The Verizon sales rep Tiffany was awesome! She was personable, patient and knowledgeable. She even dealt with a couple rude customers while helping me. She stayed professional the whole time. Verizon needs more employees like Tiffany. Much respect to Tiffany!

One of the worst company ever in my opinion. I signed up for Verizon wireless back in December and signed up for auto pay and a military discount. The autopay never worked dispute me having two forms of payment. Verizon blamed my bank but after checking my bank, it wasn’t on their end. I also never received my military discount as promised. I found another carrier where I got 3 lines foe less than one phone with Verizon and they added my military discount quickly and set up autopay painlessly and it worked. I terminated my Verizon Wireless service and will never be back nor could I ever recommend them.

I came into the Verizon store and was greeted by Ms. Taniyah. I had such a wonderful experience. She was so pleasant and so sharp. Her positiveness and helpfulness was amazing. John was beyond exceptional! I had a serious issue with a new phone that no one could solve. The Verizon corporate store told me Id have to go back to the store in Pennsylvania where I purchased the phone. John worked with me consistently for over a week to solve my dilemma. All the while his store had not profited at all. In the end I needed to purchase a new phone and I chose to make the drive to see John for my purchase. Terrible experience. There is another verizon store right down the road that is a real Verizon store not a second hand retailer like this place. Save yourself the headache and go to the Sudley Rd store.

I went in to the Verizon store to purchase a new apple phone and the young lady named Star was very helpful. I did have questions about other products that I was interested in buying and she was very knowledgeable about them but not pushy about the sale of the products. She gave me her attention for hours as she showed me how and why you would use these additional products which I did end up buying. Thank you for a five-star experience while purchasing some expensive Apple products.

Was looking for a new cell phone and carrier. Went into Verizon and met John. He informed me of all the phones there. I narrowed down to 2 and picked one that I felt comfortable with. Bought case, the new liquid screen protector and cord for my car. Did not feel rushed or pressure. Would recommend this Verizon and John.

I stopped by the store tonight to look at new phones, and Mark immediately greeted me and showed me the new Samsungs I wanted to see. After I picked one out, he got me set up and transferred all my old phones files to the new phone, got fresh accessories, etc. quickly. It was a quick, efficient process and Mark was very personable and explained all the charges and my new billing amount up front. It was a great and easy phone buying experience and Ill be happy to go back in the future.

My sales rep Diaa, is at the top of his game! He knew all the specs and differences between the 2 latest phones out that I had a hard time deciding between...iPhone 11 Pro Max and Note 10+ 5g. He also knows the ins and outs of Verizon Wireless billing extremely well. He helped me tremendously. This is why I continue to use only this store location and another reason I stay with Verizon.

They WIll waste your time interviewing you and make you feel like you will be trained. How can one have experience without having an opportunity to learn.Who gave them their opportunity to grow? Assist, not selling the idea.

As someone who has not been that impressed with Verizons customer service in the past, I had the best experience this past Saturday at the Hastings location. Steve was the rep who assisted my husband and me. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. We were in the store for an incredibly long time trying to get a complicated issue resolved. There was a possibility at one point that we may have had to give up and make a visit to the Apple store all the way in Woodbridge. But Steve kept trying, and finally got our issue sorted out for us without a visit to another store. We asked him if there was someone we could call to report his great service, but he insisted that our thanks was all he needed. He restored my faith in Verizon. Great experience. Get this man a raise, please! :) Thank you Steve!

I walke in on Christmas Eve at 5:55 asked to add 2 phones and John stayed until 6:30 just to get everything set up after I told them wasn’t a big deal either way, so IT was greatly appreciated

I wouldnt even give this place a star. The girl helping us was awful and didnt have a clue on what she was doing. Even after the guy which I think was a manager told her to call to tech support which she did not do. I had to call Verizon customer service to resolve our issues. And the guy was rude and telling at my mother in law because he felt we were being rude by asking a question because they messed up. He had the nerve to stand there yelling and kept cutting us off. Even told the girl to call the police to escort us out while we were still just sitting there trying to get him to hear what we were asking the girl. The guy was impatient, rude, and was not professional at all. We have already informed Verizon customer support about this and will be reporting this to the better business bureau. If you need any help or have any questions you are better off contacting Verizon customer service. They actually can help you, they will listen to you, they actually know what theyre doing, and they will help resolve anything. I have been a customer for 8 years and my mother in law was a customer for over 10years. After coming here I have cancelled my account and switched over to AT&T.

I had come to this store for questions and some tech support. .the staff was not to friendly or helpful so they quickly sent me over to Verizon tech support to help me,they ask a few questions and me if i could use one if the Verizon phones at the store so she could further assist me ..the two staff salesmen there said that in could not use there phones for the Verizon Tech Support, could assist me... Wow how can i be a paying customer and they not do there best to assist me in my need..😡 I feel this will be my last time dealing with Verizon, being that they are so fast to stick u with fees and anonymous cost all the time anyway, but in return lousy service....

I was just in this store yesterday and I had a really great experience. I have been long over due for an upgrade but hadnt made up my mind what I wanted. I was only going to look. The young woman who helped me, listened to what I wanted and didnt want. Took the time to explain service and plan. They went above and beyond, even to the point that when they discovered they didnt have a promotional item, one of the Sales Rep drove out to Burke (from Manassas) to pick it up. This location was absolutely fantastic!!!! I would give 100 stars if possible. We came in with a family of four phones and all with a specific issue not to mention data overrun. John thoroughly explained the various options I had concerning my broken phone that was under warranty. Once I chose to upgrade, he took most of the day to manually transfer my data from my Android to my new iPhone, including 13k photos - now THAT’S tremendous customer service!

Friendly and informative; didnt seem to have a lot in stock. This is an authorized retailer, as opposed to an actual Verizon store, so they only do wireless. No Fios stuff.

This Verizon location at HASTINGS Market Manassas, VA is the best aside from convenience, the employees are nice, good customer service, especially the new manager at this location is super nice Kira, she is so pleasant helping my issue and putting new glass in my phone. Been dealing through a lot of employees here for a year but the new boss Kira is the best person I deal with. I am recommending friends to come at this location.

I hope i can give they 0 star. Worst customer service i ever have. Ask them to print billing last 2 months then the guy said they dont support customer to print out 2 months billing. If customer want to so they just do 1. Then fine i wait until they print for me and ask to talk with manager why i can not have 2 months bills. Thats my bill. Even i ask them to pay for the paper or they want to charge me for that cause i really need that. Then they do print 2 bills for me. I realize the first guy was lie to me. He said Verizon dont support customer to print out 2 months bills. That was a such day and such service this location..
