I got a New Phone in July and needed help to get it set up . I went to this location and had a Man named Eddie help me . I was very Impressed with ALL his help & him explaining everything to me . This location is Not my location, there is another Retail Store on my side of town on Route 28. The person i went to there b4 visiting ur location was NOT at ALL Helpful !! I have been to my location numerous times and 3/4 of the times Noone helped me !! Random people hanging out in the Store Everytime I went ;( Even though the location right down the street is much closer to my home I will NO LONGER bring my phone, questions etc to that Location ...off Route 28 Manassas Park . I will go out of my way to the Sudley Rd location . Ty for ur Time & again Eddie was a great help !!

I was helped by Arecelly buying a new phone. She was exrreextr helpful and helped me get back into the important apps and such I needed tranfertran. Other places Ive been just want to sell you a phone and push you out.

She was great,,, very polite,,, listened to my situation,,, settled my problem and then advised me on the new phones and updates-- you should reward her,,, she went above & beyond to satify my needs

Just one associate working on Sunday with four customers on the line. I was the second on the line. Had to wait about 25 mins and told it would take another 10-15 mins.

Very rude. The attendant there attempted to charge my wife a $25 activation fee that should not have been charged. When my wife told her we had gone to another store in Hampton over the weekend that said Cricket policy for porting over a number was to not charge a fee, she would not even listen and said she would not help my wife. We will not be going back to this store.

Some of the employees are talking on there cellphone, pay attention to customers and your job not your phone. 😔

I bought a phone from other than cricket, went in for a chip and was in and out in no time.

Unhelpful. Their warranty program gives you a refurbished phone when they sold you a defective phone.
