If you need to go to Gamestop, go to any other location. Employees here do not know what they are talking about at all. One employee specifically, Kayla with the pink hair, clearly had no customer service experience. You really should train your employees better if youre going to let them work in the store by themselves.

Great service and very friendly. Great assortment of games for all systems. New and Used prices are good with great deals if you catch them.

I bought a used game and the woman working lied to my face by saying a disc protection policy lasts forever. And I said that sounds like a good deal. Protect my game forever. But I read the fine print in the policy they gave me and it lasts 1 year. Im going to be getting my money back. I do not like being lied to.

Tried selling my lightly used xbox one. Cash value was $25 and store credit was $35. What kind of business are they running here??? I gave an extra star because the employee was very nice

The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable when it came to the products that they had on the floor. My only issue was how cramped the store felt despite being one of two people inside.

The store is suppose to be open at 12pm and it’s almost 12:30 and the store isn’t open yet

At GameStop they had everything that I wanted to get. Like a new controller for my PlayStation 4, a new pair of KontrolFreeks, and paddles for the back side. Not stuffy but kind of a little spacious, but the games make up for it.

Fast friendly service, replaced my switch controler under warranty, immediately.

Now I remember why I stopped going to Gamestops years ago. Slow, bad service. Much easier and better to order through Amazon Prime.When will Gamestop go the way of Blockbuster?

I had been back multiple times. The first guy was nice and friendly but he was not as knowledgeable about the rewards card and he didnt provide the information of if I wanted a different color. The manager the second day was great and super informative about everything. The third time, the young lady was helpful, I just did not appreciate that fact that I called about two hours before arriving and she was aware of the situation and did not consider checking to see if she had what I needed. They was a line just because she had to call another store. I had to go to the other store. Also, I dont understand why theres always one clerk at this time. Everytime I go to this store its always a line.

What a mess, came for a trade-in special they were offering on Xbox One X with State of Decay 2. The salesman knew nothing about the deal. They didnt have any Xbox One Xs to complete the deal. The salesman couldnt reach his manager for assistance so I ended up at the store for over an hour and left empty handed.

Awful service. Manager was more interested in recommending YouTubers to watch than actual customer service. Tried to return a game that was within the 30 day return period and got accused of trying to rip them off because the new game they sold me originally was already open. Just buy games from Target if youre worried about having a bad experience. They sell games that are (gasp) actually new and sealed, plus their return policy is 90 days even with an open box.

I found the service here wonderful and amazing. I was looking to trade in my old ps3 for a new ps3 because it was broken of course I wouldnt get much for it since the disk reader was busted but that was to be expected but then she told me if I brought the controllers, which still worked, they would be worth something as well as the power cable and av cable so i liked this location and their manager helped me out ringing up each individual component racking up some money so to buy a new ps3 would be extremely cheap. All in all I loved the service and this is the kind of quality all gamestops should have. Keep up the good work.

Staff here are incompetent, and unhelpful. Recommended just buying your games online from other sellers like steam, or Amazon.
