Vicky was so kind and so helpful! She helped me find a gift for my boyfriend and was able to explain to me how the store card worked while helping me to qualify for it. There was none of the typical judgement I feel happens a lot in jewelry stores. Will definitely be back!

I give Zales 5-stars mainly due to the customer service. In particular Shane and Vegas. when sn issue arose with an on- line order both took the effort to fix things and could not have been nicer.

I went there today to exchange a watch and had to wait 25 minutes just to be be told hold on a minute then they started to help two other people who walked in after . And still got no service .

I found that Zales has little if any respect for their customers. Yes we are in a difficult time, but the lack of information as to hours is inexcusable. I check online for store hours. It shows the store will open at 10am. I arrive to learn that the mall, they are in, doesn’t open until 11am. I called the listed phone number for the store, no answer. I wait the hour. At 11am I go in to learn the the store doesn’t open until 12pm. A total waste of two hours. Yes it would cause Zales an effort to post the correct hours. But if that is what a quality business that wants a good customer relationship would do. I guess that’s beyond Zales comprehension.

This was my very first time stepping foot into a jewelry store. You can probably imagine how overwhelming that in itself was on top of being inexperienced with jewelry. Vicki was the woman who completely put my mind at ease. She was so friendly and very understanding of our budget. Vicki went above and beyond, showing me various pieces of jewelry. Along with even calculating the 20% off discount on every piece I was considering just to ensure she kept me within my price range. I am honestly blown away! Thank you so much for everything you did for us Vicki! I am eternally grateful and can’t wait for the phone call to come pickup my promise ring!!

We absolutely would recommend zales! Especially the one in Manchester NH. Shane is one of the best salesman ever! He made our experience fun, painless and educational. We highly recommend asking for Shane! He definitely was able to help us very well especially under these hard times with covid. Thanks Shane and Zales.

0 Stars. Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased earrings for my wifes bday. The debit transaction was orphaned according to Zales of Manchester, NH. What this means is, they will take your money in 3-5 days but you CANNOT leave with the jewelry. So they take your money but you cant leave with product. WOW!! Great business model! So how does this end? I have to call each day and check on whether they backed out the transaction. I am on day 6 and still no resolution to this. If they dont know how to properly take your money, they dont deserve it. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Have you ever purchased something and then told you cant leave with the product????

Back in November they fixed a prong that was broken. In February I brought it back noticing the same prong seemed to have an issue, he found another prong that was busted and upon further look understood what I was talking about. He said that due to how busy they were he would send the ring to their off site company who would be faster and have it back within the week so I wouldnt have to wait. I called every week for almost 3 weeks and there was no ring. Finally the woman manager stated that the system stated it was in but they could not find it and she would have to call me back as they were busy. I got the called they had found it, went into the store only to find out the prong I had pointed out to the male manager was not fixed. This woman manager could not see it but her coworker saw what I was talking about. They had to send it out again. I explained my frustration and she said she would have the male manager call me the next day. I never received a phone call. I called and they said they would have to call me back as it was busy, the next day he was not working apparently. My ring came in and the prongs were now so large that isnt looked odd but I didnt say anything. I did however mention to the person who was working that the center diamond was lifted and I could see the bottom of it. I questioned if that would affect the stability of the diamond, she said no because they had secured the prongs. This morning, I looked at my ring to find that the center diamond was missing. It was in fact there yesterday bc all I did was stare at my rings during a convention I was at. I am extremely livid and so frustrated with this company. I will be going back tonight to see what they will say next.
