Website isnt clear.. I was looking for a part for my heater.. website said the supply and showroom were open until 3 on a Saturday. I drove all the way over there with my 4 year old daughter because I was happy I found a plumbing supply place open on a Saturday... Apparently only the showroom is open until 3.. the supplies side was closed. If there are 2 locations there should be 2 separate lists of hours. Website doesnt specify the hours listed are for the showroom only.I wasnt the only one confused because as I was leaving, another person did the same thing I did..Its frustrating thinking you can get a much needed part for your plumbing needs only to find the supplies side is closedI even went into the showroom to ask if someone could just grab the part for me but I was ignored so I left..I dont think Ill ever be back

Lots of products on display. Nobody available to help. You lost thousands of dollars in sales by not contacting me when you had free time as you promised. I am extremely disappointed.

I had originally gone to a big box store for a kitchen faucet and was furious to discover that my $149 faucet was mostly PLASTIC that had been painted to resemble chrome....grrr! So I wound up at Webb and was very pleasantly surprised by how competitive their prices were! Its a beautiful showroom with helpful and knowledgeable people who offered very friendly service. From now on, I wont be bothering with the megastores, Ill go directly to Webb.
