Courteous and not pushy service. Representative was able to provide friendly conversation to determine best answer for me. She provided what I needed and helped resolve another issue with my phone that had been hindering its use.

Ann (Annie) is absolutely FANTASTIC. The first Verizon store said they didnt have the phones I wanted to see, and simply told us there was a link that would transfer our data and left it at that. We figured we might as well buy our new phone online and left. Then we found this store later that day! Kathy waited on us and was amazing! She went through every offer Verizon had, and even brought out phones that were not on display for us to consider. We not only replaced my phone with one I had been looking for, but took advantage of a BOGO sale to upgrade my husbands phone and then saved money on our backup phone as well. She transfered all our data for us and was very patient and cheerful. Highly recommend this Verizon store!

Noticed after leaving that the screen protector she installed had a long hair trapped in between. Came back within the hour and she refused to replace it, wanted us to pay another $60 for her install issue. Definitely a slap in the face when you just spent a grand.

I had Ann F who was terrific. She heard of my problem with no service since 6 P.M. the previous night — no landline, no cable, no WiFi, no cell. She took the initiative to call Verizon Tech and explained my situation. The scheduled me for TODAY. A Verizon technician came and resolved the problem. My husband and I went to this location to get a new phone since my phone had cracked days before. I was concerned about whether my phone was eligible for an upgrade but luckily the folks at this store were able to get me my phone upgraded as well as $200 off for their Black Friday deal and an iPad for $110 with the purchase of my phone. They did all the transferring for me and answered all of my questions while being incredibly helpful! Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this store!

This is my third visit to this store to get phones. Zain took great care of us! As always, a great experience at this store. Best store in town!!Update:This past weekend one of our phones got wet and stopped working. We went back here and Achmed very kindly worked with us to submit the claim right there in the store. We received our new phone two days later and took it in for data transfer. Kathy helped us out big time to efficiently update the new phone and to bypass the old phone so we could get the code in the new phone. We were good to go quickly and they get another five stars from us, their long time customer.

We were promised an offer that they couldn’t complete and after stopping back to get the equipment the deal is gone. Customer service and what was offered was not acceptable. Every time I step in the door my bill goes up and service and customer service never gets better. FRUSTRATING!!

My daughters phone was due for an u[grade - and showing signs of much use. We stopped in the store and Paul was a wonderful help. He found the perfect phone that fit both my daughters needs and my budget. Then he reviewed our account and suggested ways we could save a few more dollars each month. Weve come to this convenient neighborhood store for... many of our phones & upgrades through the years and plan to continue because the service is consistently outstanding.

These days of COVID have made life challenging in many ways. We spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon only because we assumed the location was closed. As a last resort we called the store front and were informed they were open. We visited and worked with manager Mario and representative Sami both of which were more than helpful. We are certainly gracious for their services! As we were literally thinking of switching service providers because of the struggles with Verizon’s online and phone support. Mario and Sami saved our business by ensuring us that we have their local support!

Julio Lemus is the store manager- he is quite possibly the most patient and honest person I’ve met in along time.I came into his store, with my toddler in tow, in a panic because I had lost my cell phone- I looked for it in the shopping center for two hours, with no luck. Instead of me buying a new one, he was able to track it down, call it for me and ping it, and wound you know? Someone found it, answered it, and left it for me at customer service.Not only have I restored my faith in the goodness of people thanks to Julio and the lady who found my phone, but I’ve also gained a reliable Verizon Store that cares about its customers.

My experience in this store was awesome. It started from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by all associates. I was very frustrated with my bill. At many other Verizon stores, I felt like just a number because I wasnt buying a phone. I just wanted to see what options I had on lowering the monthly bill. Not only did they care about my issue, but were proactive on going over my plan options to lower my bill, informed me of work discounts that I was eligible for but no one ever took the time to figure it out. I know this may seem like a small deal, but for me; this store deserves a award for hospitality and customer service. This is my only store that I will visit no matter what. My salesman name was Ben, but all employees there were GREAT!~Thanks Verizon for putting together such a great team.

I wanted to cancel one of my lines. They called customer service, and assisted me through the whole process. Although they had other customers to help, they were still willing to assist me. Great customer service!

I got an upgrade. New smart phone. I continually miss calls. Im right next to the phone. I had 3 important phone calls go directly to voice mail. The phone never rang.The temperature on my phone always says 55 degrees. Its below freezing outside. It used to say 41degrees all the time. I stopped into the new Verizon store in Gainesville, VA. The guy adjusted the temperature and now it says 55 instead of 41 degrees.The gas app worked at first. Now it just says Sorry We Are Out Of Gas which makes no sense.The guy at the store fixed that, as well.If the employees of the Verizon store cant work the phone there is no hope for me.The old flip phone worked a lot better than this one.

Julio went above and beyond. My phone quit working and he let me use a backup phone until my new one arrived from Asurion.Very helpful...I live closer to other Verizon stores, but opt to drive a little farther to this one for better and friendlier service...I wont go anywhere else!!!!!!

Went in because our phones kept overheating. Jose talked us into upgrading to the new Samsung 10 phones, and how much we could save. So far, our bill is $100 more each month than what we were paying. Not happy and certainly will not go back. The worst part is that Verizon is of no help. Bottom line, Jose lied to us three times on as many occasions.

We went to this store only needing some minor adjustments to our existing phones. Donald, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us and saved us some money as well. Losing your cell phone is always a problem. I was lucky enough that when I went to the store, Ardit took the time and got it done right quickly. I still am frustrated that I keep losing my phone but he help me not to want to kill myself.
