I went to this store because it was the closet to me, knowing I had βnot good experiencesβ I pretty much had no choice to going in..anyway I got in and waited for my turn (I got to say the guy taking care of the client took his time in a good way) and when it was my turn he didnβt disappoint he delivered big time, I am very pleased with the customer service at this store Marlon(which turned out to be the manager) really make an effort to help me get why I wanted and needed. Canβt say the same from prior management team. If you are in need on anything related to your account or devices Marlon is your guy. Thank you Marlon hard to see this kind of customer service now day, I hope you keep growing and training others.Youβve got to write that book about defeating that virus!!!

I came into this store to get a new phone and was greeted with fantastic customer service Jimmy found me the phone. I was looking for with a case and screen protector for a good price. I received help activating the phone and just overall had a great experience. Would recommend using this location for all your cellular needs

Due to this pandemic, itβs better to make sure if the store has the item in-stock before heading out. Bruce Harris went above and beyond for me to make sure they have the two iPhone 11 Pro Max before I arrive to their store. I felt very prioritized that he went to the other store to pick up the color that I wanted. I was assisted in less than 5 minutes! My trade-in upgrade and purchase process was fast and very convenient. He was the only one there but he made sure everyone who came was assisted in timely manner. Very professional and well deserved my 5-star! As a long-time customer this was one of very appreciated service i had. Great Job!

If there is one store you should never go to itβs this one. From horrible customer service, to harassment. They will soon be hearing from my lawyer for the issues they have cause. Not to mention they made the mistake and now they are harassing me. They screwed up in their system and want me to pay for their mess up. Again stay away from this store itβs a authorized retailer anyways... never again will I go to a Prime Communications Authorized dealer.
I feel comfortable here at this store. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The atmosphere feels almost similar to a barber shop.

Every time I have been in this store it has not been a pleasant experience. I went in last night to have them assist me with turning in an iPhone X and set up my new phone. Since Im not super technical I wanted to ensure I did this correctly. The store manager was working with another customer and came over to see what I needed. I informed him I was turning in an old phone for my upgraded phone. He had me reset the phone to factory settings and ran back to the other customer. When another rep began to work me she realized my new phone had not been set up yet by the manager and old phone already wiped clean. I lost everything. I am a business account with 4 lines and have been with AT&T for a few years now and the customer service is horrid.I patiently decided to move on from losing all my data and begin to set up my new phone. I was then told my old phone was not eligible for the upgrade. WHAT???? that is the only reason I ordered it. I would have never ordered the new phone, but when I ordered it the rep. logged into my act. and told me what i was eligible for and that turning in my iphone x would give me a $700 credit toward the new iphone 12. So, now the store wipes my data and now tells me that i have 0 credit for the new phone even though I was told turning in the X gave me a credit. REALLY? so, then I asked if I could return the iphone 12 and continue with my now completely wiped iphone x. I was then told I would have to pay a $55 restocking fee? So, all of this is ATT&ts fault, i would have never ordered the 12 in the first place except told I would receive a credit, now my iphone x is wiped and I have now 0 data on my phone. Error message: SIM is not provisioned. I have wi-fi connection by cant make a phone call or send receive text etc. So, everything is a mess and when I called ATT customer service I was told to return to the store. I cant believe this! The manager of this store needs some training in working a job let alone on how to manage. Im stuck paying my bill with a phone that does not work, lost all info and holding an iphone 12 and no credit for my trade in. Not sure what type of game you are playing ATT but I am disappointed. I am a very small business owner and if I treated my customers like this I would not be in business. Yet, large businesses can treat good paying customers this way and get away with it. Im not angry, but I am very disappointed this type of business practice is allowed to continue. I would really like some personal help here. An actual person to get in touch with me and resolve this issue. Please.
After going to two different stores and spending over an hour on the phone with customer service I decided to make one final stop at this location to see if I could finally get some help without being pushed down a sale. Dwight went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Not only was he helpful but he was also very knowledgeable & he was able to resolve my issue quick. Itβs refreshing to see that thereβs people that genuinely care for their customers and are not just about sales.
Bruce was extremely helpful! There was an issue with our 4 line transfer and he stayed over an hour after the store closed to help us finish the process. The manager and the store location is lucky to have him.
They will add things to your phone purchase that you dont ask for such as insurance and att next.
Went in to start a new phone plan with my boyfriend, didnβt really know a lot about the deals and all, but Dwight was very knowledgeable about everything and he was super patient and helpful! We were practically in and out with brand new IPhone 11 Pro Maxβs and all of the accessories to go with it. My favorite part about this whole experience was the fact the I was able to transfer all of my content on my old phone to my new one in 15 minutes with ABSOLUTELY NO HASSEL!!! Will be returning again, but definitely will have to call ahead to make sure Dwight will be available!

