By far one of the most honest and straight forward mechanics I’ve been to in a LONG time! The entire staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing a trustworthy mechanic, local or just passing through!

I was recommend to check out Pro-Image Automotive by a LONG time client and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was provided with a loaner car while they worked on mine so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Not that I would have minded hanging around all day, the lobby/waiting area was pleasant and refreshments provided. I ended up needing my brakes done, a tire rotation and an oil change, all at a very reasonable price. Picked up my car and haven’t had a problem since. I 10/10 recommend and I will be going back for any future automotive requirements.

Great local garage for Auto service and repairs. Their staff have been in the business for years, and they really explain their diagnosis to you. Price is reasonable, and they do everything right the first time. Highly recommended.

OMG! :) I used Pro Image Automotive for the first time yesterday. I have never received a more honest response to my automotive needs. They clearly put my needs ahead of theirs by suggesting I first attempt to get the dealer to fix my car at a discounted rate due to the nature of the problem. I have no doubt that most shops would simply have taken my money and fixed my car themselves. They gave me a very detailed explanation of the problem and made suggestions about how I should approach the dealer. I will certainly trust them with my care care needs in the future and you should trust them too.

Could not be happier with our experience here. We came to Manchester from Boston to look at a used car & were referred here by a current customer. Set up an appointment ahead of time and they knew our name when we walked in. They had plenty of space for us to wait comfortably (considering COVID) even with a few other customers & had wifi to get work done. We waited much longer than I expected but it was worth it - they were so much more thorough than I anticipated. Scotty came out and walked us through everything step by step - he was fantastic and hilarious. He used to inspect cars coming off lease so literally knew every trick to look for, it felt like we were with a forensic detective. Needless to say, we were in great hands and I felt so comfortable and confident in his assessment of the car. The price was super reasonable. Wish we lived close by because we’d be coming here for everything.

I had a problem with a snowex spreader which there is no dealers near me. I called and spoke to the owner himself twice. He stayed on the phone with me more than a half hour each time and walked me over ever step. Very well knowing how far away I lived and yet he still insisted on helping me out. There is no service like that out there anymore. If I could give more stars I would. Mike I can’t thank you enough for the extra time thanks so much.

Excellent customer care and service

Best repair facility Ive experienced anywhere in New England. Honest and reasonably priced. And find another place where the owner calls you on your cell phone on a Saturday and explains for 15 minutes what his people did and why. You wont.

2nd time using Pro Image Auto. Not sure if I wrote a review the first time. If you’re new to the area and need to find a shop to trust go here. If you’ve ever felt cheated for a shop — go here. My wife and I will be long time customers — The loaner car alone saved us a ton of $$ and headache. Mike explains everything well and provides directions on how to proceed with fixes that don’t necessarily make him the most money but are the most practical. Can’t say enough about this place.. although both experiences have been great I hope to not see them for a while.

A skilled and honest mechanic shop.

These guys work on both my 2007 Audi A4 and my 2007 Hemi Jeep Commander. They are honest and very friendly. I recently began rekindling my own engine repair work starting on a two stroke 49 cc scooter. They helped me (free of charge) determine which parts to order, gave me insights and tips into small engine repair. Ive rebuilt the scooter engine and its running like a top. I cant wait to stop by and show them my work.

Pro Image is outstanding in all ways. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their loaner program is fabulous and convenient. I would bring any car here for all service and repair. They also sell and service small engines, lawn equipment, chainsaws, snow throwers, snow plows, and more.

Charged us for lug nuts when the lug nut key was in the glove compartment.

These guys are the real deal! Had them install a plow on my Yukon last year and a lift and level kit this year. Always done on time and on budget with no surprises!

They have a dog in the office! Went for an inspection and they told me exactly what I needed at a minimum for work to pass. I was able to trust what they were telling me so I opted to get the recommended amount of work done.

I called to ask for help for my Blizzard 9000HD plow and Mike the owner after asking me 3 questions told me I had to bring the plow to his shop. After I explained to him that I couldnt hook up the plow to the truck nor I could put the plow in the bed of the truck because of the sander. Mike told me that he couldnt do anything for me. Because I had had this same problem before, Id jumped the wires and hook the plow to the truck. With no other dealer near me (03110) I had no choice but to take it to them for the repair. After pulling in to the garage, they very reluctant took my truck inside for the repair. 45 minutes later the mechanic comes auto and says. Its done. We change the plows power harness and is all working.2 feet long Cable $95.1 hour labor $75. Normal price for the labor but the cable at $95.??? They are gauging people because no one else in the area services Blizzards. Not going back there for anything else on my fleet.

Took my wifes car in for inspection. It failed for the rear breaks. I had a feeling they might, since they were extremely rusted. Mike the owner explained the issue and the estimate for just pads and for pads and rotors. He flat out told me I could get it done cheaper elsewhere, but explained to me why he costs more (does a full service on the calipers and such) and uses higher quality parts then the cheap places. He was able to do it right away for me. He even came out and showed me the pads and how they separated from the back and how the calipers were rusted and didnt move out. Very happy, and top notch job.

I recently took my girlfriends car to Pro Image for an inspection. Because I found a coupon online for $25 state inspection so I instantly made an appointment instead of going to my normal mechanic. WORST mistake ever! I waited 2 hours and 15 mins for the inspection to be done. Even though from the window I saw them park her car upfront after an hour. I asked the desk girl if it was done when I saw them park it and she told me someone would be over to speak with me shortly. After waiting almost an hour I asked again for help. Only to be told no one knew I was waiting for the car and everyone was in a meeting. Which I later found out means everyone went to lunch and forgot me in the waiting room. Finally a gentleman I believe to be named Scott came over to me with a FAILED inspection with a $800 plus work estimate. Since this was my girlfriends car I told them I would speak with her and get back to them. I dropped my girlfriends car off to her leaving her in tears because she couldnt afford an $800 and she was kinda freaking out. Later that afternoon we took her car to our normal mechanic (Darlings Tire and Auto Center) to see if he could do the work for cheaper. Come to find out NONE of the work Pro Image told us needed to be done for inspection even needed to be done. On top of everything that Pro Image broke a part of her caliper and just added that to the list of work. Darlings said what needed to be done to her caliper wasnt from normal wear. Just for safety we took her car to another mechanic just to be sure her car was safe. Even the second place (Auto Fair Ford) told us NONE of the work Pro Image told us about needed to be done. Both shops told us Pro Image probably put that $25 coupon out there so people would come in for a cheap inspection so they could get the work out of them.
