This is the one stop my whole family goes to to get anything tech related repaired and back to normal. Amazing staff and communication with updates on the repair as they make them new again. The reason i go to them is because i can save hundreds of dollars instead of going to manufacturer. They are also trained and authorized by many of the big tech companies. I recommend them to anyone that is having any problem whatsoever with their devices.

Hade to get a laptop screen protector put on and I was helped by Anthony, he was very kind and helpful and told me he was very busy but he would get it done before closing time(a little over an hour away) when I came back the store was packed and he was with another customer and when that customer was paying I think he went and got me my laptop without me even asking and told me it was ready and gave it to me, he said he was very sorry there was a few small air bubbles but he still did an amazing job and was completely honest which I really liked

My phone was water damaged so uBreakiFix did a diagnostic of the phone and stated all was needed was a new screen. I decided to go ahead and change it for a cost of $350. When I picked up my phone the Face ID would not work even tho it worked before they made the repair, I told them this and they stated it would cost an additional $80 to fix the Face ID because they had to replace the screen again and they could not do this for free because they would be out of pocket.My Face ID still does not work.Go to an apple store.If the job isnt gone correctly the customer should not pay for your mistakes and should be fixed regardless of cost.Poor service Poor Quality

Alex was super helpful. My phone software started locking up and the Lock Screen looked like someone calling. Theo horn wouldn’t reset with a hard reset or with Siri. He opened it up and reset it that way and had me in and out in 15 min.

They were concerned about the battery life of their phones and that they were running out too fast and wanted the batteries replaced. He took the time to look at their phones before just taking them at their word and costing us extra money. He let them know that they did not need new batteries for their phones. They also got my stuck stylus out for free!My phone is like new and the work they did seems to be flawless!If I ever need their help again I will definitely be back!The only down side was they are extremely busy and short staffed, it took about 3 hours but they also never called me when it was done I had to call them after 4.5hrs to find out it was done over an hour ago.They were to busy working on all the orders they had.Thanks again guys!

I came in today to get a phone fixed 12:30 pm. They texted me saying my phone was ready at 2:15pm. I came back atv2:45pm and the phone need more work. Luckily I checked this location first and Anthony was able to do the repair even though it was too complex for other stores. The phone was fixed within a day and I couldnt be happier with the service received. I will definitely be coming here for all future repairs.

My galaxy s9 was cracked front and back from having been run over on December 23. These guys took the phone in around 5:30 pm and stayed late to repair it for me. They were extremely polite, professional, and went well beyond in customer service. I cannot thank them enough for having taken their personal time to stay late and ensure my phone was ready and working properly that same night. Great job guys! I highly recommend. So far, my phone has not been having any issues from their repairs.

I had to have a part ordered for my sons broken laptop. I received no call about status and I ended up having to call twice 10 days after the part was supposed to arrive to find out that the part was sitting in the shop. This was a thoroughly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I was hoping to have a shop that I could come to for all my electronics repairs but I would imagine the search continues.*Update 3/2I was contacted immediately about my review and the district manager Anthony wanted to understand my experience and also helped to make things right by offering a discount. I changed this review from a 1 to a 3 and will be giving them another shot. I appreciate the customer service I received after the initial problems and believe that business should be conducted like this.

I am so glad my friend told me about this place!! I spilled a smoothie on my laptop and was certain that it was going to need costly repairs.(I may have saved the device from major damage by immediately turning it off, opening it, and placing it upside down on a towel and NOT trying to turn it back on, but they cleaned it) Dropped it off on a Friday and just heard back today (Monday) that the only repair needed was a new keyboard. The staff was courteous, polite, and professional. The diagnostic was absolutely free and I will always use UBREAKIFIX for all of my technology mishaps.

Ive gotten my device fixed here about three times and there is always an issue with it a few months later. Ive never had this many problems with any device until AFTER I get it fixed here. The first time was because of a cracked screen and the other two was because of problems caused by the person who badly fixed by device. Ive had this happen with other devices. The employees are decent and nice but I feel like too many of them do not know what theyre doing. My device shouldnt come unglued or be glitchy after a $200+ payment to get it fixed.This is the closest phone repair place but Id rather drive an hour away to a better shop than go to this one.

They messed up 2 of our phones that we paid a lot of money for. Each time they replace the glass the mother board get broken this way they will ask for more money to fix it. So what they do is mess up your phone and tell you its not working. Dishonest avoid them ar any price.

I came to uBreakiFix because my iPhone had a charging port malfunction. I was a bit skeptical at first, as it was my first time coming here for technological fixes, but in the end, I would say I am very much satisfied. The communication was pretty good, but I wish that there wouldve been more calls notifying the status of my iPhone rather me calling every once in a while. The price is eh, but a bit cheaper than getting your phone fixed anywhere else. Anyway, the technicians were very polite and there were no complications.