I knew I had to go into the store to purchase and new phone and plan as I had some questions. I had called this store to make sure switching from a different carrier was possible. I believe it was the manager that reassured me and actually asked what phone I wanted so he could hold it for me. That was awesome!When I came into the store, I was helped by Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all my questions and gave me valuable information. I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me, which is a huge turn off for me. Instead, he gave me information about all the options and let me choose. This was a refreshing and pleasant experience.I recommend coming to this store when joining AT&T.
They are getting better. The last time I was here the employee was more interested in watching the game on than helping me.

Very helpful staff! Some non-corporate stores wont find a sim card unless youre buying a phone, but the gentleman who greeted me set up my line switch quickly.

I usually donβt write reviews but I had such a pleasant experience that I felt like I should. The whole team was very helpful, but I worked mostly with Jarrell and he got me in and out with no problems and was very professional. He also offered to help my boss get her plan changed to a business account which will save her a lot in the long run so that was really awesome.

Wanted to take my deceased father off the account and have 5he account in my mothers name. After 2 hours and 20 minutes it still wasnt done.
Staff lied just to get me in. Gave me total different plan, sold me a phone that was discontinued, still hasnt given my 60.00 activation fee back and i canceled weeks ago, a few days after i placed my order there.
You can probably get done what you need but youll have to wait for it awkwardly. There is no ticket system or any such system to show who is waiting for service, what service is requested or anything of the likes besides knowing who was in the store before you and who comes in after. Minimally manned and only a few stations to process your service request. But this is probably a place that you go because you may have to visit them and wait anyway so I will say that the staff that was there was friendly and knowledgeable. Made an effort to answer questions while helping another customer that was just waiting on something, good time management. Only go if you need to or go during times listed as not very busy.
Went in to split my plan from my parents account, I was greeted by the employees and worked with Jarrell. It was a seamless transition and he was very knowledgeable about the products and services when discussing my options. Great Customer service, fast and efficient!
I finally decided to switch to AT&T and start a new line. I was expecting to be there for hours trying to figuring things out but Dwight guided me in all the right directions, he knew all about the phones and made switching over to AT&T a breeze!

I did not appreciate the woman we spoke to. She was cut and dry. Seemed like she was unwilling to work with us. And I dont think she was all that honest about what was wrong with the phone we hen we had to purchase a phone outright instead of turning a previous one in, and getting a partial refund. I felt like Id been had. It wasnt pleasant. I wong be going back to this store. Felt like Id been swindled, but also fast talked into buying a new phone outright. Especially when the other store was ready to swap it out no problem. The only thing was they didnt have the phone we wanted. So I wont be going back.

I spent two hours waiting for help. I lost two hours from my valuable time waiting to get my service done. After two hours the guy told me that come tomorrow.
I was just at this store where I wanted to buy a nano sim for my new phone. I was told this could be cut. Unfortunately the person in the store (not very attentive) cut one sim in such a way, that it is now destroyed. Since this is an overseas sim, I now have to wait until I am oversea to have it replaced. Not a good experience, unfortunately. Better attitude would help.
