Spirit West is clearly dedicated to quality! It took longer than expected to finish re-painting my bumpers, BUT, they had a difficult color to match and were near perfectionists in getting the paint to match the car. The end results were fantastic! They took an extremely shotty paint job, courtesy of FL Honda (who I bought my car from) and made everything look brand new. Extremely happy with the results. We unfortunately have needed body work on the same vehicle two times this year. Both times we brought the car to Spirit West and both times the experience and workmanship were impeccable. This vehicle had two doors repainted the first time, and a bumper cover repainted and some plastic trim replaced the second time. The paint match is dead on, free of imperfections, and has absolutely no orange peel. Its actually better than a lot of factory finishes Ive seen. All trim was reapplied in proper alignment and securely. They scheduled a rental car from a local rental car agency and the experience was seamless. And the best part of all is that both times the vehicle was ready when originally promised. Some people may scoff at the prices, but quality bodywork is expensive anywhere you go and they were actually a few bucks cheaper than another quote we had. We will go back to them again but hopefully it wont be for a while!

My family has used Spirit West several times in the past so when I damaged the fender on my Outback I knew just where to go. I received a detailed estimate with an explanation of what needed to be done. It was ready on the date promised and it good as new. The staff is courteous and friendly.

In January I bought a dark gray, 2020 BMW 330i in Tennessee. The previous owner had gotten several chips and blemishes on the front bumper and hood from highway driving. This was a bummer so I took it to Spirit West and got an estimate from Lauren. Worried that the paint and finish wouldn’t match I asked her what it will look like when completed. She replied, “It will look 100%.” Was she ever right. It came out looking like a new car; just beautiful. It was also a good price and the lowest I had gotten between two outstanding body shops.

Ive used Spirit West twice this year (yeah, I know) and maybe another 4-5 times over the last 20 years. They are top drawer. I would highly recommend checking them out for any and all auto body needs.

Backing out of the garage I cut it too close and caught the edge of my bumper. I thought I was going to have to get an entirely new bumper because the clips busted off but they were able to reattach my bumper and its like it never happened! I was so impressed.

I had a minor accident resulting in a smashed bumper. Spirit West did a great job with the repair and even cleaned the car too. It looks great now!

I used this fine business twice. Once for a fender bender and once for a manufacturer repair under warranty. This small business acts like a big business but the difference is they care. They have excellent customer service and the work was quality. They were recommended by BMW so I was confident of their work. They delivered. One more thing, Ive never seen my cars finish look so good. The work was only on a small part of the car but the entire paint job was like new. Their detailer is the best.

I continue to come back to Spirit for body repairs on my cars. The first time was based on a suggestion from a friend in the industry. This last time, they gave me a 10 day estimate for the repairs. I was surprised when I received a call the morning of the 7th business day that the car was ready. The car was repaired quickly and quality work was done. The car was cleaned on the inside and out when I went to pick it up. I will back if i ever need additional body work on my car!

Spirit West was able to help me with them, well outside their usual job, and went above and beyond, working on making sure i got my car after business hours. Girlfriend got in an accident with a deer, when the car was picked up by the tow company it was just damage to the bumper and radiator. When we picked up the vehicle after repairs there was a large crack in the windshield that was not accident related or there before. They claimed the crack was already there, and then even had the crack in their pictures they took when the car arrived, so obviously it was caused by the tow truck and not the shop. Regardless they still told us they would send someone out to replace the windshield for us whenever we have time. They definitely did not have to do this and went above and beyond for us! Great shop with quality repairs that puts customer satisfaction first which is rare for a shop these days!

Valet put my 1 year old truck into a wall. Complete wrecks the back quarter of it. Weeks of repairs and it came back looking brand new, outside AND in. Nice touch getting a detailed truck back. Amazing job, easy to work with, treat you like family. Thanks Bev and Spirit West team!

Don’t even bother wasting your time. We took our car there after being in an accident because they were listed as a StateFarm Select Service shop and they have decent reviews. We were hoping it would be a smooth process. It has been a complete mess. The shops representative that inspected the car for StateFarm completely misrepresented our vehicle. Someone doing inspections should be able to tell the difference between cloth seats and leather seats, and the list of issues could go on and on. After our insurance company agreed to fix our car the shop then added fees that caused the insurance company to decide against fixing our car. This has gone on for over a month. Long story short, if you have a choice learn from our mistake and keep looking.

Dont waste your time. I had to deal with people who had better things to do. They didnt follow through with my claim and then LIED about why. Go there at your own risk but Im sure you can do better anywhere else.

They did amazing repair on extensive hail damage. Just like new! And the customer service was great. I accident my went to the wrong location & they gave me a ride to the correct facility.

Spirit West did an excellent job on some body repair and painting. They went over and above to blend in the color and did a terrific job. They cleaned the interior of my car even cleaning the windows. I would definitely recommend them.

These are honest! Went to get an estimate on a vehicle after I was rear-ended they didnt just take my money and run....they actually sent me to a muffler shop to fix the exhaust that had been pushed up because of the impact. The exhaust repair ended up $50.00!!

Called to question estimate and was given attitude and told that Tracy is the one that has been in business for 30 years. When I asked questions I was told that she didnt need to argue with me. Also important to note that they dont go by Better Business Bureau ratings unlike the rest of America. I would steer clear.

This body shop is not up to the mark on certain categories - including the work quality. Lets start with estimation - note down that you need to book an appointment even to get quote and its not a complete one also - they couldnt account all the damages. Next is the number of days required to fix an car - its almost 2 to 3 times longer than other places - primary reason being gap in the initial step and then ordering parts after dropping the car. Next is the customer service, no updates with regard to the status of the car and need to frequently call them to get an update. Work quality has few shortcomings - even after few days still getting the paint smell inside the car and then car was not cleaned at all (most of the other body shop does full wash inside out) otherwise no major concern on the actual repair except color seems to little off. After taking so many days to repair expected the finished product to have highest quality which is missing along with other concerns. I would take it to World Wide Auto Body or West County Auto body if I had a option - had to take it here because of my insurance.

These guys are really pretty awesome. They will fix it right the first time and if not the first time, they will go the extra step to make it right.

I’d rate them lower than 1 if possicle. This place has done nothing but give us the runaround, play games with my insurance company and failed to provide any type of professional communication. I’m beyond disgusted with how they treat their customers. I nor anyone I know should ever give this place business.

Absolutely terrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! after being quoted a one week repair time, for a very minor fender bender they took over a week to even get the parts in and then ordered the wrong parts. So far the earliest Ill be looking at is 2.5-3 weeks for a replaced headlight and bumper cover. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.

We took the car in to repair our sons bumper as a surprise xmass gift before he went back to the Air-Force academy. There was damage to a light, which was not there, but they claimed they did not do it, and were rude to my 20 year old son