After dropping off my device they said it would be ready in 3 to 5 hours. Once that time passed, I called and they said it wont be ready until the next day. I had to take off work the whole day due to not having the device and after escalating this issue to management and customer service hotline, they both said they can only offer me a 10% discount and it was a policy that they were not willing to do anything more to reimburse me. As a manager, I view this company as very unprofessional not for making the mistake of telling me an incorrect timeline but for not doing anything reasonable to make up for the mistake. I wont be a customer here anymore.They just called me back a few hours after this original post and said it was ready so Im adding back 2 stars

Brought in an iPad for repair. Didn’t hear back from them for 4 weeks. I authorized a repair that didn’t work. They suggested another fix which I agreed to. Two weeks have gone by and I still haven’t heard from them.

These guys and girls are absolutely amazing!!! I spilled a cup of coffee on my brand new laptop. I was so sick about it. I contacted Dell support and they never called me back. HMMMMM.... really. I knew I had to act fast so I contacted a computer repair place. They didnt do liquid damage repair, but they suggested UBREAKIFIX. I took my laptop to them and about 4 days later I got the news that my laptop will survive! I was so happy I almost cried because it was a brand new $1300 laptop I bought on credit and didnt get the accident insurance. Lesson learned ---- always get the insurance. But if you do need a repair - got to UBREAKIFIX. They are terrific!

Made an APPOINTMENT a day in advance to get my phone repaired. Took off from second job so I could make sure this got done, arrived 30 minutes early (as suggested) and was told that, EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, that they would not have time to repair it, and that Id have to reschedule. Well when you work two jobs and already took time off from one to make your original appointment, its not easy to reschedule at a moments notice. I need my device for both of my jobs and now Im going without it because of your inability to schedule appointments properly. And if you know you have appointments scheduled and cant meet the obligation, maybe let a person know by calling or at least emailing them so they dont drive all the way out there and waste their time, completely unprofessional. Id suggest trying another place, plenty of other options in the area.

Came to Manassas store after a poor experience at the King Street location. Sam (I think) was awesome at the Manassas store- greeted everyone who entered even if he was with a customer, looked at Ipad that want charging - did preliminary diagnostic- explained possible problems and options, even cleaned my iphone that wasnt charging well- removed lint/dirt from port- now it works great! Charges fully! Pleasant and positive energy the entire time! I wont make the mistake of going to another store next time. Manassas store will be first option

While I will not come back to this place based on my experience, I can say that the staff is professional and does fix the devices for the problems that they come in for. They have a problem with responsiveness in the sense that customers are not kept up to date and it takes longer for repairs as a result. Also, they caused a new problem with my phone that resulted in me having to pursue a warranty replacement from the phone company as I lost trust in the staff here after the first time. While they made things right in the end after I spent an additional $70 on a screen protector, I can only say the repair and experience warranted 4-stars as I count the fifth star from the soft skills that was not demonstrated here. If you have a problem with your device, they are capable and can fix it, but make sure they did not cause a problem before you leave and do not expect much communications.

They had my phone for 2 day then they called me. Sir we cannot take care of your phone because a lot of phones came in you need to wait more this is because they messed up my phone and the repair was supposed to be free. These people are crooks please avoid this place like the plague.

I brought my iPad mini in about 4 years ago, and once I got it back it was is worse condition, the screen wasn’t even attached. Worst place.Also it was overpriced.

BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR CONSOLES REPAIRED so a month ago I cleaned my ps4 with compressed air and when I tried turning it on it didnt turn and so I left it at a different place which did absolutely nothing until I found ubreakifix and they successfully repaired it in under 3 weeks

Staff was super helpful and patient working through phone issues. I brought in my daughters phone with that I spent a couple of hours on the night before trying to fix and they had it up and running in less than 10 minutes.

The folks at ubreakifix were very professional, transparent and responsive. Unlike other repair stores, they dont rush you through, take the time to explain, and seem to have a professional operation with ticket tracking and proper processes in place. They didnt try to upsell me on needless things either which is always a plus in my book.

Update: I know the manager responded to this post but I was NOT contacted. NOT ONLY DID THEY MESS UP MY IPAD WHICH ONLY NEEDED A RESTORE, BUT THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I walked into UBreakIFix stating that my iPad would not turn on fully. Instead, the white apple insignia would stay on my screen. My ipad had this light crack across the screen. When dropping off my ipad, Antonio asked that if he needed to open my ipad, my screen could possibly get worse. He stated a price of approximately $249 for a new screen. I told him, that if he HAD to open it, then do so. I also added that I wasnt looking to spend that much and he told me about Azurion. He stated that I wouldnt pay anything. Antonio calls me to tell me that he opened my ipad and that he not only broke my screen but also broke the wifi antennae. Of course, he had to order the wifi antennae and I wouldnt be charged. At the end of it all, the only thing my ipad needed was a restore. Upon paying $20 for the restore, he admitted to not needing to open my ipad. Therefore, my screen could have been salvaged. Not only is my screen lifted but it is cracked. My bluetooth does not pair well with my devices. Antonio did offer 10% off for my screen. Im sorry but $25 is nothing off of $249. Im highly and will steer everyone away from this store. Sadly, this ipad was the one I was to use to teach my high school students.Update: My volume on the ipad doesnt work now!! 😭

I have brought 2 iPhones to this location to have a new battery installed and I was VERY happy with the results of my repair, the friendly staff, and the quick turn around time for repairs on my phone!I recently took my iPhone in to have the flash/flashlight on my iPhone looked at. Could not have been easier. I had a perfectly good iPhone but the screen was cracked. It had day on my desk for months and I finally brought it in to see about getting the screen repaired. I should have done it months ago. These guys were very easy to deal with and had my phone repaired in no time.

