I went to Home Depot and found it for cheap, labeled for jewelry or small electronic use. They did a fine job fitting me but very confused on how a jeweler could not have such basic tools for the job.Update: Brought watch to another Jeweler, he also did not have the tool. I guess it isn’t a common tool for most watches. Can’t fault them for that. Cheers and thanks again for the fitting.

Wow wow wow. I reached out to Bellmans yesterday morning about having my engagement ring repaired. They responded almost immediately and were extremely kind and transparent. When I came to drop the ring off, they actually told me that the repair was much more minor that they initially thought and they repaired my ring free of charge. They called just now to tell me that it was ready and when I tried to insist that I must pay them something, they said they were more than happy to have done it for free and they would not take my money.They could have just charged me for the work I thought the ring needed and I wouldn’t have ever known. I approached Bellmans about six months ago with a 3D model on my phone and asked for a custom engagement ring. Alex Bellman, Vice President, handled it like a boss and immediately worked out a proposal with his ring designer. After producing several designs we narrowed down the look and 3D printed a wax replica. I was a little hesitant at first since the wax replica didnt represent the stones, settings, or engraving but Alex reassured me it would look awesome. Once we approved the design Alex had the finished product within 2-3 weeks! Since my fiance and I always try to be environmentally friendly, Alex was able to source a GIA certified diamond from a minimally invasive mine in Canada.Alex and his staff kept in constant contact at all times and provided excellent documentation and education for new buyers. I would strongly recommend visiting Bellmans for any jewelry related items as they give superb service. Thanks again!

When I went to see Alex about getting my now fiancé an engagement ring I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for. I needed a place to shop for an engagement ring and didn’t want to go to the mall where I’d be rubbing elbows with people trying to get the attention of a jeweler. After seeing Bellman’s amazing reviews, I decided to take a ride up there. I dealt with Alex, the store manager, and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. He sat me down and explained all the things I should be looking for in diamonds. After about an hour or so, I felt very knowledgeable and comfortable choosing between types of diamonds and settings. At one point I had it narrowed down to two diamonds. I asked Alex’s honest opinion and he said he’d recommend the one that was $1,200 less! Talk about honesty! My fiancé’s engagement ring came in a couple of weeks later, and I was BLOWN AWAY. She not only stares at it everyday, but she always gets comments on it.... Fast forward a few months to today, where my fiancé and I went there for our wedding bands. Again, his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He and his employees took their time to explain all of our options. My fiancé and I are ecstatic with our choices and can’t wait until they come in. Let me end this by telling anyone who reads this that I live an hour and a half away, and will go back to Bellman’s for ALL my jewelry needs. I will recommend them to anyone, and refer to Alex as ‘My Jeweler’ to anyone I talk to about jewelry. Alex even sent me text messages throughout my times there, with updates about my engagement ring and recently setting up an appointment to see him. Go to Bellman’s, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I used Bellmans as our jeweler and we absolutely love our pieces. Alex knows his stuff and was able to help us with every question. He was extremely patient as I spent an hour debating between two pieces.I ended up picking the most unique design that Ive never seen before. My husband got his favorite metal with whiskey barrel and was able to design it the way he wanted for a more than reasonable price. Alex also helped me replace a gem in my favorite ring and I cant even tell the difference. They go above and beyond!!! Alex and Bellmans is the best and extremely trustworthy - I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Wow. I decided to get my rings resized. This is the first time since my wedding that my rings can slide on and off without using soap or lotion. I’m so thankful for Rachel. I asked about resizing my rings and she made it so easy to get done. I didn’t feel judged (I had to go up 2 sizes and have had them for a year) and she helped me find the exact size I needed. I got them back in no time and they look AMAZING. Honestly they fit better than they did at my wedding. Just in time for my anniversary! 😍😍😍

