My daughter was brought to this location today for a simple cut, maybe 5 inches. She is 5 years old so nothing fancy like layers or angles. They took way to much hair off! The girl was told to the bottom of her shoulder blades. Her hair is now above her shoulders. The layers she received is the underneath is a lot shorter, and longer on top. Not straight, huge chunks of hair not even cut! If I was the one to bring her i would not have let them continue, nevermind pay for it and tip. I have to bring her elsewhere to get it fixed. (Working mom issues)