We brought our Apple iPhone 8plus in this location and Have to bring there twice to replace the screen which they have not fixed . And according to the manager I talked to, it might have affected the mother board . Had we were told before deciding to replace the screen that it will affect the motherboard we will not replace the screen through them. Now, we could no longer use our Apple iPhone 8 plus because they were not able to fix it but break it instead. And worst of all I went there to get my refund which they did, but did not put back my original screen, the manager replace it with someone else screen because he said they could not find my original screen . The the worst ever the phone will charge but die in a minute. So we were incredibly unhappy because that phone was still fairly new. It cost us to buy again another new Apple iPhone 8 plus because of the terrible people who work there that destroyed our phone. It is a lesson learned . If you have any Apple product issues just go straight to the APPLE STORE.

Didnt manage to fix my devices, but put forth a fantastic effort in the face of basically an impossible situation.

This is for sure my go to spot to get my phone fixed from now on. Got there around 130 and was told that my cracked screen on my galaxy s5 will be ready by 4. Martin was the rep who serviced my ticket, he was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. Their prices were better than most in the area and the ability to walk in and get serviced was a blessing. Not looking to Crack my screen again but if it happens these guys are the only ones I am contacting. Go there ask for Martin and I can guarantee you will leave happy!

Decided to get a new battery on my HTC 10 instead of buying a new phone. Other repair stores declined replacing the battery, and was informed that replacing the battery is a very difficult procedure. This store was willing to do it, kept me informed throughout the process. Phone runs great, and they cleaned up scratches and buffed out cosmetic issues on the case as a bonus. Feels like I just bought a new phone, and Im very appreciative of their work.

Called there on 11/30 to get a quote on replacing a battery, he put me on hold, came back and told me $35 with me supplying the battery. Went in today and the guy said oh he was wrong and the price should be $50 and he thought he had told the guy to call me back. When he found I was less than thrilled he said he would do it for that but told me three times how much it should have been, then said it should have been $75. He then said he had to run some tests which he did and everything worked on the phone. He kept trying to find a reason to not do the work and said it wouldnt charge. I told him my car charger worked and with the slow charge you had to restart the phone and it would. (IT HAS A BAD BATTERY!!!!) He had a terrible attitude so finally I took the phone and left. I would have given that place a negative rating if I could. I left there at 1:00 the battery was at 22% an hour later it is at 89%. It just a bad battery!!! POOR ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

The store staff is very professional. The quality of the work they do here is high. What I appreciate the most is the honesty. They don’t charge to tell you what is wrong with your device. I believe the manage helped me set up an account online so that my warranty can be valid throughout the US.

The staff is amazing. They know me by name and face because I have such terrible luck with phones but every time I go in I am WELL taken care of. I recommend Andrew for assistance but if he is not available everyone else there is just as good. You can tell they love their job. I always feel like a priority when I go in. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Excellent service. They actually werent able to solve my problem (though they did improve it somewhat) but they didnt charge me anything, and didnt even ASK to charge me anything. They spent time and effort in helping me, and since they couldnt resolve the issue fully, it was on the house. They even opened early one day since it was convenient for me on my way in to work.

Nice crew did more then I expected excellent fix of item with electrical wires broken and was purchased used. Looked practically new when handed back to me!

We had a battery replacement installed in Dec 2019 at UBreakifix on Liberia Ave Manassas Va. It came with a 90 day warranty. In February my son was in his college out of state and smoke was coming out of his backpack He reached inside to see what was going on and his hand was burned from battery acid. He was treated at his schools health dept . His laptop was a total loss as the insides of laptop was burned up So was other items in his backpack and the backpack itself due to battery acid It’s been three months and the owner of Ubreakifix STILL has not rectified the situation, replaced anything my son lost due to this incident including his laptop. She gave him an old heavy one to use after we pressed the issue since he was in college and needed a laptop . The case is being handled by UBreakifix owners insurance company, who recently wanted to have an investigator dissect and X-ray the laptop. The investigator has had it for weeks/month now in another city. i He says now it will be at LEAST another month and a half due to Covid 19. Meanwhile my son is still waiting For his replacement items and the owner could care less . The employees in the front of this store are very nice, the only positive. Beware if there is any sort of issue on their work even if you have a warranty like we have . This is now going to go to small claims court .