Thank you to the wonderful team at Bellmans. I went into the store without an appointment and Alex was happy to sit down with me to go over the process of designing an engagement ring. He explained everything about the process and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. There was no pressure, up-selling or gimmicks. This is my first review of Bellman’s, but not my first experience. A few years ago I redesigned my engagement ring and had some appraisals done for insurance. Bellman’s is no national franchise jewelry store. They are the real deal. GIA certified staff only add to their expertise while professional, respectful, courteous, and polite sales people are right there to help in whatever need you may have. Today I was there to discuss an inheritance piece and met with Alex Bellman, son of the owner, David. Every step of the way, from initial contact, through the appraisal process to guidance, even in returning phone calls and emails, I felt in expert hands with Alex. I can not recommend highly enough on a 5 point scale. I need a way to illustrate “above and beyond”. What a pleasure to find a business that truly knows its business.

One year ago I took my rings to a chain jewelry store to just get resized and was told a million things needed to be fixed for a high cost or I would loose all of my diamonds. Over the past 15 months; I have been fortunate enough to have the great staff here help me with a few purchases. These have included an engagement ring, necklace and most recently we purchased out wedding bands from Linda. The time and education by the staff has been non pressured, easy to understand and the most helpful. Also being able to call and come in to have more questions answered or even to just have a ring cleaned has been great. Though we live closer to Boston and had friends make some suggestions for going into town - we have been so happy with Bellmans; after my first experience purchasing my finances engagement ring, and the time, education and the way they make you feel at ease - is awesome. Amazing service! I live in Pennsylvania so all of my interactions except for an initial meeting have been through email and it has been an incredibly smooth process. They answered all of my questions quickly and delivered the ring to through UPS. All of my future major jewelry purchases are going to be through Bellmans.My girlfriend had shown me pictures of engagement rings that she found on Pinterest, but I could not find a company that I was comfortable ordering from. I really needed an assurance that at the end of it all I would have a high quality ring and stone. My parents strongly recommended going to Bellmans the next time I visited them. My appointment with David was excellent. No pressure and he took the time to look at the pictures of my girlfriends current rings and get a sense of her style. He immediately suggested a company that used the original processes to make the vintage style that she wanted. David was able to find a stone that looked beautiful in the ring and also fit within my budget. From start to finish it has been an unbelievably excellent experience.

After hearing that Bellmans has become known for being the place to sell your jewelry I decided to go down to the store and see for myself. I worked with Justin and the experience could not have gone any better. He was very knowledgeable on all of my items including and especially the coins that I brought him. He said he has been collecting, buying and selling coins since he was a young child. While shopping around for my now fiances engagement ring, I knew very quickly after stepping into Bellmans that I would purchase from them. Unlike the other stores I searched in (both big and small name), the staff members here were never pushy, and ensure that you fully understand the diamond grading system before even looking at stones. I worked primarily with Alex on designing the ring. I visited the store numerous times to see different stones, settings, metals, etc., and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. Finding the perfect ring can be daunting, but at Bellmans they pass along their expertise to you and ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. These guys are the real deal, and I will certainly be returning here in the future.

Im not one to write reviews and when I do its typically when Im not happy. My most recent purchase from David at Christmas time was the 9th time Ive done business with him. My first experience with David was almost 5 years ago when I bought a necklace for my then girlfriend. When it came time to propose I knew Bellmans was one of the stores I wanted to check into. Im the type of person who does a lot of research with a major purchase and with this one it was not only the ring, it was also from whom I was purchasing it from. From the beginning David was fantastic and there was no pressure. I compared the product, the service and the beauty of the diamond to several other companies and in all aspects Bellmans was a winner. Not long after purchasing the ring I moved cross country to Nebraska and my wife and I went all the way back to Manchester to select our wedding rings. Since that time I have purchased several other pieces of jewelry from David. Buying sight unseen takes a great deal of trust and confidence and I have never been disappointed. In one situation I wanted something a bit more and David was more than happy to accommodate.I would recommend Bellmans to anyone!
